This property was perfect! The rooms were even better than they looked in the pictures. The air conditioning was amazing even being there during the hottest time of the year. The location was also great, easy 5-10 minute walk to pub street and all of the shopping. The staff were friendly and very hard working!

The pool was small but as we never used it, there was no issue. Bathroom was a bit hot and sometimes the water took a while to heat up but it really wasn’t a problem at all.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist with anything you needed during your stay. Rooms were very comfortable and good size. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good variety of things to eat. Location was perfect and close to everything especially Pub Street. We couldn’t recommend highly enough and would stay there again.

Overall experience was great!!! The location of the hotel is best of the best. It’s a short walking distance to old market and pub street. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. We would recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Hot 🥵 period AC is not cool enough

We had an absolute blast at this fantastic place in Siem Reap! It was the perfect spot to rest after a long day of exploring the temples. You can easily walk to everything you need, or hop in a tuk tuk for a quick ride. The staff at the property were amazing—super friendly and attentive. They also had great drivers for transportation and tours. Oh, and don’t miss out on the massage! It was really good. We also highly recommend the Khmer Grill restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. It’s much better and cheaper than the food on Pub Street. Lastly, Elia Greek Kitchen Siem Reap is a must-try! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the management team is top-notch.

Sweet little hotel one block from the river. Super friendly and engaging staff. Great customer service before even arriving including helpful transfer information and arranging it. Spacious room. Felt really looked after and part of the family. Restaurant meals were excellent and they would cook at whatever time I showed up. Thank you all so much and if I ever return to Cambodia would happily stay here again.

At this mid range not everything is perfect and the hotel has a few quirks but I found these interesting. Whatever it may lack in facility it makes up for with great customer service.

The hotel is situated in a central location, offering a wide range of restaurants and local bar options, including those provided by the hotel itself. The bedding and pillows are exceptionally soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. After a day of exploring, the pool is a refreshing respite. The staff is exceptionally attentive and welcoming, providing exceptional service. We highly recommend booking a tour with hotel for a visit to Angkor Wat, which was a memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Siem Reap.

Nice and quiet location near the old market and pub street, just over the river. Comfortable bed, hot shower with great pressure, and a wide selection of yummy breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff assisted me book two tours: a private sunrise tour of Ankor Wat with guide and driver Cheas, and a floating village tour with guide. They also helped me book a comfortable bus to Phnom Penh via Giantibus. No gym, but overall, highly recommend for location, rooms, breakfast, staff, tours, and transport.

Hotel staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful. We did not need to ask them for anything as they found out our plans from the beginning and perfectly arranged everything - all transportations, bookings, local tuk-tuk guy, etc. Very nice breakfast to make happy both Asian and European people. Big and nice outdoor swimming pool with beach chairs to cool down after busy sight-seeing day! Service at the swimming pool side was also very attentive and fast. Our room (family room for 4 persons with 2 queen size beds) was quite big and comfortable with all necessary little things - slippers, bath-robes, tea-coffee-water, fridge, safe box, etc. Hotel also has a very convenient location - in a quiet street, but just a minute walk from the River Market, bars, shops... You can have any kind of local food in small cafes along the riverside or walk 100 meters more for any western style meal, which is right there in a kind of night walking street. We were there just for 3 days, but hotel staff made everything us to feel relaxed, happy and light-hearted. A great place to stay in Siem Reap!

The only small inconvenience was the absence of towel hangers in a shower room and toilet, which are separate rooms with individual doors. Therefore you have to go out fully wet and make pools of water on the floor before you get the towel, hanging near the hand/face wash basin. But actually it was not a big problem.) It was like that in our room, maybe other kinds of rooms have different arrangements.

The staff were the highlight. I organised a pickup from the airport and though the transfer was more expensive than others, I was picked up by two of the staff, nice car, and cold water on arrival. All the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Location is great - very close to everything.

Though the hotel is nice, it's certainly not 5*. Several smalls things: TV didn't work, nowhere to plug the kettle in anywhere near the tea-making area, uncomfortable bed. The pool is very small. Nothing major, just not a 5* standard.

the rooms (we had three) were spacious, clean and well thought out. Universal sockets on both sides of the bed. Relaxed and quiet place to stay. We were on ground floor behind the restaurant and it felt very safe. Guests in the restaurant and breakfast but we never heard them.

mosquitoes in my bedroom and bathroom disturbed my time in there. The standing shower was cold but shower water was warm when crouching in the bath tub (room 101). I would definitely stay again, but would ask for scented candles/electric mosquito racket to be available in room as I was bitten a lot. Something to deter them in the lobby would also be beneficial.
