Everything about this hotel is immaculate - beautifully and tastefully furnished. The staff are welcoming, charming, attentive and helpful with any enquiry. The location was perfect - a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of local restaurants serving delicious Khmer food options - even a french bakery nearby! Yet still a short walk across the river to Pub Street bars if you are in the party mood.

You can't improve on perfection. There was nothing to dislike.

From the minute we arrived to be met with a cold towel, our stay was wonderful. Polite, kind and attentive staff made our visit to Siem Riep so lovely. The hotel is well decorated with a 60’s LA vibe- lots of retro touches and greenery. Our room was comfortable with a fab balcony and really clean. Beds were nice too! The spa was suburb- best way to spend 3 hours on a wet and rainy Saturday. The breakfast was delicious too and when we ventured to Angkor Wat for the sunrise they made us a gorgeous breakfast picnic. If you visit Siem Riep you must stay here- you won’t be disappointed!

Welcoming and attentive staff, big call out to front desk team in particular Sioyan who always had a warm greeting. I found this to be a stunning and well maintained property, curated with art and design features, water pools and an abundance of plants. Excellent breakfast daily by the pool, and Tine and team accommodated vegan breakfast effortlessly. Super comfy bed, great bathroom and Bodia products (Cambodia's local Aesop-style products), plus a gorgeous pool and ace air con and room fan.... most welcoming in 35c heat.

Suggest the room fan speed could be lowered so it can stay on all night, as it's super-turbo, it was only on for a short period :)

Everything about this hotel and its wonderful staff was absolute perfection. The design of the hotel is gorgeous - lovely furniture, artworks and design features everywhere you look. The room was spacious and beautifully thought out with a nice big bathroom. The air con was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area is beautifully clean and because it is not a big hotel it was never very busy. We had delicious poolside food on several of the days we stayed here which was quick to come. Communal areas and rooms immaculately clean. Great a la carte breakfast and excellent coffee too. I had a great massage in their lovely spa which was very reasonably priced. The friendly and very attentive staff here go above and beyond to give you a good time (you even get sprayed with mosquito repellent when you go out in the evenings). Other hotels should send their staff here for training to see how it is done. Having stayed in many good hotels over the years (including some that are much more expensive) this one is coming up tops. Cannot wait to return here!

Absolutely nothing could be faulted - it was quite literally perfect! Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer.

From the moment we arrived until the very sad moment it was time to leave - we could not fault one of our most favourite places in the world. Our last visit was over 5 years ago (sadly) - and we thought there was no way they could have maintained what we experienced last time - but they bettered it!!!! The rooms were extremely clean and the cleaners seemed to get in and out - without us noticing them at all. We would head to breakfast and by the time we got back to them room -it was always clean and ready for us. Exceptional service. The staff quality continues to be excellent and we just wanted to bring each and every one of them home with us. They anticipated our every need - and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent and we were lucky enough to trial a few dishes they were thinking of implementing - and of course they were fantastic. We also had a few dinners in at the hotel - not that we were lacking places to find to eat - but because the quality and range of food available was out of this world - and we had to keep going back to try the other dishes we hadn't tried. (Food envy). Thanks to everyone at the Viroth - keep up the great standards and we look forward to seeing you very soon. It won't be as long next time.....

This place is spotless from top to bottom, the kind of clean that makes you feel guilty for even setting your bags down. The staff could not have done more for us, they never missed a beat and no request was too big. They helped us arrange visits to the main sights and even sorted us out with a beautiful Rolls Royce and driver, which was a treat in itself. We had the deluxe double with pool view and I am fairly sure the room was cleaned five times a day. Every time we stepped out and came back it looked like we had just checked in again. The room itself was a very good size, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were both large and well designed. The pool and gardens are stunning, the location is perfect for exploring, and it is only a five minute walk to Pub Street. We have already planned our return, which should tell you everything you need to know about how much we enjoyed our stay.

It is not adult only. This was not an issue for us but I can see how some couples, solo travellers, or groups looking for absolute peace might find it worth knowing.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Such a gorgeous hotel but the most impressive part was the staff. Every single person there treated us like family and catered to our every needs. So incredibly welcoming every time we entered the building, giving us a cold towel and having a nice conversation with us about where we just came back from. They took care of us at every step and remembered our names and even kept asking about my wife who got heatstroke during our time in Siem Reap. They gave her breakfast in the room and anything else she needed. Breakfast was delicious and once again the staff were so nice. I really can't emphasise how wonderful the staff are at Viroth's. They picked us up from the airport where there was a hotel representative waiting for us along with a driver. The pool was salt water which was lovely as I could perfectly float in it without much effort. What helps it was the beauty of this fine hotel, amazing greenery that can blow you away. They really do a lot with a small-medium sized hotel. It was our honeymoon and we got given a pool view room. It was very spacious with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable king sized bed. The spa was very nice but of course you can find cheaper outside the hotel for similar quality. What's funny is when we went our tours, the bus would pick up other customers from their hotels and our hotel looked by far the best. You're really living in comfort at Viroth's Hotel. There's a reason why they have a 9.9 score. I wish we knew about their vintage car tours before arriving as I would've preferred to have booked those for our honeymoon over the generic tours we went on. The cars they have are insane! It would have been lovely to ride in their Rolls Royce.

Wish the TVs were Smart so we could enjoy some streaming platforms but this is a very minor issue, it encouraged us to go out and explore.

The pool area was another highlight – very clean, inviting, and perfect for a refreshing break after exploring the temples. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality place to stay in Siem Reap.

We would have preferred key cards instead of conventional keys. The hotel's gym could benefit from an upgrade.

We did a month long South Asia trip and this was our favourite hotel. It’s a resort away from the tuk/tuks and markets all crying out for your attention around Siem Reap. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff could not do enough for you. From applying lemongrass aroma insect spray on your way out to dinner, opening an umbrella as you run out to your Grab car, or booking a recommended guide for Angor Wat. The pool was clean and well appointed amongst lush palms and ferns. It was a welcome hideaway after hot mornings site seeing. The breakfast is made to order, not buffet, which was really special. The rooms are big and well decorated. It is walkable to the market and beer st, but in the heat we gladly paid $1-2 for a tuk tuk. Thank you everyone at viroth hotel!
