Not only was the hotel clean, spacious, good amenities and comfortable, and the pool fresh and luxurious, but the staff were first class. They were so attentive and genuine which is rare in hospitality, genuinely caring and making sure we were alright. Several separate members of staff asked my partner if he was getting any better from his injuries after a crash, and made sure we knew where local hospitals and pharmacies were. Ragina, one of the wonderful women on the front desk, was so helpful and amazing, she deserves a raise! Would stay again.

The only downside is there wasn’t much vegan option for breakfast, but for me the fruit and coffee sufficed.

We stayed 6 nights at Siem Reap River View Residence and had a wonderful experience. The suite was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. I especially appreciated the bathtub perfect for relaxing. The pool is pleasant during the day, and the atmosphere could be even warmer in the evening with a bit of lighting. Breakfast is served as a buffet, with a good variety of options. We also tried the hotel's restaurant: the steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Laundry service is also available, which is very convenient. The staff is always available, very polite, and attentive. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Siem Reap

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They organised transfers from the airport at a competitive price and communication was great throughout. The hotel was spacious. The room was clean with a modern bathroom and great shower. The water is heated by solar, which is great for the environment and worked well during my stay, so I could have a hot shower. Breakfast was available every morning with an egg station and a selection of fruit, breads, jams, pastries and typical Asian breakfast. Finally the swimming pool on the roof is an excellent place to unwind after a hot day exploring the temples.

I got this room at the reduced rate. For this price it is great, however at full price I would feel that the range at breakfast and some of the finishes around the hotel would make it overpriced.

We stayed here with the main intention of visiting Angkor Wat, and we had never been to Cambodia before. The hotel blew us away! Staff were really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble and they made the stay so special. Breakfast was a small, buffet style with an 'egg station' cooked fresh to order, with plenty of fresh fruit. We ate at the restaurant one evening which was great. The hotel worked with us to sort out the perfect visit for Angkor Wat and were very patient when we wanted to 'customise' it a bit. We used their airport tuktuk service which was efficient and reliable. All of the emails we received before visiting were lovely and made us even more excited. To Ms. Rachna and her team, a genuine thank you!

Most great part of this hotel is an owner and staff.They are so friendly and very kind with lovely smiles.Even some questions I asked before I arrived via booking.com,they answered with some details and response was so fast.When I asked the hair dryer,they brought it to my room quickly.I can feel all staff are thinking of guest and they work for making the guest happy.You will feel that Its like your home.I really appreciate them. And also the hotel is just opened so very new and clean!The room is big.There are coffee,water,fridge,safe box, kettle,big towel and enough hangers. The breakfast is nice(6:30am to 10:00am)Surprisingly,the check out time is 12:00pm.So you can sleep in late and after check out,you can leave your baggage in the hotel. Angkor Wat tour is available.Only $25,the driver will take you to the ticket office and even to the other temples.And the receptionist gave me the information of the shuttle service to the airport and she made a reservation for me.Its only $9. The location is good!Its in the town near the old Market.Abot 15min by tuk tuk to Angkor Wat.ATM, Pharmacy,nice local restaurant,cafe,convenience store,Mini Mart,everything you may need is near the hotel. I would love to come back again!!

The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really made a difference. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh items each morning. The pool area was also a highlight—it was clean, well-kept, and the water was pleasantly warm, making it a great place to relax. A special moment for us was when I mentioned that it was my friend’s birthday. The staff kindly arranged a cake with a candle as a surprise, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. It made our stay even more memorable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again. It’s a great option for both relaxation and special occasions.

The staff were so nice beautiful people really helpful and considerate is to connect with and all very approachable the hotel in my opinion was value for money for sure! And great location 10 mins to night market and walking street! Lots of food places and shops all at hotel and near by, all good! The rooftop swimming pool was so nice and relaxing! And visiting the spiritual temples and tombs of Siem reap was so spiritually rewarding what a place I have been blessed to visit many places in the world including northern Thailand China mai chiang rai! And they! Are beautiful for sure! But for this Scot’s man! The beautiful staff and people and temples of Cambodia in my opinion is the nicest place I’ve been! Also go see the Cambodian circus show! The staff were fantastic, especially Dalin who checked us in and helped us book tours throughout our five night stay. We were given a welcome fruit juice and banana chips on arrival and Dalin gave us all the information needed for our stay and the options for booking tours and taxis. We booked three tours with the hotel (sunrise and small tour twice and big tour), all of which were great and well priced. We got breakfast boxes with each one which were pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and air conditioning. We also had laundry done for a good price which came back clean and fresh. We had a great stay at the hotel and would stay again if we came back to Siem Reap.

Nice longe music during breakfast. The staff is realy trying to do theirs best, very kind. Surely they will further improove. We stayed in a triple room, it was very specious. The location is nice, the BbQ place next door 10 USD/pax was a true gem.ui

Minor things, the description in booking is not entirely correct, mentioning free airport pick up, not any more. Our room suppos to have terrace, it did not...Would be nice to correct it, avoid missunderstanding. The light turn on/off it is very unconvinient place, some cabels are are dangerous. The door of the shower is not closing, and it takes like 5 min to ger hot water, otherwise, all good.

The room was spacious, the staff extremely conscientious and their ability to help you organise things to do on your trip nearly flawless (1 minor miss at Apopo which was supposed to be taken care of beforehand but it was fixed when I got there so no problem, just make sure you get full confirmation of everything booked instead of being in holiday mode and you should be fine)

There must have been a mistake, maybe something lost in translation when talking about some of the distances from things- Pub Street is absolutely NOT 100 metres away! Apart from that, which other travellers can see when they make the Google Maps check I didn't, no other complaints
