A very nice, very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. No real coffee for breakfast but The Temple next door offer a great coffee experience and is simply a wonderful place to hang out. We got breakfast at the hotel and then went there for coffee afterwards. The hotel is very centrally located, which is good on the one hand but also very noisy. There was very loud base music on Friday night until around 5am on Saturday morning, which made the windows rattle. Can’t blame the hotel for this hence the high score overall.

If you are planning a stay in Siem Reap, then I can highly recommend the Dusit Hotel. Where should I start? I felt at home all around, from the communication before the trip to the transport from the airport to the hotel, everything went excellently. The staff at the reception, who do their job around the clock with great friendliness, are very helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and the chambermaids also work quickly and do their job very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the center. Many restaurants, shops, religious sites and also the National Museum are within walking distance. I had forgotten my health insurance card in the hotel during my stay. I was then contacted by Chariya and Lisa via WhatsApp and asked if I still needed it or if they should destroy the card. I was also offered to have it sent to my address in Germany. This is a great service. Every hotel can be proud to have such motivated employees!

Everything was perfect.

This hotel is in a fantastic location directly on the Riverside and is really elevated by it's staff, most especially Thea. He was extremely kind to take charge of getting my bags up to the third floor. I would give the hotel an 8/10 overall but have awarded the ninth point for the warmth of the service.

While I was fine with it, some may take issue with the water temperature being barely lukewarm at it's hottest. The water pressure, however, was fantastic. Everything was quite clean, but the rooms in places could use a bit of a freshening up. It should also be noted that this hotel doesn't have an elevator and people with mobility issues may find the stairs too much.

Staff were amazing - nothing was a problem - they arranged great trips and a fabulous guide (Savoek Touch) even at late notice. There was always someone at the front desk to ask a question great staff Thea, Brathna, Lisa, Lin, Lao-Dany. Fabulous clean swimming pool with shade and seating and longe chairs and clean towels for after the swim. We arrived early and our flight out was in the evening - both times They allowed us to use the swimming pool.

Took a bit of getting used to the toilet situation which is very different to home - but not a problem once we understood to use the spray nozzle instead of paper, then use paper to pat dry and put in waste bin.

I’m a frequent client in this hotel. I keep going back to it just because of its consistency with quality and facilities. The two best things about this hotel is (1) it’s located in the classy Wat Bo area and (2), the team of people who manage the administration, Lisa and her team were so welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home always with a smile and courtesy. Incidentally, when I checked out, I forgot a little electronic item in the room and then after I went back home, I asked them if they can find it and mail/ship it to me. There were so nice. They sent it out within a week to 10 days. I will certainly go back to it soon. Thank you all nice people of the Dusit Hotel team!

No complains at all!

There were two bests for this hotel. One was the service and one was the location. This hotel is located on the river and it is right by Pub Street and all the street food vendors as well as shopping stalls. Tons of restaurants nearby within very easy walking distance. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The service — what can I say? Everyone was so friendly, nice, and good at their jobs. Particular mention goes to Chariya and Lisa at the front desk during the day. Afternoon and night was Naroth and Chenda. Can’t say enough good things about them. Breakfast was good with enough choices to provide variety. I ate breakfast at the hotel everyday. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only comment that isn’t superlative is that the hotel could use some updating. But the value for the money is so incredible that it was easy to overlook this.

What a gem. The location, facilities, and even a small swimming pool allow you to relax after a hot day exploring Angkor Wat. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. But what makes the stay perfect is the hospitality and kindness of Lisa and the entire crew. What a fantastic human beings. Thank you for making me feel at home. PS. I saw some comments about the water pressure of the shower. The one in my room was better than I had in Malaysia and Thailand.

WiFi was slow sometimes, but anyway I had eSim, so I wasn't bothered

Location, Location !. I had a balcony room overlooking the river and food stalls. I had such a pleasant stay here and have no complaints at all. The staff are wonderful, helped me with my trip to Angkor Wat and organised a wonderful tuk tuk driver. All your needs are within close range, convenience shops, Restaurants and the night market. Also, Pub Street and the vibrant night life is close at hand. A special mention to the wonderful evening reception guy he always had a big, welcoming smile and I always felt at home when I came back. This was the same with all the staff. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, there is a beautiful pool. It's a great place to come and go. I might say the only issue for some people might be no lift. This didn't worry me and it's only 3 stories high. I really miss not being there and would return without question.

The staff here are super helpful and were always happy to answer questions. The hotel is a great location, only a short walk to pub street. You can also organise private tours with the hotel that are very good prices. The rooms and clean and very spacious.

Only supplied 1 pillow which for a four star hotel seems a bit tight. Also it says they supply safety deposit boxes but our room didn’t have one. We asked them if we could get one and they said they would come and sort it for us but never did so we had to leave all our valuables with them at the front desk when we went out in the day time.

The entire hotel staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. They are always available to offer advice and assistance. Even last-minute requests and changes are no problem. I've stayed at this hotel several times and always feel very welcome. From the moment I arrive, I feel like I'm being treated as a friend, not an inconvenience. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team!
