Loved this hotel, mainly for the hospitality of the staff, they always greeted you with a smile, I came back from my trip to the temples and it was raining heavy and they came out with an umbrella to me as I was in the tuk tuk, cold towel on arrival and a drink. Always greeted me with a happy face! Breakfast was OK, location was great, right near pub street but far enough away that not hectic. Solo woman traveller but felt completely safe, the rooms were big and bed was comfortable and had everything i needed.

Decor a bit dated but it fitted in with the charm of the place, overall an amazing hotel 😊

1. Communicative English skills of staff could be improved 2. I’ve reason to suspect minor pilferage in the room ( cleaning staff?) Was charged for a missing teaspoon on checkout..

This is a little gem. Situated in the middle of the Old Market and Pub Street and in easy walking distance of all the shop and restaurants. The style of the hotel is Colonial with real teak wood everywhere including the floor-boards. The staff including the reception staff are attentive and courteous a thing that I thought had died out. Checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast in the restaurant with linen table cloths I thought was reserved for 5 star hotels was a pleasure. The swimming pool is adequate and clean. I think this is great value for money and as a pensioner something at the top of my list.

2 min walk to everything eg. Cafes, ATM, restaurants, Pub Street, Markets. Pool was clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed

Don't get a room on the same side as Pub St.

Definitely recommended. Right on Pub St but not at all noisy, albeit it’s low season and Siem Reap is rather quiet. Clean & modern room with great staff. I also spoke to the owner who is a real nice and down to earth guy. WiFi was very good as was the buffet breakfast. Laundry service was available if need be($2.50 a Kilo).

Very friendly staff and the best location. The pool is important to us. They clean the pool every day and it's just the right size and clean, so my kid loves it. and the evening lights are beautiful. 1.5m deep. The buffet breakfast tastes great too. I lost my luggage by the airline's mistake. They helped me find it. Thank you. we stayed 4 nights. it was great.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location. Fitness center, Sauna, Pool. Excellent Breakfast, Food, Bar. Check In/Out was Easy. Staff spoke English very well. Room was Big, Clean. Good Coffee, Water provided everyday. Refrigerator did not have Ice Buildup...Refrigerator worked great. Air conditioner was amazing, and can set the temperature in my room. Balcony had a great view onto the Street. The hotel location was very calm and quiet. The staff always Professional. This is a truly outstanding hotel in Siem Reap and I will definitely stay here again!!

Great location right near Pub Street Night markets laundry etc.. Nice pool to sit around in the afternoon. Good breakfast with choices. Spacious rooms

The room wasn’t really serviced everyday. Had to ask for missing items. Happy not to have new towels everyday but tea, sugar, soap, shampoo. It was a bit noisy with staff walking past each morning and night clunking as they went.

- Super friendly staff for the most part: everyone was accommodating, courteous, and professional. - Very close to Tourist spots: Pub Street; Night Market; Old Market. - My room was very quiet even if it's located in front of the hotel. - My room was huge w/ a couple of balconies and window shutters.

I've stayed here multiple times and will continue when I come to Siem Reap. The location is the best. The facilities are beautiful, the staff are kind, the breakfast is really good, etc. Everywhere in Cambodia is basically noisy all of the time due to loud music, but if you get a room that faces the pool, you cannot hear it, which is good.

There were several miscommunications around arranging tours and massages, etc. I speak enough Khmer that it wasn't a language thing. I think newer staff need to learn to say "I don't know" and ask their boss for help if they are unsure about booking something. Also, the mozzies were terrible. This can't be helped because it's the tropics, but please put plug-ins in the room, spray for mosquitos, or give guests a way to kill them. We had several dozen in our room. I bought a zapper from the market to kill them all.
