From the moment you arrive the staff are incredibly helpful. It continues throughout the stay. The room was lovely and big with adjoining bathroom and screened off shower, not wet room. The whole hotel is clean and always staffed with friendly people. The location is great for nightlife and all the tours pick you up at the door. Although it's only 50m to Pub Street the noise is not heard at the hotel. There's a Starbucks close by for that early morning kick. The night market is at the end of the road The house tuktuk (Me Sany) was fun and engaging during the day I hired his services.

There are no downsides to this hotel for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they could speak english, they arrange taxi or tuc tuc for you if you need, they also do laundry for a cheap price and I must say, their fabric softener smell much better than what I use at home. I was amazed. Also they sent my postcards. Hotel is in absolute centre of the city, but at the same time there is not noise from the street - ideal combination! Guys, I am sure if you choose this hotel you will be also satisfied.

Staff could not have been more helpful. The staff gave us a welcome drink on arrival and showed great interest in getting to know us. The hotel is very clean and the room had a lovely balcony. The bathroom was very clean and there were touches to make it feel very homely eg robes and slippers. Pub street and other bars and restaurants very nearby but don’t hear them which is good.

I requested a room facing the main street. My room has a balcony. Mr Peter has been very accommodating to my needs ( i got injured while touring the temple). Mr Peter arranged all the transportations/tours that i needed. I also love their restaurant and the food were delicious. The staff from the restaurants were also very nice.

We really liked free airport pick-up service! For those who are arriving for the first time in Siem Reap and don't know where to go and stay, this place is the one. Bed is comfortable and bedsheets were clean. Room is spacious with a lot of furnitures which are easy to organize things. Staffs are extremely kind, always smiley and tries to be helpful including Ms.Ten Kongkea. Breakfast was nice, you can choose between western or Cambodian style. Location is nice but you may hear the load music sound at night cause it's very near to the pop street.

There were a lot of mosquitoes. I was biten by mosquitoes everyday😫 I didn't know why cause we didn't any windows nor balcony door, and found out later there's gap between balcony door although it was maximally closed. Also need to be careful about stuffs from the room, the handle of wooden cup of the bathroom was parted with a one drop by mistake and needed to pay for it. Reception doesn't have 2nd card key so each time you need to leave it there for cleaning. Dirty water stains are visible on the inside of the sink drain, it mattered to me cause I washed my clothes each evening.

The hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to Pub Street without the immediate festivities. Room was generally comfortable and met most of our needs. The breakfast were a nice "order your own" mains and the restaurant was a decent place to lounge in the intense heat.

2 main issues: a) There is a bar across the hotel, who unfortunately decided to host an event without informing the hotel. We had to endure 80s dance hits and could hear every word from Bieber telling his baby to go all night. The hotel was kind enough to refund us a night, but we had to wake for Angkor's sunrise with only 2 hrs of sleep. b) the water pressure of shower is fairly low. Not a major concern, but showers may take longer

It is a very friendly hotel in a top central location of Siem Reap. We appreciated the (free!) pickup from the bus station - very helpful for a first time visitor who still needs some time for orientation. Also the driver arranged by the hotel for day trips or transfers was 110% reliable, perfectly on time, fair with the pricing, and even spoke English. This made our entire Siem Reap experience really smooth.

The shower water was lukewarm at best. Fortunately, the weather was so hot that we weren't really in the need of a steam bath. Also the breakfast is not much to write home about. The idea of a set menu is perfectly okay for a small hotel, but neither size nor quality of the choices were convincing.

Its a excellent property with all amenities. It was centrally located with helpful staff. Room was neat and clean and very specious. lovely balcony. Pub street was right at back side and everything else was easy walking distance away. Many eateries around area.

Room cleaning is not done on daily basis unless you leave key at reception, unfortunately no one informed this fact hence room was not cleaned as needed. As a added request Hotel and Reception Staff should be well informed on where if required tourist can go for their RT PCR test as no one knew exact place to do it. These type of information should be handy in hotel as support system for tourist as many countries have been requesting it again.

Check-in was a breeze as the staff (Ms KongKea) spoke good English. The room was great, spacious with a generous balcony. On two days when we had early outings, they had take-away breakfast for us... good portions. Location is good, just a street away from the noisy Pub Street. Food options were many, and the 7-11 a stone's throw. The airport is a 20 min tuk tuk ride. Overall a good hotel.

Right opposite is a cafe and on the weekend we were there, music from the band was a bit too loud. Didn't really disturb our sleep but we do appreciate a quiet environment.

Excellent location in the center of Siem Reap next to Pub Street and the Old Market. Many eateries around and a 7 eleven 2' walk. A nice balcony where you could watch the world go by. The staff friendly and very helpful. Although hotels in S.R are generally reasonably priced this one was one of the best priced hotel I ever stayed in.
