Great location, good size rooms. Breakfast was ok. Pool was clean.

As with most beds in SE Asia, they do seem to love a firm bed, but the these are another level - extra firm doesn’t quite explain it. Totally solid. This meant we had 4 nights of very uncomfortable sleep. Bathroom wasn’t great either - towel rails and any hooks were missing (the fixing holes were still there), light above the mirror gone (bare wires left poking out of the wall) and the sil for the shower area broken off so taking a shower floods the whole bathroom floor (it’s a wet room but still, not great). Be warned there’s no lift either. Not a major problem unless you hate stairs…

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious and relatively quiet, despite being just a 5-minute walk from Pub Street. The location is well situated close to the vibrant and lively heart of Siem Reap. There are 4 options for breakfast, which is tasty and the portions are big enough. On every floor there is free water to refill your bottles.

We found the bed a bit too firm for our liking, and the towels developed a slight musty smell after use. Additionally, there were a few minor aspects in the room that could benefit from renovation. I also think that the cleaning staff could pay a bit more attention to details in their work. But overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Siem Reap Urban was a fantastic choice for us! We liked the room and the staff was very hospitable. Because of all the good tips we were provided, we decided to extend our stay directly with the hotel two more nights. The hotel arranged everything for us, a tuktuk Mr. Naren with an English speaking guide Mr. Yorm, which added to the enjoyment of the visit. We were able to understand Cambodia's rich culture, history, and even learned some Khmer phrases during our trip. After long, hot days at the temples, the best therapy was swimming in the pool. We followed the staff’s suggestion and went to the buffet with the traditional dance show, which was Fantastic! We really enjoyed every bit of our time being here, and we are definitely going to visit again. We are looking forward to seeing Phare Circus, which was fully booked durring our stay. If you’re coming to Siem Reap, this is the place to stay!

Fab location close to everything and lovely, friendly staff with lots of assistance for booking transfers, tours and even in room massages at good prices. Lovely little courtyard pool area with comfy sun loungers. Generously sized room, clean and nicely made up. They did me a box breakfast on request for a sun rise tour. Good free pick up from my bus to the hotel on arrival as well.

Lots of small but still present bugs/roaches in my bathroom. Don't know where they came from but managing that better would be ideal. The restaurant seemed not to really function as a restaurant, I attempted to order lunch once and this seemed to just confuse the staff terribly. I gave up and went across the road.

Great location. Clean and organized. Helpful staff. Mia was very helpful when giving me information about the tour to Angkor Wat and other details about the city. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Siem Reap Urban Boutique Hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is great - just a few minutes' walk from the center of town and all the best restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. But the real highlight was the pool - it was so nice and clean, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the temples. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

Excellent and very friendly staff. Great location with good-value restaurants a few steps away. The security member looking after the scooters was great, remembered who you were and which scooter was yours, and always went out of his way to help you out. Front desk staff are very attentive.

The breakfast could maybe be improved. It's not included and there are good and simple options on the street so I often went for that, but if it were a nicer breakfast I'd eat at the hotel each morning.

We were in the family room on the 3rd floor without lift. The room was split in 2 parts so our eldest could have his intimacy. It was spacious and clean. Mattresses were too hard for us. A/C worked well. The hotel is in the very center of the city , 2 steps from pub street. 7 eleven is around the corner and lots of restaurants are on the hotel’s street. It's good, not expensive but not fine. For us, it was enough after a long day's sightseeing. And it's quieter than Pub Street. The staff is helpful and friendly. They help us for renting motorcycles and the laundry. You have free water refill station on each floor. The pool is appreciated if you want to refresh and chill after a hot day.

The location is excellent: just a couple of blocks from Pub Street, lots of restaurants within a few steps, but still quiet. Thon Meas, the main guy at the desk during the day, has very good English and is very helpful. He has a good sense of humour too. There was a tub in the room that was a bit weird looking but we appreciated it because we love to bath.

We stayed three days and it seemed like we had to remind the cleaning people to clean the room every day. They immediately did the job when we asked.

It was a clean and quiet hotel, easy to find and close enough to the action on Pub Street with restaurants all around, without feeling in the thick of it all. We slept very well as the room was quiet, the AC worked well, and the curtains kept it dark. The staff were very helpful and arranged a pickup from the new SAI airport for a fee. (Since the brand new airport that opened in Oct 2023 is an hour away, their Booking.com listing offering a free airport pickup is inaccurate.) They provided extra pillows when we asked, and also arranged for a Tuktuk driver for the day to take us around to the Wats at a very good price.

The floor in our room was irregular near the bed, where it went from hardwood to tile without a smooth transition, as if they stopped halfway through the job and never finished. Also, there was no shower curtain which meant the bathroom floor got wet when we showered. And, while the room had a wonderful large bathtub, it had no stopper, though the staff were quick to provide one when we asked. The bed was a nice King Size bed, just firmer than we're used to. All minor really and I would stay here again as it was a good value.
