This hotel is very close to Pub Street and the Night Market and the river so great location within minutes walking distance. The reception area and pool are nice. The room was very big (junior suite) and bed was comfortable and decorated beautifully with a towel swan and lotus flowers for our honeymoon … thankyou 😊 The standout here is the staff, they are amazing and can’t do enough for you. The hotel manager welcoming you with a lovely scarf which I used at Angkor is a lovely touch. And reception staff waving us off as we left. Always asking if we need anything. The breakfast was good with an egg station. The hotel is great value for money also. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Simply one the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The secret? The fantastic employees. All of them are fantastic ambassadors of the amazing Cambodian hospitality that makes this wonderful country a place everyone should visit at least once. From the friendly reception staff who made a point of chatting with us about our day, to the great cocktails whipped up by the lovely Mickey at the beautiful pool bar, to the quiet professionalism of the restaurant staff, all was part of an impeccable experience. Our room was clean and spacious, breakfast varied and tasty, and the location was perfect; near to the action of pub street, but a quiet haven to escape to also. Absolutely amazing stay thanks to everyone at the Central Suite Residence.

First and foremost the staff are amazing - the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. They are all so warm and welcoming, remembering your name and checking in on you as you pass (especially Mr. Kim who was especially helpful when my husband needed medical treatment). Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. A good choice of options available on the breakfast buffet in a lovely dining area by the pool. The pool area is small, however the pool had a swim up bar, which was a novelty. The location of the hotel is excellent very close to Pub Street and the markets, we were not disturbed by any noise.

We give 10/10 rating because of the staff, however a few small things could be better 1) the shower was only just warm enough, hotter would have been better 2) the coffee at breakfast was awful, very strong and bitter 3) At times there were not enough sun lounges around the pool.

A lovely modern property with good sized well appointed rooms. Loved the bathroom. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from pub street, but in a quieter location. The staff were all extremely polite, friendly and helpful, from the staff on reception including Mr Ratanak to the smiling chef in the dining room(don’t know his name). A special thank you to miss Pisean who helped us sort out a few issues on our last day.

As a light sleeper I was aware of dogs barking outside( I know that’s not the responsibility of the hotel) and drifting music from the town. Also on the first night, what sounded like furniture being moved. However it wasn’t a big problem and I generally slept well.

If going to Siem Reap I highly recommend this hotel. We arranged via the hotel to be collected from and returned to the airport in their luxury minibus. From arrival until check out the staff could not have done any more to make us welcome and comfortable. It was our anniversary while there and they arranged for the room to be 'decorated' in flowers for us. Food in the restaurant is excellent. We took the cookery class (just the 2 of us) where you are 'coached' by their chefs and we have a great time. The food was good too!! During our stay the hotel arranged for us to do the sunset tour at Angkor Wat and provided the minibus, driver and guide. A location not to be missed! To be honest, we don't normally return to the same place for holidays but we definitely plan on returning here in 2026 for 5 days.

We were SO pleased with this hotel we would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Siem Reap. Because of its size, it would be considered a Boutique hotel but based on our experience you would think you were arriving at a 5-Star hotel. The location is formidable, just a few steps from the town center where "Pub Street" and the "Night Market" are. They received us with some Cambodian tea and GIFTS! Traditional Cambodian scarfs, what a nice detail. The room was beautiful, super clean, with a balcony and a gorgeous bathroom, oh... they had taken the time to leave a welcoming letter, "Welcome" with our names written on the bed with flowers and fresh fruit to enjoy. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful but If we had to highlight some staff members they would be Lina, Kim, Micky, and Seyah. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Also wanted to highlight the hotel's small but beautiful pool and wet bar.

Central Suite Residence seriously has the most awesome staff ever! My partner and I been around the globe, from tiny hostels to fancy 5-star spots, let me tell you, these guys are in a league of their own. Tong, Sophie, Mickey, and the crew are just so friendly and always there when you need them. They remember everyone’s names, no matter how tricky! We both work in the hospitality sector, and even we were blown away by their level of care (they are generally interested in you and your stay not just in the hotel but in Cambodia and go above and beyond and best of all it’s all genuine.) Plus, they’re not in your face at all – just the right amount of interaction. Unparalleled service seriously! The hotel itself is spotless, our room was great(deluxe double room) amazing shower, breakfast is very good, and it’s in the perfect location. The swim-up bar/pool was another massive highlight! We’re already looking to see when we can plan our next trip to Cambodia, and you bet we’ll be staying at Central Suite Residence again, all thanks to the amazing staff. 10/10 Thank you everyone. We will be back! 😎

On check in we were given cold cloths and refreshments. Our booking was clarified with Mr Kim. We then went to our room which had a welcome message on the bed in flowers. The room was immaculate. We had dinner there the first night which was delicious. The next day we spent time in the pool where Mr Vesna and Ms Sapon made the most wonderful cocktails. At night after a walk in Pub Street MR Seyha was on duty and offered a cold napkin which was thoroughly welcomed. The food,service,staff and area could not be beaten. I am looking forward to returning.

I wish I could have stayed there longer.

The staff were beyond accommodating and went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. The welcome drinks and gift were beautiful and they always welcomed us back with cocold towels that smelt divine. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The pool with swim up bar was the perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day at the temples. Cambodian hospitality is exceptional. Thank you to Mr Kim and all the staff who added personal touches and made our stay so wonderful.

I can't fault anything. We simply cannot wait to return.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Took the time to talk to you, asking how your day was, how was the room, the food. Was there anything else they could do for me. It was a wonderful place to stay and the staff couldnt do enough for me.

My ONLY gripe was the location of the shower tap. The shower itself was amazing. But because you have to be underneath it to switch it on. You better make sure the tempurature is right before you switch it on. It switches on REAL quick.
