The bed was extremely comfortable, not as rock hard as most beds in Vietnam/Cambodia. The shower was nice and big and fully enclosed, with great water pressure. The balcony was nice to sit on and get some fresh air. The fridge in the room was icy cold, which was great for having a cold drink when you got back from being out on a hot day. The staff were super friendly, tours were organised for us and the driver we had from the airport was very nice. I also wanted to mention that Pem, the tuk tuk driver that took us to the temples and dropped us to the bus station upon checkout, was so great. These were early mornings, and he was so friendly! The location is excellent, just a street over from pub street and also a 7 eleven. There is also an atm outside and more on the corner.

The place is a little older, but still very well kept and clean. But good value for money.

I recently stayed at Chhay Long Angkor Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap, and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming from the start, greeting me with a nice welcome drink and helping with anything I needed during my stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Pub Street and the Night Market, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely traditional style. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. They kept everything in perfect order with daily housekeeping.

I honestly can't fault this place! The lady at reception was really friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and booked us a tour and tuk tuk. The room was brilliant - shower was fantastic, and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time! The breakfast was pretty good, especially considering it was included for free. The location was fantastic - we could get to lots of places on foot. It was relatively quiet as well which surprised me as the hotel is in quite a busy area!

The only small thing that bothered me was that the pool didn't really seem to get any sunlight.

Staff/Management were friendly and helpful. The pool was actually cool and refreshing. Close proximity to Pub Street but we often ate at closer eateries in our street. Close to markets. Huge bed.

Our stay was during Khmer New Year’s celebrations. This basically meant parties and water fights in all the streets of Siem Reap…. So not just related to the Chhoy Long. More a warning to check for public holidays and festivals.

Fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants and Pub Street and night market. Breakfast for us (Australian) similar to home with added feature of local fruits. Large and very comfortable accomodation and bathroom with separate shower. Rooms surround a very clean inviting pool with plenty of deck chairs. Brand new building with beautiful local furnishings.

Location was great.facilities and pool were good.will definitely stay there again. Check in was good and easy. Was told that hotel can arrange tours and transport for us. Breakfast was also good.

Tried to book transport and tours on the next 2 days however, could not find anyone to organise tuk tuk or tours for us for the next days. There was a lack of anyone who could speak english to help us. There was a lack of pool towels after first day.

Thr manager helped us a lot with planning our excursion to Tonglé Sap. Unfortuneately we paid already some locals who behave like bandits and try to squize the last dollar of you. Nice swimming pool (that I forgot to use). Nice quiet chambers. You are in the heart of Siem Raep and Puk Street (so a lot of tourists).

Slipery bathroom (shower) like in every hotel in South-East Asia.

Perfect location, easily accessible, in the center yet still quiet in room. Very friendly staff, kindly packed a fresh breakfast for us early in the morning as we had a tour booked. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bed, working air con. Great for a couple of days in the city.

It's minor, but only 1 toilet roll for the 3 nights staying.

I travelled with my mum, we had a great time in Siem Reap and staff here were wonderful, the owner was very helpful with providing information and she was pleasant to talk to. Room was clean, location is great (under 5 minute walk to 7/11 and all the busy streets/markets). I definitely will be staying here again next time I visit Siem Reap.

Great hotel with big rooms that are very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was good and the location is excellent. Highly recommend this place as it is great value for money.
