This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Cambodia. We would give them 10 stars if we could. Everything about this place was spectacular, from the beautiful rooms to the very friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Siem Reap. We recently got engaged and wanted to have traditional Khmer pre-wedding photos done at Angkor Wat. We booked this hotel and sent them a message asking if they knew anyone in town that could help us. The hotel staff got back to us quickly and arranged for us a professional photographer and a local tailor that specializes in traditional Khmer wedding attire. Everything was included from the initial fitting, make-up, hairstyle, transportation to & from the locations, and even a nice lunch after the photo shoot while we selected the photos we liked best. One of the hotel staff accompanied us the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. It was an amazing level of service and far beyond expectations. We had other pleasant experiences at the hotel as well, including the spa, the cooking class, and the Apsara show. We even arrived one day to find that our room had been decorated to congratulate us on the engagement. What a nice surprise! While EVERYONE working at this hotel are incredible at their jobs, we want to give a special thank you to Mathy who went above and beyond her job duties to make sure we had the best trip possible. Everything was perfect

An excellent experience and we highly recommend you experience this fantastic hotel. The staff were all incredible. Just so friendly and efficient. A big shout to Vitheara who attended to us so beautifully and with genuine interest in us throughout. Thank you to all who made out stay so memorable Our room was huge and very comfortable! Bed was super comfy. Excellent shower with lovely products. Especially loved the salt scrub! 2 AC units in the room kept the room temperature so comfortable! The breakfast taken across the road was excellent with lots of choices and wonderful staff at hand. The coffee was great! We used the spa voucher included in the stay and loved the 45 minute massage...just what we needed after a long hot day temple exploring! The swimming pool was beautiful and most welcome! Happy hour cocktail were fantastic and well priced! We organised return airport transfers through the hotel..all went very smoothly! Complementary water was provided and room snack delivered each day was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is excellent..lots of restaurants around the hotel and, of course, pub street! This hotel contributed significantly to our immense enjoyment of Siem Reap! We will be returning ASAP! Also make sure you lunch at Mealea Watbo restaurant..exquisite fine dining! Will return and spend much more time in Siem Reap/Cambodia!

Location excellent staff exceptional!

Fantastic experience helpful staff, pick-up and drop off at the airport, communication with hotel from the time of booking excellent response very good service. Fantastic location hotel organised all our tours very competitively priced. We recommend golden temple Boutique and golden temple Residents stay very highly as we got to experience both stays.

The Hot weather in Cambodia

We loved the property! It’s a small property which we liked, it feels very personal, the staff got to know us which was nice. They learned I liked the papaya in the morning and my wife liked the passionfruit. It’s those details that we really loved. The rooms are spacious. Service is excellent. Cocktails were delicious and a bargain ($3.50USD for 2 cocktails during the 4hr happy hour). Location is very close to everything, 3 mins walk to Pub Street, 5 mins walk to the markets etc. The only downside is you do hear a little noise as you’re right in the centre of the action.

The staff were very friendly and gave us an excellent service. One member, Vitheara, arranged a special birthday surprise for me. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms were lovely . The staff were brilliant- they arranged a tour of Angkor Wat . They suggested a wonderful 5 course Cambodian dinner and dance which was brilliant. Loved the Spa too -

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with large bathrooms and generous walk-in showers. We were lucky to have a corner unit with two walls of windows and a charming balcony overlooking the street—such a lovely touch. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet part of the city, and a short walk from all the energy of Pub Street. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and if they didn’t have something, they’d find a way to get it. They arranged for an air conditioned SUV to pick us up from the airport, had great tour recommendations, and always went above and beyond. After long days in the heat, we loved coming back to a refreshing cold towel—a small touch that made a big difference. We also spent one afternoon poolside, which was so relaxing. Breakfast, included with the room, was outstanding—with plenty of variety and even a dedicated vegetarian menu, which I really appreciated. Shout out to Chef Heat (yes, that's his name!). The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. Special thanks to Seyha and Ratanak for making us feel so welcome—you guys are the best, and made our stay unforgettable. Cambodia left a lasting impression on us, full of warmth and kindness. If we return to Siem Reap, we will absolutely stay here again.
