We were in need of a peaceful tucked away place and this spot provided. The pool was so clean and relaxing, the staff was so kind and smiley and helpful with laundry and booking buses, the food at the restaurant was well priced and filling. The big bonus for me was that the staff refilled everything in the room each day, shampoo, coffee, waters, TP, fresh towels, etc. That was a huge treat! Would definitely stay here again.

The price was a bit higher because of Khmer new year so not sure the normal price but either way was worth it! Also if you’re not keen on people going in your room then might ask for a don’t disturb card. But for us it was great 10/10 :-)

This hotel was very beautiful and comfortable with amazing hospitality. Staff were all lovely and professional. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy varieties of options, including an omlet bar. On the days that we had to leave the hotel super early, they had Breakfast boxes to go, which was so convenient! We also had a massage service upon our arrival and it was one of the best massages we've ever had. We are avid travelers and have stayed in many great hotels but this place was definitely one of our favorites. Thank you so much!

The property location is fantastic, just walking distance from Pub street, 7/11 and the night market. The hotel was very comfortable and the bedrooms large and airy. Air con was great too. The hotel is next to a school and it was lovely to hear children chanting their lessons as you walked out of the hotel. Location was excellent, close enough to all the action, but just enough away so you could sleep soundly. Staff were fantastic and were more than happy to make any arrangements needed. I did a tuk tuk tour to Angkor Wat and had an early airport transfer which was all arranged with no trouble. Be mindful coming to Siem Reap the new airport opened in October 2023 and is located 50km from the city. Would definitely pay the hotel airport transfer of $28 rather than $40 I paid from the airport.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay, but was a bit disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned once during this time. Pool side is a reasonable size, but not much seating by the pool, so felt crowded during the day.

We absolutely adored Siem Reap and this hotel played a significant role in our love for the city! They went above and beyond to assist us in planning our activities and offered fantastic recommendations. Situated just a 2-minute away from the night market, the hotel is nestled in a peaceful and serene location. The rooms are beautifully furnished with ample space, ensuring a comfortable stay. The stunning swimming pools are a highlight, and the restaurant serves up delicious and nutritious meals. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accommodation in Siem Reap!

Great location, walkable to the main streets without being in the middle of everything. Lovely well kept grounds, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. I tried the in house restaurant for lunch and dinner - both good if you don’t fancy venturing out again after a long day of tours. The staff are what makes this place! Very kind, polite and friendly! They cannot seem to do enough - always greeted with a genuine smile, and fresh cold towels after a long day out. I unfortunately got food poisoning on my last night, and they did their best to accommodate and care for me (as a solo traveler this was so considerate!), by accommodating a late checkout for me to rest and ensuring I was hydrated with lots of fresh coconut water. Thank you so much! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Siem Reap Comfort, and I look forward to coming back for another stay here soon. Thank you.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They organised bike hire and a trip to the floating Village - both for good prices. The pool area was nice. Although it was in the shade a lot of the time, this was welcome as it was pretty hot even in January. The location was great. Only a few minutes to Pub Street and all the restaurants.

The door to our room was left open when being cleaned and it appears that it allowed mosquitoes to get in - there were generally quite a few in the hallway. We asked them not to clean the room and we had no more mosquito issues.

We had a very good stay at Siem Reap Comfort for 5 days. The staff are very sweet and attentive, and would greet us with cool towelettes when we’d come in from the temples dusty and tired. After spending long days at the Angkor temple complex, the sheltered pool and garden are a lovely place to wind down, cool down and relax by. The room was clean, spacious and looked exactly as advertised on booking.com. They provide reusable water bottles that you can take to the temples which was a nice touch. It’s very centrally located, and easy walk to pub street, the river or various markets.

This hotel is just awesome!! All the recipients and hotel staffs were very welcoming and they provided everything we needed. The hotel room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was super delicious (especially the noodles tasted awesome), and the pool is just amazing. I think the price is very reasonable as well. It’s located near Siem Reap downtown, so the Pub Street, Old Market, Riverside, etc. are at walkable distance; no extra transportation was needed except for the temple tours and the airport. It has been a pleasant and comfortable stay, so thanks to the hotel staffs :)

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from the very nice welcome to the great staff who were all wonderful, every single member was a credit to the hotel. The rooms were above and beyond what I expected, the bed was the best bed i have slept in and that is the truth, the rooms are cleaned beautifully every day leaving a pleasant fragrance all day, the food was great and so was the rooftop pool., it is without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I have to admit I was sad to leave, and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know should they visit Siem reap.

Great budget hotel in Central Siem Reap. Rooms are huge with a comfortable bed and good aircon. The pool was clean and overall it was a great place to spend a few days, I was very happy.

Thw bathroom is a typical south east Asian basic bathroom so the shower water comes out horizontal, a quick upgrade would be a better shower fitting (water pressure was fine). Towels are also a bit dated. Finally, would be great to have a do not disturb/please clean sign to put on the door instead of asking at reception.
