All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and happy to help. The room that we had booked had lots of windows, which let in lots of natural light. Free tea and coffee in a lovely, spacious room. Location is very good for exploring - plenty of bars and food options within walking distance.

We had a couple of problems with our toilet when we arrived but it had sorted itself out by the morning. The water pressure in the shower was a bit temperamental too but again, this sorted itself out.

one of the only places I have stayed where expectations were exceeded by such a large degree. the facilities are fantastic. comfortable large rooms, ice cold air con, sparkling pool, brand new motorbikes available for rent at great prices. laundry done and back to you in 2 hours. 2 minute walk to old markets, river side and pub street, if that's your thing... what really makes it stand out though is Andy and his exceptional staff. everything from advice, booking tours, busses, where to eat. even having a sit down and a good chat and learn about Khmer history... honestly, if you are travelling solo, couple or family, you can't go wrong at Andy's Place.

Andy's Place is exceptional. For the price you won't find better in the world. I 've used Booking.com in over 100 countries. Each room is unique. Spacious, beautiful decor ,clean,aircon ,good wifi,coffee and tea making facilities.Absolute value for money. lovely clean swimming pool at the front.Andy the owner is fantastic guy.So friendly and helpful. Has some great tours at best prices. Rents great motorbikes in top condition. If you stay here I guarantee you will love it.Also the location is so close to main centre.You can walk in 5-8 min.But away from the noise and loud music.Andy is a wealth of great information and advice. Convenient location in the city centre surrounded by good restaurants. Definitely take Andy up on his recommendations for places to eat - they were all good. Andy's place was a nice place to stay with clean facilities, friendly staff, and it did everything we needed for our Siem Reap stay. Andy himself is a really nice friendly guy who will help you with all you need. We found our tuk-tuk driver for the temples from him, and he also helped us book our bus and boat to Koh Rong Sanloem, and all of this worked out well. Loved staying here. The room is just like the photos and recently completed. Very comfortable with everything you need and a little patio. It is very close to restaurants and pub street just a 3 min walk. Atm across the road a minute away. The pool was nice to try to cool down. Andy picked us up from the airport and we hired a scooter off him for $10us 24 hours. You can arrange tours and bus tickets through them too.

Nothing. If Im being picky perhaps the reception staff were a little too attentive when wanting to get back to your room or go out. But otherwise this place is perfect.

The host and staff were incredibly welcoming and were generous in giving great advice for our trip to Siem Reap. All the tour options were really well priced, well considered, and offered regularly. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. We were sick for a portion of our stay and we couldn’t imagine being anywhere more comfortable to recover. The bathroom and bed are especially nice for the value. The location was perfect to get around to great restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Just a quick mention that there isn’t drinking water available for refillable bottles, but chilled bottled water is offered for a reasonable price. Andy’s does accept credit cards for payment (which is amazing and appreciated) there is a understandable 5% fee applied.

Andy is the best host you can think of. He know the place, speaks perfect English and is easily available. The location of Andy's place is great. Just a short walk from the very centre away but very quiet, with restaurants and a french bakery "across the street" or "around the corner". The room was big and clean and you could rent almost new scooters from Andy's place.

The doors to the toilet and balcony don't fully close so misquitos kept coming into our room permanently. We tried to kill all of them every night (this cost us quite some time, every night) but every day there were several new ones even though we kept everything as closed as possible. Also inside the room it was incredibly hot because its ousdide wall gets direct sunlight almost from sunrise to sunset. It heats up very much during the day and keeps heating the room many hours more after the sun has gone.

Place was fantastic. It was close to numerous restaurants and activities (massages, gym, markets, etc.). The town centre is about a 6 minute walk from the hotel. AC worked great, cooled down the room in no time. In my room on the first floor the internet was fast and reliable. Hot water and a fully enclosed shower, which is not standard in Cambodia. All amenities were supplied (towels, soap, sheets, toilet paper, etc.). I stayed for a month to see a friend and worked remotely. I have absolutely no complaints.

Just wish they had a mini-fridge in the room, however, Andy was great and let me use the fridge in the staff area, so really no complaints.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the host - Andy - was the best of them all. Always present, much travelled and experienced, a good company and ready to help and advise in every situation. The lobby had beautiful wood carvings and AC and the pool had an underwater lighting and kind of waterfall on the back wall before the bas-relief. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Flat TV with Netflix. The owner helped with arranging the tours and organising the transport. Numerous very tasty bakeries are located nearby and the night market and pub street are close enough.

Well, there is no elevator in the Andy's place, so if you live higher, it may be a lot climbing. Also there is no cooler in the rooms which may cause some little inconvenience.

It exceeded all my expectations. In a word, I am delighted. The rooms are beautiful, large, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy. Andi is a phenomenal host, he will give you all the necessary information about tourist attractions, you can book a trip or rent a scooter directly at the hotel, he will give you information about where to have lunch and what to see from other attractions. You can also buy tickets to other cities directly in the hotel. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the center, the location is perfect. Andi is an amazing host and you can see that he has experience in how to treat a guest in the right way. This hotel is the best choice to stay in Siem Reap.
