Ankor Leap hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel in a good location within Siem Reap. Close to Pub Street, but far enough away that the rooms were quiet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with strong air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Siem Reap.

The room was fantastic. The only complaint I have is that the bed was quite hard. This seems to be a trend across SE Asia though and is not exclusive to this hotel.

Everything

Everything was perfect and we had a stress-free stay. If there was one bad thing, it was that we didn't have a hot shower. But it didn't bother us at the end of December, depending on the person. Also, in hotels and guesthouses in this price range, the shower drains are clogged and the water doesn't flow properly, but this hotel is not like that. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. We also had a hair dryer, air conditioner, and refrigerator. In the pictures there was a bathtub and bathrobes, but we didn't have them in our room, but we didn't mind. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, near to the riverside, markets and pub street. The staff here are very professional and exceptionally friendly. The rooms are large, light and clean with full facilities. Recommended.

I had to change from my allocated room at the front due to outside noise on the first night. Handled with ease and efficiency by the reception staff, but beware of the lower street facing rooms if you don't want to sleep on a motorway!

Very good, quiet, location! Elevator. Clean room with a large 'heavenly' comfortable bed, wardrobe and other furniture. Cute balcony overlooking the street in the front. Bedside lamp, A/C, minibar, good Wifi signal strength. Electric kettle, water, coffee, tea. Swimming pool. Nice bathroom with ok shower, toiletries, hairdryer go 8. Friendly staff. Just a few minutes walk to the 'center' of SR. Accept bank cards payments.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable - designed akin to a western-style hotel room, which makes a nice change for SE Asia. The pool is small but a lovely place to relax and sunbath, and the staff kindly allowed us to use it after we'd checked out. Very friendly staff, convenient location, and well-priced - you can't go wrong really!

I have been in this hotel 2 times now.I go back there again and i will be very happy for staying there. Good location short walk to pubstreet and very good food in Lady Khmer kitchen. The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this for short or long stay.

The location is great, close to Pub Street and within walking distance of markets and other shops. The pool was really refreshing, very clean and lovely to swim in. Our room was lovely and bright with great natural light.

There weren't many electrical sockets and as we were working with computers we found this challenging.

Large room, no TV channels but YouTube and Netflix available, good swimming pool, near to centre.

Noise from construction work on 4th floor going on from morning to afternoon, noisy street and polluted air morning due to traffic.

Great location in Siem Reap - within walking distance of some tasty breakfast places and Pub Street. Spacious and clean room with good A/C. Friendly and helpful staff. Could pay by card in advance which was very handy. Elevator in use. Not affiliated with the property but we had a lovely Tuk Tuk driver named Ti who took us on a full day tour of Angkor Wat for a fair price. He had a few set routes to choose from but was more than happy with our customised one and provided hotel pick up and drop off (his WhatsApp +855 10 278 714).

The lobby could have a few more comfortable seats for guests. There is a swimming pool but the water looked green and not clean enough so we didn’t swim in it. The description on booking.com says it is a 4-star hotel - I wouldn’t give it that many stars.

It is a 5 - 8 min walk from the city centre with the old market, night market and pub street. It has a little pool to cool off a bit after a visit to the temples or other walking activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a little mom-and-pop shop right across the street as well as a little coffee shop. Scooter rental, money exchange, and massages, ATMs are all within 10 min walking distance.

There have been some renovation works during my stay which have been pretty noisy at times during the day.
