The location is nearby to Pub street. You can literally walk to pub street, night market etc. Money exchange,laundry, restaurants are in a short walk. Staff is very friendly. They take good care of you. Bedding, hot water, AC was great. Clean and pest free. Nothing major to complain and it was a great choice.

Bathroom is tiny. It will be full of water when you open shower because waterflow directly hit at the comod.During day time I heard noise from nearby school but night time its calm and quiet. Lighting is not that good. Its bit too dark with all lights ON.

I recently finished my six day stay at Archaic House, and I had the most fantastic time. The property is ideally located close to Pub Street in Siem Reap and is the perfect base to use for visiting Angkor, Tonle Sap and the various sights in the area. I can’t praise this place highly enough. The hotel’s facade, furnishings and feel are well thought out and modern, but also welcoming and cosy. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent AC and super fast WiFi, plus a western style bathroom with hot showers. My room was spacious and well lit with a huge window which was a plus. The bed was super comfy. There’s a sister hotel across the street that has an excellent restaurant, which I strongly recommend eating at also. The best part about Archaic House is the staff though. They are super kind, caring and friendly - especially the girl on reception (wanted to give her a tip but she wasn’t there on my check out day - if you stay here give her a tip on my behalf lol! She was great). Overall, a fantastic stay for me and I can’t recommend this enough to other tourists coming to Siem Reap, stay here and you’ll enjoy yourself as much as I did.

I loved staying here, nothing bad to say at all!

It’s convenient and it’s just walk away to the pub street and food area. The location is very amazing and the property is very nice. Secondly is about the staff. They are very nice. Most especially the boy who welcomed us when we arrive he’s very accommodating and nice. I really recommend them so much also the staff the girl and the security guard. They are so amazing. I love to go back to the property again. Please book them in your future travel.

Having to ask for housekeeping was slightly annoying It's a little tricky to spot from the street

The location was central enough but far enough away from busy Pub Street Helpful staff that are kind beyond words. Communication is a little of a challenge...

The bathroom drain gave a slight odour at times... Only informed at the end of the stay of the shared workspace where you can work with the laptop. Place didn't feel grubby.

Very cheap price for a nice, clean and functional room that was totally enough for 1 person. I had 2 towels, complimentary bottles of water and coffee with a kettle. There were also toiletries in the bathroom.

Nothing much to deplore, the shower water ran on the toilet because the bathroom is a bit small but it’s not a big deal.

The location was amazing, the room was clean and had everything I needed. (I love the type of bathroom they have, a lot of space for showering :D ). AC was amazing too :) But my favorite thing about this place was the incredibly helpful and communicative staff. They helped us a lot with some (not hotel related) issues we had and I'm really grateful for that.

Central location, Friendly helpful staff. We received a prompt confirmation of our booking, sharing about information and asking for my arrival time for their readiness. I surprised to receive the next reply that the pickup service was included as part of their soft-opening promotion. Really helpful and got my released. Very happy to stay here and would definitely come back for stays.

No elevator but it's not bad comparing to the price you paid

Small budgeted guesthouse with stable wifi. Remarkably, the friendliest and helpful staff. Location is walking distance to pubstreet. Would definitely comeback and highly recommend
