Well decorated and appointed hotel in a very central location close to markets and local attractions. Local staff are amazing and super helpful. Rooftop pool is a god send during the heat of the day and food and drinks available through the hotel are reasonably priced.

Due to its proximity to public street and night clubs there are a couple of places that play music incredibly loud from 11pm sometimes until 6:30 am. Not a fault of the hotel but there’s no escaping the dubstep styled base making a restful nights sleep impossible.

I was expecting a basic budget hotel but this had everything i needed and more and was exceptionally clean and modern, The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, the pool was fantastic and towels were there for guests , it was a 3 minute walk to anywhere interesting and breakfast was great,

The only thing i spotted and this was after looking for a flaw, was that they didn't provide a toothbrush which i have gotten in every other hotel i have stayed in this year , but i had one with me anyway so id didn't impact me personally, but out of everything amazing in the place this was the only thing i noticed.

Love the free water refill at hotel lobby and the hotel doesn’t use plastic bottles and we can choose to reuse our towels and bedsheets. Thank You for the green efficient solution . Wonderful service and great hotel practical in layout and so close to all attractions and restaurants and amenities. hotel breakfast is delicious with specialties coffee and warm friendly service.(There’s a pool But no gym which i ok with.)One of the best hotels I stayed in my world travels A Truly 4Stars hotel I rave about . Modern hotel in heart of the action. One block away from Pub St but still quiet. Bed was western style, so very comfortable. Terrific walk-in shower. Large towels. Room was cleaned by the time i came back, even if gone a short while. Always came back to a cleaned room. Staff were excellent. Warm and friendly.

Breakfast buffet was not good for western food. Very limited choices and some items were not available every day. Plenty of stir fry. Only had specialty coffee machines that were not always working. So to get a black coffee, often had to wait a while for that simple drink. Pool looked like an afterthought. Small, no shade, very few seats. Airport taxi through hotel was expensive, use ride share app.

I loved that it was right in the centre of Siem Reap city with lots of attractions and things to do within walking distance, or pick up a cab for cheap. There are also loads of choice of restaurants in the area. The breakfast selection was great for vegetarians and it was all delicious. The room was really quite even though its quite close to pub street, and I was not disturbed at all. The hotel was spotlessly clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job of cleaning the room clean and replenishing water and beverages.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, and I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I return to SR.

The best location. Very clean and conformable room. Nice selection for breakfast. And the staff were friendly, professional and helpful with any questions or help I needed. I had two tours arranged by the hotel for me (The Angkor Wat sunrise, and the Floating Village), and I was happy with both tours. Definitely would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone wanting good value accommodation in Siem Reap.

A very modern, clean well equipped hotel with a small rooftop pool area. Friendly staff with reasonable English. Room cleaned every day with water top up. It is ideally suited for walking into the market/Pub Street areas for nightlife and dining. I had an inner room that looks into the inner atrium. No view as such, but mostly very quiet in a noisy area where bars and DJ's hammer away till the early hours. If you are looking for some sort of rustic hotel with a Khmer vibe this is not for you... For cleanliness and comfort it was great. Oh, a reasonable breakfast buffet. I didn't go hungry

The air conditioning has a mind of its own. It goes remote control at night and a few times left the room feeling stuffy until it kicked back in. They play music in the public areas.... Annoying music. Should be limited between 10am and 6pm.

Great breakfast—Asian and Western food. Very good coffee machines. The only problem was that there were usually mosquitoes buzzing about in the morning while we were eating.

The bathroom. It had 1 small room with a toilet, 1 small room with a shower, and between the two small rooms was the sink. That made privacy difficult when changing clothes. My wife and I would have preferred a more old fashioned or traditional style bathroom.

Great location, the staff went over and beyond all expectations. Our 1st room, we were disturbed by the noise from the external music until 6am. The reception staff moved us to an internal room on the same floor. Room 325 which was perfect. Reception staff helped with arranging transport to Angkor Wat and providing leaflets. Good breakfast choice especially the egg station. Lovely roof top pool. Just could benefit from some shade possibly sun umbrellas.

We personally feel that a tip jar on reception would be good as we left a tip for all the staff which was put in an envelope but felt a jar or box would be good and encourage visitors to tip.

Everything. Locality is excellent, opposite the Night Market and very close to Pub Street. Breakfast buffet was very good as were other meals we had in the hotel's adjoining restaurant. Rooms are modern, stylish and airconditioned. The staff are lovely and arranged day trips for us with a driver and guide. We were so happy with our stay here.
