The staff were very friendly and chatty (sometimes not necessarily a positive, i.e., when you are hungover and just want to be left alone!), the property itself was lovely (although a tiler needs to see to the pool), and the location is awesome (walking distance to everywhere you want to go to, but far enough away to be protected from the noise that does not relent until 5am). Value for money - this property cannot be beat.

The breakfasts were, sadly, rubbish. The coffee was undrinkable. Saves money of course, because no-one touches it. Having said that, the egg station was an excellent idea even if I couldn’t use it for fear of retribution from my cardiologist!

Hotel was a little difficult to find (both our guide and a tuk-tuk driver sent by a restaurant got confused!). Staff were very pleasant and helpful. On-site buffet breakfast was good and varied. Hotel is located very near night market, which was convenient for last-minute souvenir shopping.

Take-away breakfast (for Angkor Wat sunrise and early departure) was skimpy (just hard-cooked eggs and assorted breads). Would have been nice to get a little fruit, too. Warning: stairs to rooms are VERY steep, but this is common in older Cambodian buildings.

The staff were so helpful and attentive. I had an issue with the aircon and they couldn't help done more to help solve it. The pool and bar area was lovely with a small but varied menu with good options. The location is perfect, near downtown but quiet. They organised pick ups and tours for us which made everything relaxed. The student training scheme is lovely.

They are suffering like a lot of places here with lack of funds to continue repairs and upgrades, but it is still clean and comfortable. They are did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

Love the aesthetics and hospitality. Customer service is excellent, staff is super helpful and friendly. The room is very cute, clean, good value. The pool and common areas are also nice and very aesthetic. We were so impressed. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

Wifi is pretty much non-reachable in the room, have to go to the dining/pool area to have good connection so don’t expect you can work in the room if you don’t have your own data. The AC is functional but not super strong — okay for us because we are not super keen on low temperatures but could be a bit hot for coldie people

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel features a nice pool and is situated in a great location—it's not right in the middle of the action but only about a 10-minute walk to Pub Street. The breakfast buffet had a small selection, but it was sufficient. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. The reception team was very friendly and helpful, assisting with all matters and making the stay as easy as possible. The restaurant team was also very accommodating, always friendly and attentive. The value for money here is fantastic. I absolutely recommend this hotel and commend all the staff for their excellent service.

Staff was excellent, brilliant young woman named Alisa at desk to help, and Heem was a great manager. They went out of their way to acknowledge my wife's birthday. And communication was great.

They have several buildings, our stairs were very steep ( treacherous!),and bathroom was unpleasant and tiny, though room itself was fine. The bathroom for guests in open dining space was awful, and breakfast was fine, though a bit meager in variety and quality

Great location , close to old market and pub street , but away from the noise. Lovely pool to cool down and relax in after temple visits. The staff were all super friendly and helpful , booked things for us , sorted laundry , arranged tuc tucs and were always smiling and pleasant. The on site restaurant does nice food and complementary breakfast was nice too . Mr King was one of the nicest tuc tuc drivers we had such a sweet guy.

Aircon … it doesn’t really get cold and the Celling fan didn’t work in the room so it was a little sweaty at night, we did ask them to fix fan 2 days in a row, but it couldn’t be fixed. They did however provide us with a massive fan for the room so that was great and a lot cooler at night.

Greeted by exceptional staffs who briefed us on the nearby attractions and things to do. Mr. Smey is an outstanding member of the staff who went an extra mile to help us book a tour guide and transportation to visit Angkor Wat. Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were comfortable, location was far from the hustle and bustle of the town, restaurant and food were awesome. All in all, excellent!

Telephone line to the front desk was not functioning. Staircases were a little taxing going up and down. Air-conditioning unit could be better (given the tremendous hot weather).

Lili from the front desk went out of her way to help us with our return bus to Siem Reap by calling the bus operator, translating the call for us, and arranging for pick up on the day itself. Exceptional service from her and fellow colleagues! They also accommodated a room change for us to a lower floor in the main building because we were initially assigned a 3rd floor room with steep stairs only in a building further away from the main building, which were difficult for my elderly parents. Breakfast was simple but yummy too! Location is across the river from Old Market and Pub Street, about 10mins walk.

It takes a while for the aircon to cool the room down (especially after a long hot day), but it does eventually cool down in the night, so it's still OK!

Absolutely amazing . Nice vegetarian breakfast, clean spacious room, really close to everything. The most important is that the people who work there are STARS . such nice and helpful people. This place helps providing jobs for young people or students to get experience. Highly recommend it.

The pool needed a clean, which I saw the man doing the day we left. So probably bad timing for me.
