- we are lucky to get the pool view - good location, very happening and safe - bed is clean and comfortable - we need to catch the overnight bus late at night, staff is friendly and flexible, they allow us to place the bags in the hotel lobby after we had our early check out during the day, and let us take a shower at the common area before going to the bus terminal

- we see a few small grasshopper / flies in the room , but they are harmless , so it’s alright - there are some construction going on, may gets a bit noisy from 9am onwards - sometimes the WiFi signal wasn’t strong, lobby WiFi is most stable. - overall great experience , worth recommending to others

Amazing room, huge tub in bathroom, nice staff, breakfast was good. Location is also great, just 5 minutes walking from Pub Street and markets, but its far enough so that its not noisy. Bed was great, lots of space in the room. We didn't use the pool, but it looked amazing.

Unstable electric supply (power outages daily, but for a few minutes), some things are old or not properly mantained, but it doesn't spoil the experience. Additional services (laundry, bar, tours, airport transport) are comparatively expensive, but there is a laundry service right next door, pubs 5 minutes away and a number of tuk tuks 10 mts away to arrange anything you need much cheaper.

there is a pub near this hotel, they have live band and music very loud until 12am. We can’t sleep well. the breakfast is too simple, not many choices.

This hotel was incredible. Every small detail thought about from welcome service, to daily service, to looking after guests. All facilities were exceptional. It was like staying in a jungle resort but you’re in a city. We booked two nights and ended up staying five it was that good. The best part of the hotel is the staff, the most polite and welcoming people we have come across while travelling South East Asia. It is an absolute must place to stay in Seim Reap.

The stay was great, the staff was so attentive. They made us a breakfast box to take with us to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. The pool area was really nice. We could check out at 4pm for an extra 15$. Beds were comfy. They had a mosquito trap device in the room.

There were a few blackouts (which I understand is normal there) and the AC didn’t automatically turn back on, so sometimes in the night this was problematic.

The hotel is great, well built and nicely furnished. As soon as we arrived, the manager welcomed us with a fresh lemongrass tea and a cold towel, very much needed it. Everyone was polite, and genuinely kind, always eager to help us in anyway. They organized for us a night bus and a guide to visit the temples. The pool is really nice, clean and refreshing, our kids loved it. We had a very good stay. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent location, only a short 15 minute walk to Pub Street. Hotel has an odd layout and you may get wet walking to your room in the rain! Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, but looking a little tired. There were bug zappers, but they didn’t work. Bed supremely comfortable. Breakfast was ok with hot and cold options. Not a great selection, but we found enough to keep us going until lunch. The pool was warm and a reasonable size, but the dark stone made it very difficult to see the change in depth. It’s only about 4” deep max., so not a real issue. The staff are fantastic and very polite.

Great service by the staff especially Nary. Great location in a quiet area and within easy walking distance of pub street, markets and restaurants. A lovely oasis.

Everything !! The location is perfect, just 2 min walking from the mean area of Siem Reap. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful. They organised the visit to Angkor for us and also a bus to Phnom Penh. They even made us a breakfast box for when we were leaving early. The breakfast is very good, diverse enough to please everyone. We booked a room with a private jacuzzi and it and exactly like the photos on booking. Super spacious, clean and modern.

every time I visit Siem Reap, I stay in Kind Rock. the staff is friendly, location is good and rooms are very nice and clean. The pool is nice and all the setting is very green.

Maybe breakfast shall be improved, we were served on carte with few options
