Good location close to the river. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, offering 3 courses including Thai, Continental and British with very fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Room was great and quite big. The bathroom had the biggest granite bath I've ever seen and large walk in shower and always had hot water. Our balcony overlooked the main street. It had two chairs and a table with plenty of room around it Bed was comfy and very big. Tea, coffee and water supplied every day. Swimming pool is small with about 8 sunbeds. However, this was not a problem as most days we had it to ourselves. Towels provided for pool.

Such an amazing three days here! It’s perfectly located near a supermarket and short walk to the main areas of pub street and night market. Air con works fab, water is so hot and powerful so great shower. We were really relaxed here but what stood out the most by far is the welcome you receive not just when you check in like most hotels but everytime you see them we’ve not stayed anywhere like this. The security guard had a huge smile on his face everyday he helps you cross the road safely it was exceptional service we did not expect and this sets this place apart.

Could hear noise ‘singing’ from Hard rock hotels singer stops at midnight though really annoying when you are up before sunrise for Angkor Wat though but this is nothing the hotel can control tbh.

The location was perfect, close to everything. There is a mart next door, a really nice coffee place called Temple a few blocks away. The Pub Street is at walking distance. Just a quick note to people that prefer a quieter place. This is across Hard Rock Cafe and they played life music at night that we could hear from our room, not too loud and for us it was ok.

The only thing is that the place doesn't have a lift and we had heavy bags that we had to carry up the stairs. However the staff was supper friendly and offered to help.

All the staff I came across during my stay were polite and helpful. I had to switch rooms during my stay (just to be on a lower floor), and this was accommodated for, with no issues. The cleaning staff who presumably did the move of bags, moved everything, even items that had been forgotten. Nice! So I had the opportunity to experience 2 rooms - both were spacious and clean. If I were ever back in Siem Reap, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel!

STAFF: The staff were awesome and very friendly. Whether it was booking my day trip to Angkor Wat, or just any general question in relation to my stay at the hotel, they were always happy to help with anything and nothing was too hard of a task for them. ROOM: My room was very comfortable with lots of space. After a scorching hot day exploring Angkor Wat, my room was probably the best one in all of Siem Reap to go back to. Very good aircon that didn't take long to get to the temperature you want, a very good smart TV where you could log in to YT or any streaming services that you use at home. The bathroom/toilet area was also very good. My room had a balcony that allowed for lots of natural light to come in, and it also allowed me a view of the main street out the front that was covered by some trees so it was never too uncomfortable. RESTAURANT: Next to the lobby there is a restaurant that is serving at multiple times throughout the day. I only used it once for breakfast and it wasn't free but it was still very cheap and affordable, and they allowed me to pay as I checked out which worked best for me. I had a very good breakfast, the menu had both local and western options and I was able to fill up very well before a long day exploring Angkor Wat. POOL: My room was only a few steps away from the pool, it was fantastic to have a pool after exploring on a very hot day, and I always liked how you could hear and feel the general ambience of the town from the pool whether you were swimming or just lying down by the side of the pool. LOCATION: The location of this hotel couldn't be any better. It was only a short walk over the bridge from the main part of town, for me probably no more than 2-3 minutes. I was travelling solo and walked by myself late at night without having any issues, if anything I felt very looked after with tuktuk drivers always coming up to me just to make sure I was all good but not at all trying to force a fare on me.

I highly recommend this Hotel for so many reasons! Exceptional staff who were there to help us for anything we needed, booked tours, lent us umbrella, suggestions of places to eat (next door is great), suggested the laundry lady 2 doors down. The location was Perfect! Mini Mart next door, Pub Street a 2 mins walk across the river. Close to Everything. Do yourself a favour and get to Siem Reap and stay at this hotel. Such a comfortable and wonderful place to stay.

Our only fault for this hotel was that the ceiling fan speed was only high or higher! It was nice to have the a/c and fan on but just a little too fast..... Everything else we perfect

We got the Blanc Suite with Bathtub, Balcony and Sofa. This is a big room with plenty of space. the room had basic furniture and wasn't decorated much but it was clean and the pluming and everything was in good condition. Safe was the standard hotel size. We were only in town for two days, we arraigned private tours both days through the hotel. They contracted with a private tour guide and used one of the hotel vehicles and drivers. The tours went very well, great tours, I felt we saw as much as we could in two days. The guide and driver were very flexibly with us and always had cold water waiting. The guide spoke good English but the driver was eagerly still working on it. We also had breakfast included in the room reservation, you ordered off a menu and it arrived quickly and warm. nothing special but good. The Hotel is just a few blocks from Pub Steet and the tourist markets. Great shopping and plenty of restaurant options. We used their car service for pickup and drop-off at the airport and it went well. Driver was there with the sign as we walked out of customs, the new airport is 50-60 minutes from town so it is nice to have a comfortable vehicle.

Balcony didn't have a view but when we were in the room we were basically getting ready to go or sleeping.

Location....everything, next door grocery store, other side laundry 1$ a kilo! Surrounded by Restaurants! Short walk across bridge to all action. There is so much to do in Siem Reap besides just the fabulous ruins, water falls , bird sanctuary, Apsara dinner show etc. Besides doing relaxing by small pleasant pool and eating the delicious hotel food. Must have steak salad...say how you want steak done .all kinds of Fresh vegetables, delicious lemon grass dressing.,so inexpensive. Came the 8th and making myself leave the 31th,2024. DON'T want to forget to mention the fabulous, helpful staff!

Stairs, but that was mentioned in another review. Had a chance to move but wanted to stay at this hotel. Ask for 1st floor ,only 2 short flight of stairs.

Huge, beautiful, very clean room. Adorable and helpful staff. The bath tube was massive and really nice. I liked how hot the water got too. And, so happy to have a ceiling fan; I prefer that to a blasting aircon. The building looked like an old building that had been remodeled well and had a lot of character. The pool was small but I liked how it was on the first level and it felt private but also got some sunlight. It was big enough to take a cooling dip, but you won't be doing laps, which was fine for me. The cafe next door that served breakfast was delicious. I had the fried rice and it was excellent. I wish they had more people eating there because everything I ordered tasted really good and the prices were fair. Within walking distance to the Old Market, Pub Street, and heaps of great cafes.

There are several cafes across the street that blast loud music about 5 pm until like 10:30 pm. (This is super common in Cambodia. I've lived here 9 years and have yet to find a hotel where you can't hear someone's loud music.) I stayed at the very front of the hotel and it was peak location for the noise. I'd recommend if you want to go to bed early or loud bass really bothers you, like it does me, getting a room on side or middle. At the back might be okay too, but I did hear temple noise during the day at the back. Although, if I had to pick, I'd choose the temple noise as it is short-lived.

Good central location with many shops and restaurants around. Only few minutes walk from the night market. Not too far from the Angkor Archeological sites. Facilities are all good. Polite staff and you get a free SIM during your stay. Even though I didn’t manage to top-up the SIM and ended up buying a new one.

There are no elevators. So if you have problems walking up stares; you should avoid it. In general you should avoid most archaeological sites of the world if you have trouble walking up stares. Was not a problem for us; but though it is important to mention. There was loud music from the surrounding place till late night. As our room was towards the end we didn’t get bothered too much about it. But the road side rooms may have trouble with that. And least of the deal is probably that booking.com says about a welcome drink; but it was forgotten for us.
