A great place to stop in siem reap. They picked us up from the bus depot even though we were an hour late. The room was clean and they were able to do our laundry for us, getting it back less than 24 hours later. You can book tours and bus tickets from here, although we didn't. The location is great, you can walk to restaurants and pub street should you wish and it is easy to get grabs to go places. The real winner was the swimming pool. About ten metres long so you can do a few lengths or just splash around. Sun loungers to chill on that could be in the shade if needed. Our son (aged 9) loved the pool.

Just worth mentioning that the bar didn't seem to be open when we were there (low season) but absolutely fine for us to buy cans from the nearby shop to drink around the pool.

- there is a water dispenser you can use for cold and hot water - Friendly and vey helpful family who do their best to provide a great stay to their guests - they helped us book transport to laos and tuktuk to Angkor wat , and everything worked nicely - Very friendly tuktuk driver - very Clean pool and rooms - relaxing outside area around the pool, as well as some shared balconies on the upper floors - good laundry service - Well located, walking distance from night market, pub street, and great restaurants and cafes

- Only one electrical plug in the room and not in the best state - Water tap in toilet a bit damaged - Side note that for genious members of booking there is no breakfast included (booking is wrongly stating this according to accommodation who told us that they do not serve breakfast since Covid and already informed booking about it). While we booked this place because of having breakfast, we still were super satisfied there and totally recommend it!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with good English and good prices on bike hire, bus back to Phnom Penh. Room was nice and clean, and building has a cool colonial feel (but modern/painted) with balconies on each side overlooking more colonial buildings and trees. Free water refill, and what looked like a book exchange. Cost of room very affordable. Shout out to the young guy with great English and very helpful at reception (and good luck studying in Melbourne!)

Nothing really. Mirror in bathroom allowed me to view my chest only haha (I'm 6'2") but really cant think of faults, hence why I'm writing this my first review on my trip

Staff were very friendly and helped us organise a tuk tuk for Angkor Watt. Location was fab as well and the pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it so can’t comment much more on it.

We didn’t pay for a room with aircon as it was an extra $5 a day. It was a shame to see an aircon unit in our room as it meant you were paying $5 just to have a remote to use :( this also meant that without the aircon there was a small smell of damp in our room and just a general sticky feeling which isn’t the end of the world… however we also had numerous mosquitoes in our room and were bitten throughout the night. With aircon it might not be a problem but just something to consider. Wifi also isn’t the strongest compared to other places we’ve stayed for the same price and with aircon included

The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful in every way. The location is perfect, a quiet street but a 5-minute walk from all the main attractions. We stayed on 2nd floor, and wifi was strong enough in our rooms to work. Pool was fantastic!

Daily cleaning could have been a bit better, especially in the bathroom. It would be nice to offer drinks/bar on site but I understand they don't have staff for that.

Great value, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The building seems old but the air con is quite new and works well. The restaurant and cafe across the road are good for dinner and breakfast respectively so we went no further. Very quick laundry service too.

The swimming pool is only open from 7pm to 10pm. It would be nice to use it earlier in the afternoon. The cafe/bar on site didn't seem to be open but it was fine because of the ones across the street

Room was clean, and girls cleaners every day asking about cleanin your room, room with two windows nr. 301 but no a/c only fen, but for me fan is ok. I was happy, I can a have good rest, that time wasnt noisy. Pool was clear and I per four days havent to find time for that option. They have a small place for your motorbike and very good securyty, old man always all night near your bikes :-).

Now I cant rememer, maybee nothing... aa yes need to repaint walls, they looks like afer good party :-)

BOOK THIS HOTEL In my top 3 botiques for Siem Reap. I have been to this city several times and I always come here for a month+ while I source a rental property. It is run by a good family and have never had a complaint or issue. Also if it adds credibility, I have been traveling for a decade. Rooms are as pictured. Hot water works Pool is always clean and not frozen Food is prepared well Attracts decent guests Location is excellent Value for money The walls are thick enough to keep the heat out and its quiet. Staff are accommodating to reasonable request Rooms are cleaned to a good standard daily

That I did not stay longer

The room was really spacious. We hab two windows and a separate shower in the bathroom. The pool is really nice and you can lay by the pool and just relax. If you want to book a tour or rent a bike they also help you. And you can refill water which is also nice. On our last day, we took the nightbus and they let us stay at the pool for the whole day. Would go there again :)

Our bathroom light didn't really work.

The hotel was just perfect! We planned to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying here for more than a week as we felt so welcomed and comfortable here. The place offers everything you need: a nice pool area, a rooftop to chill, comfortable rooms, a good restaurant and - most important - a very, very helpful and pleasant staff. He organised a lot of tours for us (for the best price) and gave us a lot of insider tips for Siem Reap. He was always smiling and really did his best to provide us a good time.
