Excellent location right near the river and night market and only a few minutes walk to Pub Street and many other restaurant areas. The breakfast was good, and there was enough choice with friendly staff cooking eggs to order. A nice view in the beautiful restaurant during breakfast over the river area. The cocktail bar on the 1st floor was also great and we enjoyed having a drink most nights with the most delicious peanuts! The staff in the cocktail bar were professional and very friendly, I enjoyed chatting with them and they were extremely polite and friendly. The reception staff were also very professional and helpful and any requests were attended to quickly. They moved our rooms due to an aircon not working very well and still gave us adjacent rooms which was great.

THere's nothing I can complain about the hotel. It was a bit noisy at night from the street with some type of recording playing over and over but not much you can do about that. I still got a great sleep as the beds were very comfortable.

Very cosy and confortable hotel. It may look old, but from our perspective, it adds history and “patine”. The wooden decoration is nice (with the statues and all) and the seating area with a glass floor over water was very interesting. The breakfast was varied and very good (you have to try the noodle soup). Very good price. The location is perfect, right in front of the night market, and 2-3 minutes from Pub Street (if you like that vibe…). Close to the Old Market and 5 minutes away from Angkor National Museum (which an awesome museum, by the way). Ou tuk-tuk driver for 3 days, Mr. Rorn, was arranged by the hotel, and he was very nice and helpful. Best of all: the staff. Very friendly and eager to help anyway they can. If we ever go back to Siem Reap (I hope we will…), we’ll stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel’s location is impressive. There are scooter rental shops nearby. The hotel is welcoming and friendly.

Minor drawbacks: The gym could be safer: weights tend to fall off the rack on their own. Some machines also need maintenance. Regarding the spa, we happened to visit during a maintenance period. It would be better to inform customers about this in advance rather than offering a massage in the room, as it’s not the same experience. If the spa is out of service, this information should be included on Booking.com because facilities like spas, pools, or gyms generally increase the price of a property.

Its Cambodian selection of foods were excellent and as well as authentic, according to my host! Not to mention that the coffee was top-notch! My only note of criticism would be that the kitchen work on getting actual sausage for its western selections as well as figuring out half-and-half cream and milk for the coffee. Otherwise, it was perfect!

the location was great. i love the area. near to everything that you need. shopping, massage , eateries , 7/11 and many more. night market is just across the hotel which was a plus point. lovely swimming pool. the breakfast was lovely and variety to have. they even packed our breakfast as we left the hotel around 5am in the morning.

the cooridor was dark and no aircon. look very stuffy. the room was very dark with low ceiling. the mattress was very old

Very good hotel for the cost, convenient in downtown Siem Reap, across the road from amazing street food stalls. Hotel's driver took us to Angkor Wat, the cost was less then external tours and the driver gave us chilled towels, etc. They have the option to receive massage in your own room. Breakfast is good and has local touches, a lot of fresh fruit.

Friendly, engaging staff members on entry and throughout hotel. Always support with assistance when needed. Street Food vendors across road which is handy for dinner. Pub Street around.the corner with plenty of Bars and Restaurants, markets in real close proximity.

Bed was quite firm and took a little getting used to, but that was it.

Very beautiful hotel with lot of paintings on the walls and art work everywhere, central location close to the Pub street and night markets, not very far from Angkor watt. Very good breakfast with lot of choices in a beautiful room. Pool with the possibility of sauna (for 3 USD {person/hour).

Can be noisy late into night, the beds are bit messy, the cleanliness can be improved. There was too much chlorine in the pool.

very good breckfast the room was very large the staff checked us in very efficienty and quickly even though we were early. not enough can be said about the staff and front end manager he aranged for our airport pick up and delivery he also aranged for a car to drive part of our family to phnom pen. the tour girl arranged a english speaking guide who did a super job for two days well spoken and very informative the decore was very rustic and relaxing

The building was astounding. It was like a museum, filled with beautiful wood, wood carvings. Astounding. A huge breakfast buffet (containing a lot of things I wouldn't normally eat for breakfast but very Asian, I guess) Great omelet chef, making eggs to order.

As is typical throughout Thailand and Cambodia, the beds are really hard. It seems to be the standard throughout.
