Loved just about everything. The room, pool and facilities were as expected. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly! They even did "Goodbye Cambodia" on my bed with leaves and flower petals free of charge.

This is no reflection on the staff however, the beds were extremely hard. As someone who loves a firm mattress, this felt like I was sleeping on the floor. My room also started blowing out barely cold air at day 2 of my stay and my room had a leaky toilet that would create a pool of water by the toilet. I would say that it's more worth it to get breakfast from across the street as it would be cheaper than getting breakfast included and you'd have more options/ larger portion sizes.

It is a very nice hotel close to Pub Street. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool area - is decent and beautiful, as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff were super polite and nice. We didn't need much, but it seemed that they helped other guests a lot. I would really recommend staying there.

On Friday, we could hear music from Pub Street (but not too much). For me, it was completely OK, but for light sleepers, it might be an issue. On the other hand - that's why you book this hotel so it is in a very good location. If you want smth calm - book a hotel further from the center.

I didn't use many of the amenities of the hotel but the location really is great, close to Pub Street and the markets. I have to shout out the staff, they were amazing. They were always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing feels better than the staff welcoming you back by name every time you return!

Where my room was you could hear very light noise from Pub Street but unless you're a very light sleeper it shouldn't be a problem.

- The location is a 10/10 - very central and everything in a reach by feet + Tuk Tuk and taxis available instantly - Better than the location is only the staff 12/10 - especially Ms. Sothoan providing an attentive, kind and charming role model of Cambodian hospitality - the breakfast was delicious - the services such as loundry are affordable and available on a short notice

These points are just worth noticing and not a direct critics: I am honestly going with a 10/10 rating: - In my room there were "only" 2 power supplies in rather inconvenient locations - the bed was slightly harder than I am used to it - due to the pub street and bar scene close by, lights and sounds are noticeable in the room

Everything was fantastic but the STAFF was what made our stay so special. Especially Chamman, who had incredible english, amazing insights into local tips, and helped with EVERY special request we had. Honestly, Chamman has a bright future in the hospitality industry and needs to be promoted to manager of this hotel. She truly went above and beyond.

Everythign was so great it's hard to improve anything, but i guess the drain spelled a bit funny, but this is very normal for cambodia and difficult to fix.

This is an excellent hotel, we were so happy with our stay. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, helping us print our tickets & Cambodian visa & arrange a Tuktuk driver around Angkor Wat. The room itself was lovely- very spacious, comfortable bed and with a huge outdoor space with private sun loungers. The pool was a nice touch and well maintained. Very affordable- we would highly recommend.

Due to its central location, you can hear noise from pub street & surrounding bars at night. However we didn’t find this too much of an issue and slept very well

Superb location, very good value for money and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Largely a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

The only major problem was the noise all night from the bars nearby. I realise that this is not the fault of the hotel and is the price that you pay for a central location, but the sound proofing could definitely be better! Would also benefit from offering a buffet breakfast and having Smart TVs as the one in my room was not functional.

There little not to like about this hotel. We were met at the airport by a very good driver and from then on, the hotel stay went extremely well. The staff were super helpful & friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and everything worked, especially the internet & air conditioning. There's a 7/11 only 50 metres up the road and at least 4 or 5 very good dining options within a 3 minute walk. Walk another 3 or 4 minutes in the opposite direction and you're in Pub Street. The hotel breakfast is good too. I also want to mention Sophos who the hotel offered as a driver. He was very safe on the roads, was really friendly and was able to talk to us about all manner of things Cambodian. I would highly recommend him to take others for tours, etc.

Two very minor things. The hot water took a minute or two to actually get warm, but once it did, it was hot! There was also a bar across the road that got a little loud one night, but things settled down.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool wonderful to cool down after a day of exploring. I can recommend the breakfast. A very special thank you to the hotel staff. Very polite, very helpful and kind. Worthy of a five Star top class hotel.

Since this hotel is located around the corner of the pub street, it does get a bit loud in the evening/ night. On the otherside, very central, within walking distance to the main attractions.

There was a smell of drains in our bathroom that got worse as our stay went on. In their defense, we never drew their attention to it but I reckon they’re aware as the shower came with a bag of pot pourri placed at the drain. Just not pleasant to be around and really plumbing work should be undertaken if it persists.
