The highlight of my stay was the rooftop pool — the view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Siem Reap. This hotel, in the midst of the chaos of Siem Reap is almost perfect. Kevin is the most superb front of house manager, making you welcome from the moment you arrive at the hotel to the time you leave, whether that’s for a day excursion, going out for dinner or moving on to your next destination. His team are excellent and clearly well trained. Breakfast, eggs cooked to order, is good..maybe add a hot water boiler for those who want to make tea or some other hot beverage would be beneficial. This hotel is a short walk to many restaurants and the famous Pub Street and the Night Market.

This hotel doesn’t do hand towels or hand soap which for us UK residents is somewhat strange!

I recently stayed at the Presidential Suite at Cheathata CTS Hotel in Siem Reap, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. It’s not often you come across such accommodating service—let’s just say they made a two wheeled exception for me, which I really appreciated. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and perfect for a good rest, and the TV offered a good selection of Western movies, which was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. One unexpected highlight was that they provided breakfast, even though it wasn’t part of my booking. It was a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. I also found a fruit basket with a handwritten note in my room, wishing me a pleasant stay—a really lovely surprise. The location is ideal, close to Pub Street but still quiet, especially since my room was on the top floor. It was great to be so close to the action but still have a peaceful space to relax in. All in all, Cheathata CTS Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily stay here again.

Wifi was a little sluggish, but not unexpected and typical of the area.

Staff were amazing. They supplied me with a wheelchair because I broke my ankle. We needed to extend our stay at the hotel in order to fly back home early . The prices on booking.com were cheaper than what the reception could offer so we made a new booking for an extra two days and we stayed in the same rooms.

I unfortunately broke my ankle on the way to Siem Riep, wheelchair access around the hotel was problematic, although the staff helped a lot. No wheelchair access to the pool, which was disappointing.
