The staff were very kind. I collapsed on my way in search of food and although the hotel doesn't have a room service or offer breakfast, they still offered me "rice". This rice ended up being an incredibly wholesome seaweed soup which I am endlessly grateful for. The rooftop pool was also excellent.

The lift situation is a little annoying as there is only one lift and it can feel very slow. Additionally, there is a keycard inside the lift that allows you to access any floor, which severely decreases security. The lighting situation was also a little irritating with the switches held in inconvenient places. It's also located next to Onederz hostel and when they party, they party hard. This can make it a little difficult when trying to sleep.

I took the Junior Suite with balcony on the 4th floor facing the road. Though it could be a slightly noisy on the balcony area, the room is sound proof. Excellent service by the Front Desk. They arranged free pickup from the VET Bus station. For the return bus station drop off VET bus has the facility to pick you up from this hotel. The hotel arranged spa service in the room which was great. Overall, a great stay.

The breakfast was sadly a fixed menu to choose from. The coffee was reheated several times. There was no buffet for breakfast sadly. Not very happy with the quality of breakfast.

Manager Simon runs this hotel to a standard above its price point. If I sit in the lobby for a minute to check messages, staff will bring me cold water in stemware to cool myself. All aspects of service reflect this level of customer care. The rooftop pool and restaurant/bar is immaculate and has a nice view. There is a lot of soothing greenery throughout the lobby and restaurant area, and on the rooftop. The restaurant is good and the prices reasonable for a hotel dining room. The fresh fruit is a high point. Guests have their choice of breakfast entree. Manager Simon went with me to the eye doctor and helped me return to the hotel with my eye patched. This hotel is close to pub street for an easy walk, but far enough away to be quieter and more calm. I enjoyed LeVert so much that I extended my stay twice and stayed for a week.

The breakfast is competent but not spectaular. A good value at its price point. This hotel sits within the central Siem Reap tuktuk zone, so you will be offered transportation when you exit the lobby. At night there is some party noise from next door Onederz hostel, however that quiets down by 9pm so it's not that annoying. Trying to find faults, it's a short list of very minor nitpicks.

I thought the property was immaculate, modern and the perfect location. The facilities were great and staff were always happy to help and couldn’t do any more for me during my stay at the Le Vert Angkor.

There was on going maintenance work during my stay however it was all for great improvement and didn’t have a negative result during my stay what so ever

Guys, what a gem! Literally everything was perfect. Cutest staff, new facilities. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, bathrooms too. Delicious breakfast, fantastic pool. The bar has great cocktails at a decent price. The location is 3 minutes walk from the pub street. They also organize Angkor tour. Special thanks to the general manager, Simon and the rest of the team, who were always there ready to help! The rooftop pool is so nice and always empty, we actually spent most of our time there.

The amount of mosquitoes is quite annoying - on the last night I killed around 10-12 before going to sleep. Thankfully, they have spray on the reception and it smells quite pleasant.The bedsheets could have been newer too.

The hotel is located very close to the vibrant city center, the Old Market, the Night Market, and the river. What I loved most was the balcony, where there are two mango trees. It was the first time I saw the tree that grows this fruit. The hotel was clean, and the staff were always smiling and eager to help. We rented a scooter and organized a day trip to Angkor Wat with a tuk-tuk, all with their assistance. On the last day, our bus was scheduled for 10 PM. We left our luggage at the hotel, and in the evening, they helped us with the transfer to the bus station. If I ever visit Siem Reap again, I would definitely stay here.

+ comfortable room + really kind and attentive staff + really well located, close to pub street and night market + tea and coffee in room + not too noisy - the bar of the hotel nearby would play sometimes loud music but not until late. Some noises from the corridor like in every hotel… We didn’t try the swimming pool or the breakfast

- sometimes the room service would give a random number of towels… it’s not the end of the world of course! :) Thank you to the team and manager for their availability and kindness!

The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and always asking about our day and if we had any questions. The hotel is located within walking distance of Pub Street, day market, night market, and right next to OneDerz where I booked all my transportation to the temples + airport. Three mini marts were also found within two blocks. The rooftop pool was great during very hot days.

The bathroom had a very small window with a net on the wall facing outside I guess for ventilation, but that meant hot air from outside came in through there. Yes, you can close the bathroom door while enjoying a cool room with the AC on...until you go to the bathroom and then it is like entering a sauna. Not having buffet breakfast was a downside as well. They do have a la carte and food is ok. Every single hotel in the other 6 cities we went to in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia offered buffet, but after doing some research it seemed only three 5 star hotels in Siam Reap did so and at quite a steep price.

The room was really nice and just as shown in the pictures. But what stood out even more was the staff. We were warmly greeted each time we returned and they were always happy to help. They provided advice and reservations for a restaurant with the traditional Apsara dance performance and transportation to various locations. They even had my wife’s shoes repaired for an extremely reasonable price.

The only negative was that the electricity went out briefly a couple of times during our stay. This was not the fault of the hotel, it appeared the entire area lost power.

This property is quite new and modern. The staff were so pleasant and helpful! Location was really close to Pub Street but not too close to get the noise. The rooftop pool was lovely but definitely in full sun during the day. Breakfast was menu based which was such a nice change from half warm buffets in other hotels. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again.
