I loved how amazing stuff was, they are so nice and warm welcomed! Very helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Swimming pool is very nice, water a little bit chilly that’s why not many people are staying in the pool.

In my room I had not nice smell when I turned off the ac, like from the plumbing. Also, during the night I could hear everything what’s going on in the hotel, even a person snoring next door, people coming late, sound proof is 0 . Early morning I could hear what’s going on at receptions. I stayed at 1 floor. You can even see the gaps on your entrance door that’s why you can hear everything. Charging sockets too low on the floor or behind night table - uncomfortable

Had a great 2 week stay at Reservoir. The yoga classes were really great and wonderful community. The staff were super attentive and responsive. The food was very good and the rooms were quite comfortable. I was working remote, so I made use of the restaurant to work from there and that worked quite well. Also, the WiFi was very strong, from anywhere in the hotel, including room. I also thought the location was perfect, super close to everything - night market, pub street, supermarkets, etc - but far enough to avoid the noise.

I did wish the rooms had a proper working desk, but I recognize that is not a need for everyone. They had a quasi desk and chair that was not very comfortable to work from. That is why I worked from restaurant, which worked. But not for early AM meetings. Maybe the other rooms did though.

What did we like? Definitely the friendly and helpful staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool and the location to where everything is happening. Loads of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Great little Spa across the road - it might not look like much, but they provide an excellent service.

We loved our stay! We extended our first stay and are soon going back again! Staff was super friendly always and informative if we had questions. Rooms are spacious. The common areas are kept very tidy and has very nice interior. We don't mind walking but was in a great area anyway. Close to a gym as well as a cafe we loved ( the source) and only 5-9 min stroll to Pubstreat but plenty of restaurants closer. Other pros, quiet area, chilled coconut water upon arrival and cool pool when you need out of the sun haha. I definitely recommend!

The property is great and the staff are some of the most polite, welcoming and helpful people that we have encountered during our business trips. From pick up at the airport to drop off a couple of days later my friend and I were well taken care of. Nimol, the supervisor, is an impressive man who has built an incredible customer service and his team are amazing- very professional, adept at their jobs, and always willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. I will come back to Siem Reap for my business trip and to spend more time but also because I want to be able to see the team again.

One staff member was rushing me out of the hotel room due to double booking, it was quite weird. All the other hotel staff members though were absolutely perfect and ultra friendly and helpful.

Everything is good about this hotel. Excellent service from the manager, receptionist, the bar tender. They are very accommodating and helpful. It makes my trip very memorable. No comment and worth every penny.

Super helpful staff with smiling faces always ready to help . I like the Bodia brand shampoo and shower gel. Pool is clean but cold no sunshine all day . But it’s still nice after an exhausted morning trip to Angkor wat .

Nice clean location. Rooms were comfortable. counter staff were helpful to book Tuktuk and bus to other towns. Rest of staff didn't speak English but always had a smile.
