The room was spacious and clean. It was situated right next to a lovely outdoor area that had a tropical feel and a nice pool which we took advantage of during the hot days in Cambodia. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax after a day of visiting temples, then this is a great choice. The location was good too, as it was only a 10 minute stroll to Pub Street.

When we first arrived at the hotel, the young girl who was on duty could not speak a word of English which made communication difficult. The next day we met another staff member who could speak some English, but it was still very limited. Due to this, very simple things were unnecessarily difficult to organise, so we ended up finding information ourselves elsewhere and chose to book tours through another accomodation (Onederz Hostel). Apart from this, the staff were really lovely and kind. The room had lots of mosquitos, which is not the fault of the hotel (as they are common in Cambodia). But they should at least offer mosquito nets in their rooms. We also had some issues with the water in the room being cold, but the staff did help fix this for us.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff very attentive and helpful, and it was quiet to sleep at night. CLose to everything but still tucked away just off of the main busy streets. You can get massages and treatments right in your room, from the excellent therapists they employ. A friend we met actually moved over from where he was staying because he liked it so much!

Very big room and bed with good AC, a large bathroom with a tub, functioning wifi, nice overall hotel aesthetic with a swimming pool, really nice and caring staff.

Shower lacked temperature control but considering it was 40 degrees outside it was not a big deal!

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Great air con - staff fixed immediately when it stopped working one day. Lovely shady pool, in a good location for walking to restaurants and bars. Hotel gym only had three machines that weren't working, but other cheap gyms around to use. Friendly staff, would recommend to stay here! Great value for money!

The staff we're super friendly, they were trying to help us the best way they can even though there is some language barrier. The only thing is the AC, it's comfortable but nit cold enough but I think that's a normal thing in Cambodia, but the staff brought us a fan for extra comfort

Loved the room, Location and loveliest staff!! Such amazing hospitality ❤️ Pool was great and you can buy $1 beer at reception. Highly recommend this hotel. Would love if restaurant was opened but Covid definitely reduced number of guests so hope they will get it open > Support small hotels 🙏🏻

EVERYTHING was Amazing. Comfortable beds. Big rooms. Shower and bath great. Pool area amazing and pool very cold. Drinks available, very kind staff. they offer 7pm check out for 50% rate, great for sleeper buses. Best hotel we’ve stayed in.

I had an amazing stay at Chheng Residence! The room was very spacious, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the value for money was unbeatable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cambodia

The rooms were huge, bed was comfortable, outside patio next to the pool was nice. The staff were very friendly. The pool is a good size and cleaned daily. The area is 5 min walk to town therefore nice and quiet. Having lived in Siem Reap before and with a small baby, i would definitely stay here again and look forward too.

Located very close to the city centre. Beautiful inner yard with a swimming pool and towels. Good shower, there was shampoo and shower gel. Every day complimentary water is refilled in the room.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Pillows too high and a bit hard. But perhaps that's a matter of taste. Some mosquitoes in the room, so it's better to close the door as fast as possible 🙂
