Just stay here. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back. We stayed for 3 weeks for this visit and it was perfect as always. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful, kind and have such great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their jobs which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The room we had was lovely, comfortable, a great size, big bathroom, comfortable bed and great cooling. The pool is a great size too and kept very clean. Shout out to Dina and Khim who looked after us so well in the afternoons whilst we were pool side and were always just a joy to speak to (and make VERY good cocktails!). It’s a little away from Pub Street which we like as it feels peaceful. The Residence provides a complementary drop off by TukTuk in to town though or an easy 10-15min walk. The food at the hotel is also really great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too that are also wonderful! But if you just want a quiet night in, know the food is good where you’re staying. We had quite the treat meal (a set 5 course) one day for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The soup in particular was stunning and the chef was very warm and kind and explained each dish along with some of the processes behind the traditional dishes. Our family loved everything about this hotel! From our welcoming airport pick up, to our reception at the hotel (every time with cold water and a cold scented towel!), to our clean and stylish rooms, to the stunning pool, to the delicious breakfast (What a chef! He even makes the noodles and yoghurt fresh from scratch at the hotel). Most of all we appreciated the staff who could not do enough for you. It was like an oasis in Siem Reap ... a beautiful and relaxing place to get back to after visiting temples or being out in the the Pub Street area. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope that we can get back there and stay again some day.

The room was large and well appointed, and the decor really matched the boutique style of the rest of the hotel. Use of natural materials and stone really gave the place a unique feeling, as well as the attractive gardens around the central pool. Shower worked well and water pressure/temperature were quite reliable, not always the case in SE Asia. Room TV had a wide range of channels. Room service was delivered very promptly and the food was always delicious. Massage treatment in the spa was a pleasant experience, with skilled staff. Breakfast was served in the open air restaurant and had a decent amount of choice. Quality seemed very good too. The staff interactions seem to be the biggest focus of this hotel. From arrival to departure, every one of the staff seemed to make it their goal to anticipate your needs. I couldn't single out any one staff member in particular, as every one of them, even down to the housekeeping staff, did the same. Although the location doesn't seem very close to the centre of Siem Reap, the hotel provides free one-way Remork transport whenever you need it which only takes about 5 mins. Be careful of scammers on the return journey, however. You can just walk back to the hotel if you're careful, it takes about 15 mins. The hotel is only a 15 min Remork ride from the Angkor temples.

Some more introverted people might find the kind of service provided in this hotel a little exhausting. Because the staff are always interacting with you and trying to help, it can sometimes be slightly overwhelming. This is not a fault of the hotel or the staff though, it's just a personal thing that may not appeal to everyone. I felt less inclined to open the balcony door as I was worried about mosquitoes. If you're ok with wearing mosquito protection all the time, this would not be a problem, but I personally like to be able to wash it all off at the end of the day and relax when in my room. This hotel is more about being closer to nature rather than being hermetically sealed off from it, so again this is more of a personal thing.

One of, if not the best hotel I ever stayed in. Awesome, big clean rooms, good bed with choice of pillows, great bathroom with a good shower and bath, perfect WiFi, minibar and a TV with loads of channels. The room was spotless, the laundry service quick and good and every night some small biscuits or nougat. The room also has a terrace up front and a patio at the back. You could just go to Siem Reap for the room. The service was impeccable, every person of the staff was professional, friendly and attentive. They will attend to your every need, be it a tuktuk, tour or ice pack if you hurt your ankle. The welcome is also very good with some welcome snacks and a good explanation of the hotel. If you come back after a day of sightseeing, they welcome you home with a cold towel and glass of water and inform about your day. They all know you by name and really made me feel welcome every time. The pool is clean, spacious with a nice pool bar and poolside restaurant. The restaurant has a great breakfast and even better diner options at reasonable prices. Again the staff is very attentive refilling your glass at the appropriate time. It's almost overwhelming if you're not used to this level of service. I cant recommend this hotel enough. Even though all the staff were great a special shout out to Patt who served me several times and was great to have a talk with while staying professional.

The only downside is that I didnt book a longer stay.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful bathtub and powerful hot shower. Restaurant reasonably priced and good selection. They even accommodated me being vegan. Good breakfast selection. Swim up pool bar with happy hour cocktails. Very attentive staff (Phat, David, Tom, Reaksa). Pool area very pretty and well kept (towels provided on sun loungers). The best part was the staff. Every single person knew your name and greeted you warmly. We were given cold towels and water when returning from a hot day out. Reception (Luna, Moon, September and Romeo) organised any trips or a remork (with Mr Vichea) into pub street with no bother. Rooms cleaned with fresh flowers and messages left on the bed. It was our wedding anniversary while we were there and they even organised a cake. Also provided with a complimentary 4 course dinner as part of our stay.

Hotel slightly out of the way down a dingy concrete drain road so easily missed from the outside, and not great if you like to take a walk locally as not much about. Pub street doable on foot but in the heat a remork was easier. Rooms did not have a lot of drawer space for clothing if you wanted to unpack. This may not be an issue for shorter stays but we stayed for 2 weeks.

Copied from my Google review: More than happy to add to the 5* reviews here, incredible stay (although several small areas for improvement: WiFi suboptimal, room card failure x5, no gym air conditioning). But you cannot give below 5* when the staff operate on such a high level. Respectful and helpful at all times, and I loved how they allowed their wonderful personalities to shine through whilst maintaining a high quality, personalised derived throughout my 6 day stay. A distance from the main town but the hotel offers 1-way courtesy tuktuk transport. There is also excellent coffee (Quinn), pizza (Claudio), laundry (18 laundry) and running (Neelka way) in the area.

The hotel is a modern development of 47 rooms all inward facing overlooking a central courtyard of an open air swimming pool, bar and covered restaurant. It is a picturesque and tranquil oasis on the edge of Siem Reap centre. The property is extremely well managed and the staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel is on the edge of the city but only a 5 minute Remorque (tuk-tuk) ride from the shops, restaurants and nightlife.

When we arrived we were greeted with the most amazing service and this continued throughout our stay. They always welcomed us with a fresh fragrent towel, water and a smile. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean with super comfortable beds. They had large balconies with view at the pool and garden. The hotel is situated in a quiet area not too far from downtown. Max 4-5 min with a tuktuk. Hotel looks well decorated and clean. The pool and garden inside the hotel are also very well maintained. A la carte breakfast was excellent especially the cappucinos. All the staff were helpfull, attentive and friendly especially miss Chhorvy of the reception desk. We really loved our time at Khmer Mansion Residence and we will come again for sure when we're back in Siem Reap. We were sorry that we had to leave after 5 days, because we had an incredible stay at the Khmer Mansion Residence. Really wished we could have stayed longer. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed in a deluxe triple room on the 3rd floor over looking the pool. The room was very clean, beds extremely comfortable, air conditioning quiet and super cool and the room was very quiet overall. The location is far enough out of the center in a peaceful area but just a three minute remork-motor ride or 15 minute walk back into the center. The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful (a big shout out to Luna) which felt like home from home. The pool was extremely clean with a bar at the end, and the breakfast was the BEST! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Siem Reap.

The only possible area of improvement, and a very small improvement, would be to have better lighting in the bathroom.

Fantastic staff, especially Romeo, David, Jenny, Thoerum Kry (hope I spelled correctly). They are always willing to go the extra mile on any of our requests. It was amazing that they could remember our names. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, greet guests with big smiles. Whenever we returned from all the walking in the hot sun, the staff at the reception came out immediately to pass us cold towels and cold water. On the day that we left early to watch sunrise, the hotel packed breakfast boxes for us. The room is spacious and comfortable. This is the first hotel that I slept through the night even on the very first night. The pool is not big but good enough to chill out after all the walking. We had dinner by the pool-side with traditional dance performance. It was a great experience and I would recommend that. And the location of the hotel is perfect too. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to Pub Street (10-15 mins walk). We walked back to the hotel every night from the city centre.

The only complaint is that the air-con in the room seems to be quite weak but perhaps due to the really hot weather at that time. It was 40 degrees during the day. Air-con in Siem Reap seems to be weak in general, regardless of restaurant, spa or hotel.
