This hotel was a bargain during off season. The room was decent. It was obvious that they were upgrading in stages. The shower room appeared freshly tiled and modern compared to the rest of the room. I had breakfast included and found it good value. I also ate in the restaurant in the evening, again decent food and value for money. I was most impressed by the staff. They were polite, attentive, nothing was too much trouble, in fact I would go as far as the nicest team I have encountered in many hotel stays.

if it is a pool you want, I would hesitate. There were a lot of tiles missing and i noticed a broken one in the pool. After a heavy storm the water became very discoloured. The pool area was nice and the sun loungers were large and new. But there is no way I would have gone for a swim until it is repaired

We spent one month at Central Blanche Residence in Siem Reap. This lovely hotel is tucked away from the centre of Siem Reap, but within a walkable distance from any necessary amenities. The room is large, with ample space, big bathroom, large windows and lots of natural light. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast service with lots of options, fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs and excellent service. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are cleaned each day. What we enjoyed the most, though, was the lovely staff who made our stay. From manager to server, everyone treated us with such kindness. The highlight was the kind invitation to a staff member's birthday party - we had so much fun! Thank you. True Cambodian hospitality. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely stay in the city.

The water has a strong rusty smell, and discoloured my nails. However, this is a bigger issue across Siem Reap due to pipes, not of the hotel - and you get used to it.

I had an amazing experience from check in to check out. The hotel offers welcome local fruit juice and banana chips. Helps with literary day wise. For morning Angkor tour hands packed breakfast early 5 Am in the morning. The hotel room is great with a comfy bed a private bathroom balcony all essential. Breakfast spread is good. I highly recommend it to travellers.

First and foremost, the staff were exceptional, from the front of house, to the chefs, bartenders and waiters, to the housekeeping team and the maintenance team, all were friendly and attentive and ready to cater to any of your needs or answer any questions.... The buffet breakfast was delicious and with different variations throughout the week - and the restaurant in general had great quality food across the whole menu. The bartenders made an awesome cocktail and the prices of drinks were very reasonable. The pool was awesome and always accompanied by nice music being played. Loved staying at this hotel all in all and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely staff at the hotel that could not do enough for me. They were so helpful and so welcoming. Lovely breakfast every morning, great location for Angkor Wat and not too far from pub street. The view from the room of the pool was really pretty, room size was absolutely massive and so nice to have peace and quiet after a few weeks of hostels. Lovely hotel for a lovely stay.

- The balcony door to my room didn’t lock properly with just one normal turn, the lovely staff sorted it for me however and it was resolved so quick! - The TV in the room does not work due to an issue with their CCTV system.

This is a good hotel located in a private sector, away from the city noise. Very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are monotonous, but tasty. The pool is clean and well-maintained. Cleaning is high-quality every day. I came for 3 three days, and then took two more days extra. Near the hotel there are a couple of stalls with a minimal assortment, but the center is only 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk for 1 dollar.

This hotel could be considered ideal, but there are two huge minuses: 1. the tap water smells like an old rusty barrel 2. terrible Wi-Fi, it was so weak that I could not even load the speed test page to check its speed. I do not understand how in the 21st century a good hotel can have such Wi-Fi.

I had a really pleasant time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and spoke excellent English. Every single person I met was friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much, guys! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. Yes, there are a few areas that could use some renovation, but honestly, for the price, it’s unbeatable. Cleanliness is very important to me, and here I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was also nutritious and a great start to the day. Would definitely stay here again! 🙏

The only płace to stay Siem Reap!!! We loved the staff and everything that we received during our stay. The most hospitable people, very welcoming and going further than expected. Easily bookable tours right at the reception with a cool driver. Good breakfast and really great rooms :) We got food at the hotel's restaurant and it was really tasty!

What a spectacular experience from the moment that we arrived. Kind, caring, and fun staff for being so welcoming ❤️). Delicious food. Quiet pool and lounge area. Exceptional spa. Great AC. Comfy, clean beds. The staff made everything seamless and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis in Siem Reap.

Although the immediate environment might not be what you expect, this is a really nice hotel in what turns out to be a very easy reach all the local attractions location. We felt it is in what you would consider an 'up and coming' area, and walking/driving around Siem Reap there are lots of other new smart buildings like this that are a bit out of place in their surroundings. But this is a city under rapid transformation so what can we really expect? We found it easy and safe to walk to bars and restaurants (we felt the route past Mad Monkey hostel was the best), but there are always tuk tuks outside if you prefer and the hotel are great at organising transport too. The staff were the best thing about this hotel, so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They gave good advice about visiting Angkor and arranged a tuk tuk driver to take us who was so reliable and kind despite little English. We shared our whatsapp details to confirm verbal arrangements yet at no point did we feel pressured by him to do anything we didn't want to or to use him when we wanted to walk which is unlike so many stories we have heard, and so we used him every trip. You pay through the hotel for the Angkor tour days which made the whole transaction so easy, and he even provided cold water throughout each day. Breakfast is good, the freshly cooked eggs 'your style' were a bonus and surprisingly good fresh coffee! We ate in the hotel on the first night and it was perfectly ok, but preferred the huge range of restaurants and street food for the rest of the stay. We highly recommend Haven, a social enterprise restaurant which is simply outstanding, and the Green Market street food centre. We also walked to the Phare Circus in about 25 mins, not a pretty walk but easy enough, and honestly, GO! After a very hot day of sightseeing the pool was such a relief and was never busy. We don't need 5* fluffy towels etc.

The pool could have been cleaner, but it certainly didn't stop us!
