Helpful host, he got us our tuktuk for our Angkor day + our night bus for Ko Rong at a good price and everything made very convenient. Also he cleaned the leaves in the pool every time I wanted to go there which was real nice and lent us fresh towels for the pool. Otherwise spacious three beds room with pretty bathroom. Very clean

AC is slow to cool down but eventually works (we also had a fan)

Nice location, a litle away from the hussle, but still walking distance. Resturant nearby. Swimmingpool and bar with chess, something our children enjoyed. Kolonial building with good atmosphere.

There was a bit of noice at one of our rooms at first floor. Maybee from the outside part of the aircon or fridgeroom?

Good location, a few minutes walk to that main street but still quiet at night. have a nice pool and sitting area. The staff were very nice.

The room didn’t have enough light even when you turn on all the lights.

I booked this last minute for the next day. For the price i got this booking, it was great and beyond my expectations. Very well maintained, cosy and comfy place. they have a common kitchen downstairs incase someone wants to make ready to drink tea coffee or boil water for ready to eat food packs. We being pure veg had carried ready to eat food packs that needed boiling water . so this arrangement worked out very well. It has rustic environment, not a chic resort but very cosy and great location-just 15 mins easy walk to central market and on the way several places to eat including indian restaurants next doors and little ahead as well plus pizza joints and 7 /11 shop .

Beautiful old wooden property with some nice touches of art. 15 minutes walking distance to Pun Street and plenty of restaurants and shops. No food except coffee and continental breakfast , but you can bring your own food as cutlery and crockery is available.

Lighting in the rooms very dull.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and a great location. Lots of cheap food options within walking distance. The pool was a great reward for the kids after long hot days exploring Angkor.

Defenitly one of the best place to stay in siem reap. Good location backside of sok san road. Always the best value stopover in town and they have also nice pool to relax.

Wonderful small hotel. The staff and owner are great. I have stayed here for 3 different trips for over a month. Great location. Nice pool. Close enough to Pub Street but far enough to not have to deal with the noise. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. The hotel is on the main expatriate street very safe.

Room was confortable Location is good and calm Nice swimming pool and terrace to relax Staff is available and very friendly The owner organizes a chess tournament every sunday and it was a pleasure to participate I recommend!

Excellent all around and after being in countryside Cambodia the last month, this place was a 5 star haha. Real chill, really well located, value for money was exceptional, friendly staff and owner. No yuppies and no backpackers, perfect.

I hate seeing things when people go to another country and be nit picky about small stuff. All good.
