Very well maintained. Daily room service. Lovely breakfast with a good assortment. Every staff member in the hotel and dining room were 100% courteous and interested in our questions. Not just the hotel but it seemed everyone in Seam Reap was very Customer Oriented. Our Tuktuk driver, Sam was very appreciated. Communication with the hotel before our arrival was very helpful in

Sunshine on the pool was shortened by the buildings that surrounded it. a little further from town central but $1 US you can ride a Tuktuk.

A beautifully decorated five-star property with spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities. My complimentary upgrade to a large corner room featured a comfortable bed, generous bathroom and a work area. The courteous staff even accommodated a late check-out. Good located, this hidden gem offers exceptional value.

Although many staff members had limited English skills, they were extremely courteous. On the morning of check-out, I waited about 5–10 minutes for hot water in the shower but eventually had to bathe in regular-temperature water. Later, hot water became available at the sink. Aside from this minor issue, it was an excellent stay that I would highly recommend.

A truly fabulous hotel Fantastic staff who went above and beyond. Thank you to all of you. Great location. The hotel is set back from the street, so very quiet. Wonderful amenities. A lovely bath!!! And even umbrellas in the cupboard. Beautiful view from the balcony. Such comfortable beds. Many hotels have those hard beds, so it was well received to have comfy beds. Lovely swimming pool Smart TV. Room cleaned every day We had planned to stay elsewhere during our time, but kept coming back here, as hard to beat this amazing hotel.

Very hard to find a complaint as we loved this hotel so much. Maybe more hangers in the wardrobe. :)

Hotel was clean and convenient ……. Staff were wonderful on the front desk and at breakfast. …. Cheerful and very helpful with local knowledge. When we forgot to take the room key out of the holder and locked ourselves out they couldn’t have been more understanding !!

We are fine walking but it’s 7 - 10 mins from the central Bar Street area …. That maybe a little far for some people with the heat …… Tuk Tuks are readily available at the main entrance should you decide not to walk though.

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel, beds were great, breakfast was good, Horn sreynang, Meas Sreyleak, Yeoun were all amazing at breakfast and got us fresh fried eggs daily. The Croissants was amazing daily. The frontdesk people were also warm and friendly. Location was just amazing! Close to everything in the heart and yet the resort is like a hidden paradise. Rooms were huge, it felt like a penthouse as we had an interlinked balcony to my daughters room. It was huge!

I would have liked some mushrooms and grilled tomato at breakfast, as I am vegetarian I didnt have much else on the side.

Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond. Best customer service i’ve ever had. Food at the restaurant was also amazing

Only things that let it down was the minor details such as rough finishings in the bathroom, some little black hairs on the floor every day that indicated the floors weren’t cleaned extremely well, and the aircon fan being so loud it was uncomfortably annoying to sleep with. Other than that it is probably one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at

the decoration in the room is just perfect . with comfy bed and big bathtub . they even have a hot and cold shower which is very relaxing in this weather. what make me feel safe is , in the cupboard has a bathrobe and a safety box including the umbrella since it is very hot outside. the pool is clean beside the restaurant and its very easy for us to order some drinks by the pool. and we enjoyed the happy hour that the hotel offers us . the staff is professional and friendly . we felt so welcomed since the day we checked in.

The staff, location and my room were excellent. The value for money The Night Hotel offers is exceptional. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. I treated myself to a Junior Suite which was superb, there are other hotels offering similar rooms for triple the price.

I liked everything, you can find a similar hotel which is slightly more modern and has a better pool but you'll pay a lot more.

Satisfying breakfast, i enjoy the course set very much . They even have an happy hour and spa promotion which is very very amazing , in an affordable price . The room is clean and have a very big bed including with the bathtub in a room that I can't find any in other hotel at this price . Big parking lot with a garden. Everything just perfect including the staff and the people there . Great service and affordable price.

Great location, super quiet, brilliant and helpful staff. The bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in for weeks and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. What’s not to like?!

Having water refills which does not use plastic bottles in every room would be a really good thing to see (we have said this for a lot of places we stayed in Cambodia and Vietnam)
