The staff was amazing, thank you very much for everything you did for us, my father uses insulin so it needs to be refrigerated, so they were really helpful, with everything we need it, i would definitely will come back, they really know how to make a guest happy creating WOW moments every time you talk to them. Rotha help us check in and also provided good advice and all the information we need it to plan our tours, the service is amazing thank you very much to all the people from the front desk ( Rotha , tola , sujing , rica , seng ti), the service and food is amazing in the bar and the restaurant with Sim Theara they really like to provide options and help you all the time, thank you as well Sam sim for helping us with my dad’s medicine :) We book the tuk tuk driver with the hotel and we have the pleasure to meet Sarak, he was amazing we really enjoy all the time that we spend in his tuk tuk, he also help us fine insulin for my dad, and provide the best rout to the temples that we wanted to visit.

I made a last-minute to switch hotels for my last night in Cambodia. Honestly, I’m so glad I did! This hotel is in a perfect location right near Pub Street, super easy to walk around, and really safe. The staff provide very good service at highest level and smile at all times of providing service. Everyone here made me feel so at home. Even for tour can just book from the hotel. the airport transfer was smooth and reasonably priced. I just wish I had stayed here from the start of my trip! Next time I’m in Cambodia, this is definitely where I’m staying.

The location was excellent — close to everything you might need. The staff was outstanding, always ready to assist with bookings and recommendations for the best local spots. I would like to give a special mention to Rotha (Receptionist/Hostess), who was truly exceptional. She was highly professional, incredibly supportive, and very helpful, with an excellent command of English.

One note: there’s a nightclub near the hotel that plays loud music until late at night. Initially, it made it difficult to sleep. However, I mentioned it at the reception, and they immediately upgraded me to a room on the opposite side of the building at no extra cost. The new room was quiet, and the issue was completely resolved. Great customer service!

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants, old market, night market, pub street. The hotel was really spacious, rooms were comfortable, the team there was remarkable (I want to compliment Ms Rotha, Ms Lirica, and Mr Tola for organizing a tour for us, helping us soften the bed matterasses, and handling small errands). There was the dreaded noise from the nearby night club, but that did not bother us. The breakfast was tasty, beyond sufficient for our needs. The bed we had had quite stiff matterasses, but the team on the day of our check-in arranged covers that softened the beds and made them comfortable to sleep on. I was happy with their problem-solving.

It was a relatively new hotel with nice, clean and spacious rooms. The washroom was spotless. The staff was helpful and friendly. The manager even came to bid us farewell on the last day, which was very nice. Free transportation to the hotel was provided for our group from the intercity bus stop. Great location near the supermarket and entertainment street with many restaurants and bars.

It was pretty noisy in the rooms due to outside noise (mosque nearby, air conditioning units, entertainment venues) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was not included and we had to pay extra for it which was expected, but in the end the breakfast price was higher than presented to us by a receptionist due to hidden tax. Such practices should be abandoned so that guests are not gouged. The price advertised is the price that should be charged. Side note: in my personal opinion a place branded as luxury should provide a breakfast buffet instead of modest à la carte options. Nonetheless, the accommodation was very good and I’d definitely stay there again.

Cambodian friendliness and the help, flexibility and kindness of all the staff to make sure we made the most of our few days in Siem Reap. I want to mention all the staff by name but I cannot remember everyone: Rotha, Dalean, Sophie, Chakriya but also cleaners and restaurant staff. Helpful with tours, directions, pick ups (best scooter drivers!) Great location for walking/tuk-tuk around the city. Lovely hotel, affordable but super clean and spacious rooms.

Need foam toppers on the beds. Needed better insulated window frames as aircon had to work hard to keep the rooms cool in afternoon sun.

Location was close to the old market and the riverside night market. Approximately 5-10 minutes walk. That was a treat. Lots of places to go and eat at or buy fruits and drinks from. You are spoilt for choice. The hotel itself was good. Looks fairly new. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and always receive guest with bright smiles and enthusiastic greeting. Always ready to give a helping hand when needed so always a plus +++ Amenities were good as well. Nice size pool, lift, good size room, kept clean and tidy, decent bathroom, free internet. Can’t complain. Ticks all the boxes. All in all, it was a good place to rest, sleep and rejuvenate after a whole day of exploring Siem Reap.

It’s close to a karaoke place, so probably a downside to light sleepers. We didn’t find it much of a problem because we did a lot of walking and sightseeing, so once we get to bed, we just zoned out. The beds were on the firm side, not necessarily bad cause we still had a good night sleep. We had to ask for the tv to be set up or programmed. They connected it to a box but it really didn’t do anything. So we just let it go. We had phones anyway. And they have fast internet so no dramas.

The staff were incredibly kind and spoke great english, making communication easy. The shower in our suite was the best shower I have ever had in asian in a budget hotel in 2 years, great pressure and hot and cold control. The facility felt brand new or near new. The pool was clean and felt like a good size, being able to drink in the pool was nice. The area where the hotel is situated boasts tons of nightlife.

The bed was like sleeping on a box spring. After 3 days my 200 lb frame was sore. I had to ask for an extra pillow because they offered a single thin pillow. The safe was a wooden box with a key. The hotel is close to night life and the karaoke until midnight was a bit abrasive after traveling for a whole day but it wasn't unbearable.

Everything about this hotel is really nice! The staff takes care of you from checkin to checkout, never dropping a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. You can also try their massage service I had the Aroma Oil massage, and it was truly relaxing! Another great thing is that they let you store your luggage after checkout as well. Highly recommended! 👍

There’s nothing I didn’t like because when I had a hot water problem, the staff went out of their way to fix it immediately.
