Staff were all really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Pool area was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was exceptional. Located with walking distance of good restaurants and main area. There were also big seated areas outside the rooms on balconies which was nice.

Such a shame to wrote this as the hotel is lovely but, the bathroom was awful, had to be moved from our first room and second one wasn't much better. It was dirty. Also no lift, which was hard with bags and cases. And room wasn't cleaned daily.

this was a great place to stay. well located very clean nice pool great staff

we were disappointed we had to have the plumbing in the bathroom repaired. the smell was horrendous because the drain had no trap and was just a hole. we had to toilet and shower in the common facilities. the smell was so bad my partner was gagging. we had booked a room with a bathroom not a hostel with shared facilities. and it was disappointing as the staff cleaning the room should have arranged this work to be done the repair before we arrived.

Great location, clean, courteous staff , comfortable beds. Overall the price fits the quality.

Lots of noise coming from the streets outside. No real hot water in the shower. Just warm water. Our first room smelled like cigarettes so we asked to change rooms which they did for the following nights.

Good price, close to the city action tho my room was quiet. Nice pool & staff. Lots of restaurants, stores & tuk-tuk drivers very near hotel. Room had good a/c, a small refrigerator, and the window had a screen so no mosquitos could come in.

I recommend paying for hotel services (restaurant, tours) as soon as you get them, rather than putting them on your room tab, so there is no confusion about price owed and payment made. Receipts are not given for cash payments made, and they don't take credit cards.

We rented two rooms, both with twin beds. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything downtown Siem Reap has to offer: pub street, restaurants, markets, massages, etc. Pool is nice although seating around it can be limited at times. Staff were excellent and were able to arrange transport and tours at going rates. Both rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. All things considered, this is an 8/10. We would stay there again but would insist on a room with a working AC. For reference, we are a Canadian family with two teens who have been travelling SE Asia for two months.

AC did not work very well in room 207 and made it difficult to sleep. Clearly management knows, but instead of fixing/replacing it they mounted a fan to the wall to try to help (it didn't). The one room facing the street was a bit noisy, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. The hotel restaurant was convenient but not good value considering all the options close by.

The staff in this hotel are very friendly and outgoing, trying to help as much as possible, First time in cambodia and wanted to see the temples in siemreap and the reception at the front gave out great recommendation and arrange me tours and it was reasonably price as well, full day and half day, recommend doing it in the morning sinces it is very hot in the afternoon, pack more water ! room are great and its overall clean and comfortable, hotel itself is also easy to get around, only 5-10mins to most places nearby and 15-20mins to pubstreet and night market. Would recommend this places to my friends.

This hotel was a pleasant to stay in, The service provided by the staff was great !! they were attentive and very helpful with my request and were very informative with my question either about places to visit or what's around the areas. They made quick arrangement for my tour at 10AM and it was overall a fun experience and well priced. The room I stayed In was quiet and over nicely appointed. The pool in the hotel was lovely but I didnt get to use it. Can recommend anyone looking for a great stay in siemreap :)

The location is great - very close to good restaurants, spas & shops, but quite quiet as it’s off the main drag by a block. The pool/ pool area is nice for cooling down after time spent exploring. The best part of the hotel: the staff are exceptional. So kind, accommodating and welcoming. Really lovely people. Especially Miss Visa was very helpful making sure we got to the Apsara dinner and show after we had a mix-up with our driver!

The mattress on the bed was pretty hard and had a bit of a groove in it from being a bit older. The stairs might be a bit steep for someone with mobility issues.

The location is good, within walking distance of plenty of central attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and amenities were good, especially free drinking water provided by the staircase so handy for the rooms. Staff were helpful when I needed to print out some documents and with organising Angkor Wat tours and drop off/pick up with a reliable tuktuk driver.

There were some mosquitoes in the corridors and a couple always seemed to get into the room when I opened the door to go in/out!
