Had to argue a lot to get the room i haved booked, that was a big disappointment. Had to stay in a other room first night, that they tryed to say was an upgrade, but ot was not. They layed and tryed to give me a cheaper room since i was traveling alone. This was a big disappointment and show you can not trust the hotel, this ruined my hole stay there . But thay fixed it the second day and i got the room i had payed dobbel price fore to have spesific because of balcony and wiew and new year eve.

As mentioned they tryed to fool me, by giving me a room out on the back with no wiew, with no seating erea in room, and a shared balcony with 4 other rooms. And when you pay extra to get ,dubbel deluxe with secluded balcony i presume to get it. I was very sad that i had to argue a lot to get the room i have payed for, and this ruined my stay and holiday, this was very very dissrespectful of the hotel. But they sorted it out in the end and thats very positive.

Location was excellent very near Pub St & night market & also not to far from city marketplace. Many excellent places to eat. The staff were very accommodating after an initial misunderstanding & went above making it right, very much appreciated. This helpfulness is what a solo traveller looks for. Having a pool was a bonus for me as usually don’t choose properties because of it.

Very pleasant hotel to stay in: location is wonderful, not far from pub street and many shops and cafes, the staff is friendly and eager to help and organise everything you want around the city and temples The room is spacious and clean, the same as in the picture Recommend to stay here!

Pretty much everything was as we expected as we have used Rithy Rine previously. The staff were great! Very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All the reception staff speak English (and possibly other languages). The only downside is that, due to Covid, they had to close their kitchen. But this is not an issue as there are many very close by restaurants. The hotel is within easy walking distance to entertainment, restaurants, so basically everything you want or need is close by.

There was nothing that I disliked, a few things are a bit dated but Cambodia is a country still feeling the effects of Covid and it will still be some time before a lot of things are really back to "normal" and what it needs is more tourists and investment

Small friendly guesthouse with lovely little pool in a cute garden. It’s small, but it’s nice. It’s kind of like living with staff at your beck and call, except they don’t serve food or drinks here, so they have nothing to help you with. They just stand up and say hello every time you come in, I felt like a celebrity. They seemed so happy to see me. And after half a day, I was happy to see them, and sad to have to leave. Siem reap town I don’t like much, this place though, is great.

This place is only just… far enough away from temple bar.. I would advise caution if you are not deaf.. that bloody bar is so loud, not the hotels fault

The room was even better than the photos. The pool view room was so spacious. The bathroom was modern. Great aircon. Comfy bed and two pillows each!(something we didn’t encounter in Laos). Perfect location. Quiet at night but very close to everything. The Spa, called The Spa on the corner of the street was amazing. Great price!

My only constructive criticism was that there was No towel rail near where you wash you hands. We had to throw the towel over the divide between the shower and toilet or walk into the large shower to the towel rail.

Excellently spacious room with comfotable large individual twin beds and balcony overlooking small swimming pool. Staff speak good English, are excellent and very obliging. Cleanliness is good and any maintenance problems dealt with immediately. Good privacy and surprsingly quiet. This hotel is in the heart of the busy tourist area with lots of restaurants, attractions and facilities nearby. We were concerned that the hotel would suffer from traffic noise but it was exceptionally quiet. We stayed for 4 weeks and would certainly return to this hotel which is fantastic value for money.

The hotel website indicated that restaurant facilities were available but no such facility exist. Despite this breakfast and dinner was available nearby. The bathroom although spacious and clean was poorly lit. As with many hotels in Cambodia no hangers were provided in the wardrobe.

Staff very helpful ,always very polite and close to all the restaurants and nightlife if you want it.Room was clean and the room cleaned nicely when I asked for itto be done while I was visiting the temples.

There was only 4 hangars in the cupboard and no shelves to put your clothes and there was plenty space for more clothes storage.Safety box is not bolted down if someone did happen to break in the room they can just pick up the safe and remove it.

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful, the room was spacious and clean. Rithy Rine Angkor Residence is situated at a great location near the old market, restaurants, and motorbike rental shops. The VPN connection was strong. I enjoyed my stay at this residence.

Good size room, clean, 4 poster comfortable bed, cute little balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, quite large soft sofa to seat on, two windows with real views, OK bathroom/shower, A/C, small fridge, electric kettle with coffee/tea, water, hairdryer, nice bedside lamps, larger wardrobe with...'sexy' night gowns!, even telephone. TV (good picture quality) with over 100 channels incl. BBC, Al-Jazeera, Bloomberg, ABC Australia, DW, France24,... Fast WiFi. Lovely young people at the Reception. Accept bank cards payments with no fee. Perfect location. Everywhere restaurants, few minutes walk to Pub Street, 7-Eleven or larger Asia Supermarket.

There is no soap/shampoo holder in the shower cubicle and a little tricky to adjust temperature of shower water. Half of the lights on the ceiling Not working.
