Had to argue a lot to get the room i haved booked, that was a big disappointment. Had to stay in a other room first night, that they tryed to say was an upgrade, but ot was not. They layed and tryed to give me a cheaper room since i was traveling alone. This was a big disappointment and show you can not trust the hotel, this ruined my hole stay there . But thay fixed it the second day and i got the room i had payed dobbel price fore to have spesific because of balcony and wiew and new year eve.

As mentioned they tryed to fool me, by giving me a room out on the back with no wiew, with no seating erea in room, and a shared balcony with 4 other rooms. And when you pay extra to get ,dubbel deluxe with secluded balcony i presume to get it. I was very sad that i had to argue a lot to get the room i have payed for, and this ruined my stay and holiday, this was very very dissrespectful of the hotel. But they sorted it out in the end and thats very positive.

Me and a group of friends did a visa run to Siem Reap and we all booked into Rithy Rine. It's perfect - the location is 2 minutes walk from 7-11 (which we love), right next to plenty of restaurants, bars, and spas, and is 3 minutes walk from pub street and the main area. And somehow it is still perfectly quiet! The rooms are big with high ceilings, it's perfectly clean, the beds are comfy, and the pool area is like a little oasis. The staff is also sooooo friendly and extremely helpful. We had everything we needed and more! I would stay here again for sure 👍

Location was good. Room was very good size with a balcony. The room was clean and service was very good. Young people and reception was really helpful. We didn’t try breakfast this time. An air condition was great. I would say everything was perfectly fine except the shower. The pressure was pretty weak. I would say it’s only one uncomfortable thing in this hotel. Beside that everything is really good. Definitely I would recommend this hotel from my friends. I’m sure next time this hotel will be for my crew.

If you would make good water pressure in the shower, your hotel would be the best to me.

Location was excellent very near Pub St & night market & also not to far from city marketplace. Many excellent places to eat. The staff were very accommodating after an initial misunderstanding & went above making it right, very much appreciated. This helpfulness is what a solo traveller looks for. Having a pool was a bonus for me as usually don’t choose properties because of it.

Nothing

Pretty much everything was as we expected as we have used Rithy Rine previously. The staff were great! Very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All the reception staff speak English (and possibly other languages). The only downside is that, due to Covid, they had to close their kitchen. But this is not an issue as there are many very close by restaurants. The hotel is within easy walking distance to entertainment, restaurants, so basically everything you want or need is close by.

There was nothing that I disliked, a few things are a bit dated but Cambodia is a country still feeling the effects of Covid and it will still be some time before a lot of things are really back to "normal" and what it needs is more tourists and investment

The location is great! Walkable area. It's a cute hotel, with a nice pool area. The room is adequate in size. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage up if you are not on the first floor.

The shower area of the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Not one time but long term cleanliness. The first floor guests were LOUD in the pool. Not the hotel's fault but it was late and they could have said something to their guests. Wifi was not great.

Small friendly guesthouse with lovely little pool in a cute garden. It’s small, but it’s nice. It’s kind of like living with staff at your beck and call, except they don’t serve food or drinks here, so they have nothing to help you with. They just stand up and say hello every time you come in, I felt like a celebrity. They seemed so happy to see me. And after half a day, I was happy to see them, and sad to have to leave. Siem reap town I don’t like much, this place though, is great.

This place is only just… far enough away from temple bar.. I would advise caution if you are not deaf.. that bloody bar is so loud, not the hotels fault

The room was even better than the photos. The pool view room was so spacious. The bathroom was modern. Great aircon. Comfy bed and two pillows each!(something we didn’t encounter in Laos). Perfect location. Quiet at night but very close to everything. The Spa, called The Spa on the corner of the street was amazing. Great price!

My only constructive criticism was that there was No towel rail near where you wash you hands. We had to throw the towel over the divide between the shower and toilet or walk into the large shower to the towel rail.

Staff very helpful ,always very polite and close to all the restaurants and nightlife if you want it.Room was clean and the room cleaned nicely when I asked for itto be done while I was visiting the temples.

There was only 4 hangars in the cupboard and no shelves to put your clothes and there was plenty space for more clothes storage.Safety box is not bolted down if someone did happen to break in the room they can just pick up the safe and remove it.
