I’D LIKE TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND Y’ALL THIS HOTEL WITH PERFECT LOCATION ! :D <Location> It's is really nearby Pub street and main square of Siem Reap. WAY TO HOTEL AND THIS HOTEL WAS SUPER SAFE (We were only two girls and not having problem even we walked at 3 am), quiet, and every staffs was kind indeed! :D Around the hotel's area, there are many shops, supermarkets, and delicious restaurants! So whenever get hungry, you can grab some foods. <Breakfast> First day of staying, my Chinese friend and I wanted to try traditional Cambodian cuisine providing hotel’s breakfast and the taste was amazing with reasonable price tho ! <Room & View> We actually got really big room with clean bathroom so there was enough space to put friend's 30 inches luggages and mine also. My room was very clean, lots of interesting TV programs and SUPER COOL A/C ! Plus, scenery of Siem Reap from the room and corridor was just lit !! Moreover, I really liked the swimming pool and the garden on the lobby was so great with lotus flower and beautiful tropical trees ! <Staffs> They were really kind and generous tho. From the first time we arrived, we got so tired with 24hrs flight because my friend was from China and I departed from Korea. While we were checking in, they served us perfect welcome drinks and made us feel really comfy. Moreover, whenever we asked for help like tuktuk, taxi, some questions so what, they helped us no matter what happens :)) We do appreciate all the time for sure !

Clean, fresh, comfortable bed, nice big room. Great location. Quiet. The fish amok was delicious. The staff went out of their way to be friendly (it was almost unnerving at times) and very helpful. The prices for tourist things (like a driver to the temples) were very fair and the ease of it all made our trip wonderful.

The dinner we had was absolutely lovely but breakfast was not good. A few slices of ginger in a big teapot is not ‘ginger tea’ and the rice was bland, western food plain too, not much fruit. Glad we didn’t pay to include it in our stay. Also ‘private terrace’ just means a couple of chairs outside your room.

Beautiful property. The walk to the room was very nice with beautiful natural scenery. The room was comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous wall of hand painted art. Not a single mosquito in the room. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The lobby restaurant is very convenient, tasty, and reasonably priced. The staff were all super friendly. Easy walk to Pub Street central area.

Oh my! Where do I start? From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with so much love! The staff were amazing. I stayed there for 10 days and it felt like home. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and everything was just a walking distance away from the hotel (Cafes, Restaurants, Pub Street, Markets). Swimming pool was clean and the food was good (chicken nuggets were my fav!). Whenever I needed something, everyone was ready to assist. Every day I was greeted with good vibes and all smiles. I will definitely stay here again! Trust me, 10 days without a single complain is good enough to convince all of you on how great this place is. Lotsa love to the staff and I miss you all already! Central location, only about a four minute walk to Pub street and 7-eleven. Hotel lobby/workspace area was very nice and ideal for rainy afternoons. Free afternoon tea was a pleasant offering. Comfortable beds. Fresh towels daily and having the beds made felt luxurious. Pool area was really enjoyable, despite being very small. (During peak season it would probably be too difficult getting a sun-bed because you can probably only fit about 12 people). Hotel Restaurant is very convenient, especially during the rainy months where the weather may be too bad to leave the hotel

We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at The Urban Hotel in Siem Reap! From start to finish, the hospitality was top-notch. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—especially Ryna, who made a lasting impression on our family. She patiently taught our curious kids how to fold lotus flowers and always took the time to chat with us when we passed through the lobby. Her warmth and friendliness truly made us feel at home. The manager was equally thoughtful, always greeting us by name and making sure we had everything we needed. The team helped us book tickets to the Phare Circus (which we highly recommend!) and made everything seamless and easy. We also used their convenient laundry service, enjoyed food by the pool, and took full advantage of their daily afternoon tea. Sampling all the mango-themed treats was a highlight! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Night Market and Pub Street, but still quiet enough to relax. This hotel was the perfect base for our time in Siem Reap. We’re so grateful for the care and attention from everyone at The Urban Hotel. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect. Just a few min Walking distance from night market and pub street.Rooms are clean and tidy. Nice pool, bar services and spa to relax at the property. Accessing the first and second floor can be a concern to a few people as there are no lifts and we need to use staris. But personally it didnt bother me much to climb a few stairs. the food is nice and the chefs do go out of the way to suite your taste buds. They have a good theam that can organise tour packages including tourist guides and transportation. So my whole itinery was taken care of.

I had a problem with my shower but thanks to the staffs and tha manager, it was immediately taken care of.

Very good five night stay at The Urban. The location is unbeatable - at end of Night Market Street it's close enough to the centre of town to be able to walk there and back easily, but just out of the noise zone so is wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The room was just perfect with big comfortable bed, cool bathroom and a bonus sitting / working area inside, plus two chairs and a table outside for enjoying quiet time and watching the geckos. Pool is a a great space with enough sunbeds and towels and shade umbrellas for everyone. We didn't have dinner there but did have two breakfasts and both were great. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and genuinely want you to have the best possible time i Siem Reap. Call out to Chang who arranged our temple tour for us and was an ever smiling and friendly face when we left the hotel or returned to it. Will definitely stay here again and 100% recommend it to other travellers!

We loved the beautiful staff. They were all super helpful and welcoming. Anything we needed or asked for they helped us with. We loved the tea time offered in the afternoon with mango for a snack. It was so nice to go and try a different tea each day. We got a room upgrade to a suite. The room was big and spacious. We loved the focus on reducing waste and the stainless steel bottles for us to use throughout our stay you could refill them whenever you needed in the lobby. We ate lunch at the restaurant one day and it was delicious - big variety and a pizza oven. The location was great. Away from the loud and busy pub street, but still within walking distance to lots of shops, coffee spots and restaurants.

A Fabulous little oasis close to the centre of town. We booked 2 rooms for a week and asked for them to be close together for the safety/security of 19 yr old Granddaughter. We were delighted to have rooms next door to each other. We were greeted with cool face towels, a cinnamon tea and lovely plate of fresh fruit on arrival. We were given a brief outline of local attractions and some more unusual places to visit. Our luggage was transferred to our rooms ready for us. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and were maintained and refreshed daily. There was a hanging rail with a few hangers - we had been travelling for 6 weeks and got used to living out of our suitcases so no need to unpack. The. Bed was a large size (although the duvet could have been slightly wider!) and as comfy as all Asian mattresses seem to be - they are all very firm. The bathroom was a wet-room style with a shower head mounted quite high. The shower area is quite close to the toilet so I found it best to lift the shower head down and direct it at myself when rinsing off. There were glasses for toothbrushes, good solid shelves, hanging rack and towel rail and a stone sink that matched the floor. As someone else mentioned, we thought the shower was broken on the first night. However a quick mention at the reception desk resulted in Sambo being very helpful and showing us how to turn the water flow tap on. It was different to showers in the UK but worked very well when we realised how it worked. We didn’t book the breakfast included option as we don’t always want breakfast. We did eat breakfast on several days and it was very nice. We also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant a few of the days. I highly recommend the wood-fired pizzas. They are absolutely lovely and made/cooked in front of you. All the food was good but my Granddaughter loved the stir fried noodles with chicken best. The grounds are well stocked with plants and very peaceful.
