Excellent hotel right in the center and close to all the hustle and bustle but still quiet and relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and caring. Monika has been in touch way ahead of our arrival and accommodated all requests and questions kindly, professionally and quickly. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was easy to organize drivers and activities right from the hotel. Will definitely be back here if we're back in Siem Reap

As soon as we entered the Residence, it was full of warmth and lush greenery. The decor is fitting to the warmth. The best part - the ever smiling, very helpful staff, ready to make our stay all the more enjoyable. They were very transparent with information and greeted us everytime. The rooms were clean, ambiance was beautiful and stacked with daily needs.

We have traveled the world and have never been to a hotel with customer service at the level at Golden Temple Residence. The staff are incredibly friendly, so helpful and are so genuine. From the moment you check in you are greeted and made to feel so special. The hotel is beautiful, amazing pool, fantastic food and wonderful spa. We booked a suite with a king bed...stunning room. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stay at. Every member of the staff was incredible. Special thanks to Monika and Mckenzie. They are the best. Can't wait for our next trip to Cambodia. Staying here for sure. Book this special hotel. You won't be disappointed.

The question would be what is there not to like? The staff welcome you like royalty and takes care of your every need like you are royalty. Monica at front desk was awesome. They had so many activities within the hotel. The apsara show with dinner was very good. We also had cooking class with chef Vannith. That was so cool. You get a certificate too. Thank you chef. The rooms were huge, and extremely clean. The hotel is very clean as well. We had massages at the spa and the assistant manager and his team are so polite and professional. It was so relaxing we went daily. Breakfast was buffet with chef cooking the eggs there on demand. Not forgetting location. Pub street and night market are a stone throw away. Restaurants, starbucks, you name it are all within a few hundred feet. Thank you too the entire team for making our stay awesome!!! Love it!

Very conveniently located and yet felt secluded and calm and quiet when inside. Staff and treatment and attention to details were the real highlight of the property.

We stayed in the Royal Suite and the room was incredible, nice and big and impeccably clean. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful, excellent temperature and water pressure. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help - Monika contacted us before, during and after our stay via WhatsApp and was so incredibly helpful and polite without being pushy. The hotel staff always greeted you with a smile and are the best we have ever encountered. Lovely pool area which never felt too crowded and had a nice mix of shady spots and seats in the sun. A very relaxing atmosphere. Location was great, easy walking distance to Pub Street but you couldn’t hear the noise of it from your room. The spa was lovely and the credit with the room was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a wide variety of options that changed daily. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, would definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Great central location in Siem Reap, close to Pub Street

Accommodations were of a 5⭐️ hotel. Their hospitality-beyond description. Everything was absolutely out of this world. Room was very comfortable with a great shower, a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and a TV with Netflix which got some usage on rainy parts of the day. The restaurant and the variety of food was superb (kudos to the chef for creating such delicious food options) including awesome breakfast buffet. Golden Temple Residence is in a perfect location to explore Siem Reap with Pub Street being a mere 5 minute walk. Everything is reachable within a few minute walk from ATM machines to restaurants/pubs, massage parlors, grocery shopping and pharmacies. Not to mention the numerous souvenir shops… The staff at Golden Temple were absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly and made us feel like part of a family. Rin, Ratanak, Him and Rosa are just a few of the staff that made our stay very memorable. Housekeeping staff were immaculate in their daily cleaning. In the evening, they always left a weather report for the next day and snack in our room. The incredible and dedicated staff-always with a smile-won’t be matched anywhere. Nine days was simply not enough…would love to have stayed longer. Thank you Joey for everything you and your staff did for us.

Due to a booking issue the hotel could not actually make a room available. They did get me a room at a sister property 1 minute away. More importantly, the staff went above and beyond to treat me like a king even though I was not actually staying with them. The staff was truly wonderful and I would come back and stay with them anytime. One of the best customer care experiences I have ever had.

Our stay at the Golden Temple Residence was absolutely fantastic from the communication with Monika before we arrived to the checkin, to the amazing surprise for our 25th anniversary to the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff throughout our stay. An absolute delight. A must-see is the Apsara dance (traditional Cambodian dancing) right in the dining room. We also enjoyed two 2-hour massages, laundry service, a lovely breakfast buffet and lunch. Each time we met with a member of the Golden Temple Residence team, we were met with kindness first and helpfulness second. It is truly a very special place! Finally, HUGE shoutout to Monika (aka Mo). She messaged with me over the several months since I booked the hotel, greeted us for checkin with a cool towel, lovely drink, and a detailed explanation of checkin, the amenities, and the property, and checked on us throughout our stay - always with a smile and kind word. She is an absolute gem!
