Room was clean, good location and staff were one of the friendliest we have met on the trip.

We arrived and didn’t have pillow cases on the bed. When we asked for some they only provided one but then we had another outside our room the next afternoon. Small down point but not major.

The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. Overall, my stay at Bou Phanith Villa was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway. I look forward to returning!

The hotel is at the heart of the centre, but very quiet. It looks beautiful, the room is big enough (just the right size), and the view is pretty. One staff member in particular was very helpful in connecting us with a driver to go to Angkor Wat (not a guide, as we didn't want that).

It is very difficult to find. I guess this adds to its charm, but since we arrived at 12pm in Siem Reap, it was a bit annoying. Luckily, staff was very kind to wait for us. At 1am, they close the gates they told us, but since we never got out after 10pm this was no bother to us. I guess this makes this place quiet and good, since it does not attract the "party tourists" one might find elsewhere.

The location is truely excellent, far enough from any noise and close enough to walk to anything. I'm very disabled but could still wall to anything I wanted to go to. The staff was VERY accommodating for my physical problems and always made sure all was well for my wife and I. We will for sure be staying again but linger than 3 nights next time.

Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to the love pub street, night market, etc.. We have booked for a single night but extend 2 more nights. Staff speak English and helpful.

Nice big and clean room, Aircon quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location very good, short walk to all areas of interest, no need to use tuk tuks 🤗.

Such amazing staff, we had loads of issues with transport and having to extend our stay. But the staff made this process so easy and relaxed. The room was fantastic, beautiful view and immaculately clean.

The people at the reception are incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful. The place is super nice, we got a room with a nice view of the sunset from the balcony. There is free drinkable water, which is a bonus in a city like Siem Reap. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, laundry places, and many tuk-tuks to reach Angkor Wat. It is only a few minutes away walking from "pub street", however, the rooms are quiet.

The room was big, and it was very quiet, especially at night. The staff members were very nice. It's 5 minutes walking from pub street and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Take in mind that it's a cheap hotel, so don't expect luxury, if you need a place to rest it'll be more than enough.
