The staff throughout our whole trip were amongst the most helpful, kind and welcoming people that I have ever come across in my numerous travels. Mr Unkoy, Mr Key and Mr Phea assisted throughout with travel bookings, tours, taxis and even setting up a sim card. Thank you.! The hotel itself being just a short tuktuk ride from Siem Reap city was an oasis of peace and tranquility with its beautiful pool area,and lush well maintained grounds. Yet further charm , privacy and quietide was provided in the exceptionally spacious suite provided, with its own dip pool and garden / patio area. The standard and choices at breakfast were wonderful, enhanced by a comprehensive a la carte menu which even after a 13 night stay, proved to be far more than adequate. Mr Mau, Mr Polin , Miss Theang, Sokim and Nid Thank you for your kindness. Catering was available throughout the day and evening at the bar area, poolside, restaurant and in the garden. In addition, there was a very welcome " Hi -Tea " consisting of local fruit and Cambodian desserts provided for guests in the afternoon. A Thank-you too for Mr Savit's care and kindness on a daily basis . At no time throughout my stay at the Embassy was I anything less than thoroughly relaxed by the ambience, or charmed by the genuine welcome of its staff.

All the team from The Embassy are extremely kind and friendly. Especially “Mr. Polin and Ms Sok Khim”! The breakfast is like a heaven full of choice! The room is huge (big space)and the location is quiet. All the facilities are like the description. The resort offers many options such as afternoon tea time which is amazing, and transportation by Tuk-Tuk to the city center, an immense swimming pool with an open bar, etc… we had a magnificent holiday at the Embassy Resort for 1 week. Thanks to all the team of The Embassy Resort for your attention and the best service you provided to us.

The Hotel is very nice, clean and very well looked after. It has an Asian charm, the flowers in the garden smell so good and our room (private pool with a huge bath inside) was fantastic. The staff was outstanding, Veasna took us around in his remoque with infinite patiente and kindness, leaving us enough time to explore all thombs! We loved the spa so much that we were there 3 out of 4 nights: Vuy and Pan were fantastic masseuses, on top of making a delicious lemongrass tea! I loved the detail that we were looking at flowers while in the spa! The new manager at reception, Mon, was very professional and kind, going the extra mile for the guests!

The hotel was was very nice, here and there there were a few details that could be improved to match a 5 star in Europe - the shower gel or shampoo ran out on 2 occasions (but we bathed a lot) and the breakfast was somewhat limited for what you'd expect for a lavish 5 star (it was good quality though and had both Western and local food).

The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa is an exceptional place to stay, offering stunning accommodation at very reasonable prices with outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Leap, who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in. He also arranged transport via tuk-tuk for our departure and went above and beyond to make our stay special—including a wonderful surprise in our room for our anniversary. The included breakfast was amazing offering an extensive buffet along with A La Carte menu, an eggs station and barista made coffees. Mr. Pulin assisted with our luggage and breakfast service. His service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and always with a smile. Two of our drivers, Mr. Vuthy and Mr. Run, were also fantastic—friendly, polite, and highly professional. The resort offers a complimentary tuk-tuk service into town, with return pickups available for a small fee, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The bar's daily happy hour was a highlight, featuring 2-for-1 cocktails by the stunning pool—a perfect way to unwind. We also loved the complimentary afternoon high tea, where we could sample delicious traditional Cambodian sweets and snacks. Staying at this resort was an absolute pleasure. The staff were exceptional in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I recently travelled to Siam Ream - Cambodia for a holiday and decided to stay at The Embassy of Angkor Resort. I have to say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived in style with a vintage white Mercedes - 1960s, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made us feel at home. The hotel itself was stunning - a beautiful blend of traditional Khmer architecture and modern amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities, private pool and a bathtub at the middle of the room! Was all I needed to make our stay enjoyable. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered - from the front desk ( Maneth, Morning star, Lucky and the rest that I can't name them, to the restaurant staff (Key and the girls) went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to provide anything we needed. The hotel planned on places to visit and things to do. We were in communication throughout with the hotel staff in WhatsApp, with quick response. The hotel is also situated at a great location, just a short distance (10min) from the town with all Siam Reap top restaurants, pubs, day and night market, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The complementary Tuk Tuk rides from hotel to town, once your done send a WhatsApp to hotel, they will arrange the pick up back to hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend The Embassy of Angkor Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Cambodia. It's the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and authentic Khmer hospitality, and I can't wait to stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Embassy. It was only a short trip (3 nights in total), but we would have 100% stayed longer. We were taken such good care of by the hotel staff, especially Phea, who would check in with us to see if we needed anything. They even upgraded us to a room with a private pool, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel has everything you need with an on-site restaurant, bar, swimming pool, loungers, library, and spa. Although it's out of the centre, they offer a free shuttle into town, and only $2 return. Our driver, Vuthy, was always there on time to pick us up, which was super handy. All in all, would 10/10 recommend.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. Big enough to have all the facilities you need, but small enough to be incredibly personal. The staff were amazing, very attentive and professional, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. The hotel is located away from the main Pub Street area of Siem Reap and is in a very peaceful location. The hotel provides a tuk tuk service into the centre of town. Breakfast offered a tasty variety of Asian and western options. Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept and the smell of frangipani was gorgeous (we were there in April). Loved the spa.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed was wonderful. The grounds and the pool are beautiful and the staff were beyond courteous. Extremely helpful, joyous and most speak excellent English. The hotel arranges a free tuktuk for you to the centre of town. If you want to go anywhere else you pay a little extra. Breakfast was good although personally I would have liked some more fruit options. For this price it is for sure one of the, if not the, nicest hotel we have stayed in. Nice room, nice pool, nice people. Only thing we found was that the restaurant/bar was expensive compared to the local prices. 3 dollars for a small bottle of water is a bit steep, we walked to a road stand 100 meters out of the hotel for our water (and laundry).

I liked the room and the location of the hotel, which is a bit further from the city fuss, it was good to have a private room, which was calm and clean. Additonal services like a tuktuk to the city or late checkout with a shower option were particularly helpful. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and professional, at the reception, bar and the restaurant especially. Saying hi to Mr. Ran, Miss Heang and Mr. Nivat!

I feel like that the breakfast was below expectations for me in terms of my personal taste and what was advertised on booking, however the staff was friendly and eager to help with any request. Pool area could feel a bit crowded for some solo travelers who seek privacy

Hotel outside the town but easy to reach by tuktuk. We loved the tipical arquitecture of the building, only two floors, not very big, the openair reception, bar and lounge, the pool and the garden area. Some of the old deco was nice. Breakfast was very delicious and enough to choose. We liked the coffee very much. The staff at breakfast paid much attention to all our wishes. The same at the reception. Our room was very big and comfortable. We did n t like that the window was not possible to open. As the room was big the cleanliness could be improved. Two days, nights were very quiet but the other two days we were bothered until late by musik from neighbour businesses.
