Room was in general great, bed and bathroom all nice. May a bit more drying space would ahve been nice but doable. Bathtub is fantastic, water could be more hot tho, for a women probably boarderline All together great experience, pools, restaurant and staff. It was my second time here, well worth it.

Internet can easy improve, just add a few more routers in some strategic locations. If you are far from office or far from restaurant, and the place is full, internet will be bad. Easiest cheap fix, why not doing that? A decent chair or seating cushion for the desk in the room, the stool there is cute but hart to sit on after ten minutes.

Very comfortable and well appointed room, incredibly quiet (except see below) beautiful pools, lush gardens, lovely staff, great breakfast.

Its located a bit away from the centre of town, about 10 mins to town by tuk tuk. However the hotel do provide free transport to town as its location is in a quiet suburb. HOWEVER BEWARE. They are building a whole load of more rooms above the pool dining room, so if you are looking to spend some quiet zen time by the pool during the day, forget it. Which is a shame. At the time of writing they had got walls and roof completed, but had not started the fit out. I expect it will be noisy for the next 3 months. But check with the hotel.

Reception staff are very nice and helpful, room was big and very clean with a big bathroom having both shower and a huge bathtub (bath salt and a candle provided). Nice wee terrace in the front and a small garden in the back. 2 pools, decent breakfast, all day restaurant and bar. A shuttle is available from hotel to city centre until 19h30. Clothes cleaning service available. They arranged our tuk tuk for Angkor visits.

Fruits and salads were warm (they weren’t kept on a fridge for sure) and when you have a salmon salad it can be unpleasant as the fish wasn’t cold either.

This hotel is such a magical little oasis, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend it enough. The property is absolutely stunning with gorgeous trees, plants and flowers surrounding the swimmingpools and walkways which are beautifully maintained by the gardeners working at the hotel. The atmosphere is very zen which was perfect for us, as we don’t enjoy hotels with loud music and noise. The staff are just the kindest people who make you feel welcome, and will assist with anything you would need - transportation, day trips etc. They clearly put a lot of effort in the details - offering a delicious welcome drink and sweet treat upon check-in, making fresh juices, drinks and food from scratch (even the yoghurt and jam) which I really appreciate. I highly recommend trying the Khmer style food in the restaurant - especially the mango salad with chicken (thank me later ;)) The rooms are very spacious and clean, bathroom is huge with amazing bathtub and bath salt offered.

I really can’t fault anything, especially considering the very reasonable price. If I’m being super critical, I would prefer a bit more storage space for clothing (3 hangers and 2 shelves are not enough for 2 people). However, this is by no means a major issue, and if I had bothered to ask for more hangers I am sure it would have been provided. I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel if I visit Siem Reap again.

Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is excellent and the location is not too far from the center. Great food choices, especially if you crave other cuisines or just a simple, clean salad.

At the moment, there are renovations going on in the restaurant building, so, depending on the work progress, the restaurant area can get very noisy or dusty. Other than this, everything was excellent. One note about the location. Being outside the core city center, this is a quiet place, but if you go outside of the resort, there is nothing to do or see.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming. The pools were beautiful and our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and good value for money. The location, a little away from the centre, suited us and the complementary tuk tuk into town meant it was easy to go and explore Siem Reap. Loved everything about Khmer House and are already planning to come back next year to explore more of Cambodia 😊

Overall, breakfast was excellent. Both pools were fantastic—clean, refreshing, and a great way to stay cool and entertained! Our room was cleaned mostly in the mornings by friendly staff who did an excellent job! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the meals the restaurant of the Resort made - high quality! Great customer service and a free Tuk-tuk trip to town a day were especially a bonus to our stay!

Our room was cleaned once after 2 p.m., which wasn't very convenient as we preferred to rest in the afternoon. It was also challenging to communicate my gluten-free diet to the restaurant staff. Thankfully, I managed by bringing my own gluten-free bread. Additionally, I found the bed slightly to hard but I do realise we have all different preferences. Lastly, some guests were noisy, talking and laughing until around 3:30 a.m., which was quite a disturbance - the staff did make work of it which I appreciate very much - and kept me updated!

It was very peaceful and quiet. The two pools are beautiful! The location is a little out of the way but that is one thing we really loved about it. The room is actually larger than the photos and it was spotlessly clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

The WiFi is not good. It is slow and very spotty. We continuously needed to use our 4g cell phone reception. The towels also need to be replaced. Most of the ones in the room and at the pool have holes in them and are actually the worst ones we’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bed was also not very comfortable. This is a personal preference but for a resort, the bed was very hard.

Usually I don't enjoy arriving anywhere after sundown, but at the Khmer House the made us feel so welcome that I didn't care. The breakfast was very good, which made us even try to restaurant for dinner. Something I've never done before. The quality for the food was great throughout. Both pools were pleasant, the rooms very clean and comfortable and the staff very polite. I would actively recommend it to everyone visiting Angkor Wat.

The location is a bit out of town, but they offer a free Tuk Tuk service and Grab is also fast and cheap in Siem Reap.

We had many accomondations across all Cambodia, all with amazing service, but Khmer House was above them all! Nice staff, fast check in/out. Two pools with great temperature, coctail happy hours which you can enjoy in the pool. Our room and bathroom was beautiful with a nice terrace to the pool /as much as you can see from the beautiful jungle :))/. Breakfast was also nice and we received a small gift at checkout. You might think it's a but out of the city, but super easy /and cheap/ to reach with tuktuk /the hotel also offers daily one ride to the center/ I would be more than happy to come back, dream place! :)
