It was delightful to stay at the villas. They are very well appointed and good value considering the size of the villa and the amenities. The decor was tasteful and restful - just the thing after seeing all the sights. Every bedroom was airconditioned and with a bathroom for each room in the 3 bedroom villa, it was a great place to stay with teenagers. Basics were supplied in the kitchen, enough to be functional for our own breakfasts and an occasional dinner in. The pool and garden was beautiful.

I loved the open air ventilation on the living area, but not everyone agreed with me! It does mean that the units can have some noise pass through as well. This also meant the living area was not suitable for aircon, but as you tend to be out most of the day this wasn't a problem for us. The location is further from the central tourist district - a positive and a negative! We enjoyed the walk into town, but it would not be easy for everyone. Tuktuks are always readily found and staff would also help with transport if needed. The wifi was patchy.

The villas are in beautiful gardens, with a swimming pool. The villa was large, comfortable, well appointed, and a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Whilst not a hotel, the surroundings are far more pleasurable than most. The team running the villas are very helpful, attentive, easy to get on with, and make the stay effortless.

Everything! The villas are beautiful. Modern, spacious and clean. The staff are incredible! Friendly, approachable, kind and caring. Nothing is a problem. They are like your extended family. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere! This was our second stay at Golden Vishnu Villas and we are already planning the next trip.

Very beautiful Villas. The pool was very effective in helping beat the heat.

At the time we stayed (May 2023) Villa was not built for the heat for Internationals. Although I am Australian and my father lives in the Philippines (we are used to heat) we struggled to spend time in the common areas of the Villa as it was always incredibly hot. Common areas are open-air to the outside as bricks were open patterned which I believe is intended to cool the Villa but when it is 40+ *C outside the villa common areas are the same temp. A portable air conditioner was provided but was useless and couldn't beat the heat due to the open-air wall plan. TV in the lounge common area would not work either. Possibly due to the heat but it would just turn off after 15 mins.

Everything. A beautiful serene location with a pool right outside our door. Amazing bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were outstanding. Didn’t want to leave.

Not enough to lower our rating but if I could change anything I’d have AC in the downstairs areas, not just the bedrooms. Shower screens would add the perfect touch to the bathrooms.

Golden Vishnu was amazing! We loved our stay here and wish we could stay for longer. Vicheth was an amazing host, helping us with everything we needed. The Villa was so clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Location was great, just a short 5 minute tuk tuk into the main area of town. We can’t fault our stay here and would definitely recommend.

The wifi often didn’t connect/load but a very minor detail

Everything! The place is magical, surrounded by lush greenery so peaceful and relaxing. The luxury of living in Vishnu Villa is unforgettable.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They also provided pool towels, slippers, and umbrellas which were convenient.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, especially in the common area due to the ventilation holes. The common area was also very hot since there is no air conditioning there. The aircon in the rooms were also not strong enough.

Beautiful Villa, Comfortable beds and full of greenery. Nath is a super host, she is very attentive and very helpful - always quick replies and ready for help- Nath made our stay even better.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Beautiful property with great staff who took care of our every need. Breakfast was served in our Villa at a time of our choosing. The pool is fantastic and we spent every afternoon there during our stay to escape the heat. We appreciated having a downstairs bedroom.

It can be a bit noisy with some kind of community center nearby. You can hear the kids playing basketball during the day and partying at night.
