Ideal location a short walk from amenities and attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and a large bathtub! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We also managed to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Although the breakfast buffet was plentiful, there wasn’t much by way of vegan options, besides fruit, toast and jam. The room we had was lacking in daylight, due to its positioning - the main window was overlooking a hallway and the bathroom was overlooking the neighbours courtyard. Nothing anyone can do about it, but just something to know before booking.

Very lovely and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and spacious and beds are very comfortable. Also the pool are is very nice to just relax for a while. Nice breakfast buffet.

The breakfast itself was nice but it sometimes took a while to restock when something was empty which is especially frustrating when you don’t have too much time. Also the room, especially bed sheets were not super clean.

The room was big, very comfortable, strong AC and good shower. The Staff is lovely and the pool area is also a good break to the crazy hot weather. Location is ok, in 15 min you're on the river.

The wifi in our room (496) was not that good. The water when showering really took time to go down, so all the bathroom gets completely wet. Both of them are not a super issue, but annoyed me in some moments.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They were so caring towards us when we had any difficulties and the cleaning staff always did such a good job of clearing the room. The rooms were also such a decent size and we couldn't believe the luxury for the price.

The location wasn't always best. You need a tuktuk or motorbike to get around but the staff can help you get these which is great! Only issue was the address is on Google maps but not on grab maps so you had to make sure you were ordering to the right place when you wanted to return home.

Everything ! The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff. It’s a really cute hotel only 15min walk from the city of Siem Reap.

Some staff a bit too pushy on the first day to sell us tours, guides and tuktuk trips, when hearing we had already rented motorcycles

Fantastic hotel in Siem Reap, 20 min walking to city centre. Lovely staff, Rawi made our stay wonderful with her help & kindness. The possibility to refill your water bottle for free is great! The breakfast is great and they make good eggs! Wifi didn’t reach our room, so we used mobile data which isn’t expensive in Cambodia. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. A 10+ for the bath which was amazing, made from stone and big enough for 2 persons. They also provide food at their restaurant for a reasonable price, the burgers ($5,50) are fantastic!

Would have been perfect if they had a coffee bean machine with breakfast, with maybe a little extra fee for this coffee. The provided coffee wasn’t as good.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The pool was nice. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Decent WiFi. Had a fridge. About a 20 min walk to the market. Well decorated room. Restaurant on site

The floor in my room was really dirty. On booking.com I had a free upgrade to a deluxe family room, but I was given a double room - which was absolutely fine because it was just me, however I think someone should have acknowledged that it wasn’t the room that had been booked. ‘Private entrance’ usually means you don’t have to go through the hotel to get to your room, instead I had a ‘balcony’ inside the hotel that I had to go through the lobby to get to. Again, fine but don’t advertise private entrance. Breakfast was quite limited.

The building has been around since 1960, and it does live up to its name. I got a family room, but I wasn’t expecting my family room to be two separate rooms with a shared bathtub, shower and toilet! It was huge! The breakfast was plenty.

Even though there aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby, I found it doable. I took a tuk tuk around, so this was not a big issue.

The staff was very welcoming and always smiling. The pool was nice as well and the room was pretty big.

The location - you can only access the hotel using dirt road and there are no lights at all along the way. There is also a lot of rubbish and construction material alongside the road to the hotel everywhere but there is nothing the hotel can really do about it. The breakfast was also pretty small, not even any vegetables and only two kinds of fruit. For someone who doesn't eat any bread or pastries, the only option was eggs every day.

Most of the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean.

We had booked transport through the hotel. We were supposed to get picked up at 10 pm however at 9pm the guy from reception told us that We had to leave now. He told ud they were going to bring us to a waiting area with ac and toilet opportunities. We were brought to an area without any A/C and no working toilets. We had to wait there until 23. One extra hour of waiting and also taking away our opportunity to sit at the hotel and relax. Other than that the rest of the staff were amazing!
