We loved many things about this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the welcome drink and snacks, the large pool was perfect and always clean and had plenty of seating,.You can get a poolside drink from the wee bar next to the pool. its great having water provided to fill your own bottles with 1 fill station on our 2nd floor also. Its very quiet at night and only a 10min walk to town centre. Cafes and restaurants nearby, highly recommend Paris bakery a couple of blocks down. And Amok restaurant on corner of Pub St. Our balcony was lovely overlooking the pool. Room was well equipped with a jug, fridge, glasses and tea and coffee. Plenty of space to store luggage and a clothes rail. Breakfast was off a menu then there was a selection of fruit and bread to help yourself to. We loved the beautiful lush garden area and many frogs in the wee ponds. Staff booked us a bus onwards. The staff keep the surrounds immaculate and well swept and we would definitely stay again.

Our air con was very noisy, fridge was old and broken and when you left the room, the fridge went off, so no cold drinks to come home to and food wouldn't keep. Lighting in the room is too dark to be able to read. Door lock was very worn making it difficult to get our key to work. Bathroom was getting shabby. Only 1 robe provided for 2 people. Some maintenance is needed, pool area has broken and damaged furniture / lights. Salt shakers are bunged with tissues. A few tweaks would make a big difference.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in Wat Bo close to restaurants and supermarkets. It has a lovely garden with water features. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful.

The shower was not hot and the TV was not connected to a signal of any kind.

My stay at Home Indochine D’Angkor was beyond incredible. I came to Siem Reap to explore Angkor Wat, but this hotel gave me something even more special — a heartfelt experience I’ll never forget. From the beautifully decorated birthday bed surprise to the kind gesture of preparing a cocktail by the pool and celebrating my day in such a thoughtful way — everything was full of love and detail. The staff truly treat you like family; warm smiles, attentive service, and sincere hospitality at every moment. The pool area is a tropical oasis — peaceful, lush, and the perfect place to unwind with a drink in hand. The rooms are charming, spotlessly clean, and feel like a cozy sanctuary. If you’re visiting Siem Reap, don’t think twice. This hotel doesn’t just offer a place to sleep — it offers memories. I’ll definitely return!

Nothing

This is definitely the best hotel that we have stayed in during our current travels. The staff here are ever so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They will book trips and visits for you with their excellent tuk tuk drivers as well as airport shuttle etc. The luxurious pool is great for a dip after a hard morning stomping around temples in the unforgiving Cambodian heat. It was paradise. I can not speak more highly of this place and we stayed an extra day as we enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect, surrounded by every manner of wonderful food within 5 minutes walk. I rarely give , 10/10 for anywhere but I would give this hotel 11 if I could. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

There was nothing not to like

Outstanding service at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness during my one-night stay. From complimentary laundry and a relaxing massage discount 20% off airport transfers only 29$ per taxi and tuktuk rides to the town center, every detail was meticulously taken care of. The thoughtful gestures, such as providing a charger when mine broke, and the warm welcome with a refreshing towel and lime juice made this experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location was perfect! Not too close to the town, but easy/quick to walk in to it. The staff were superb, always there to help and were very polite! We also liked our Tuk Tuk driver Kim who works for the hotel guests. He gave us great service, and knowledge about Siam Reap and the history behind the temples.

The rooms are very dark, and could do with more lighting to be able to see better. Our garden had an overflow pipe from the room above us, which would flow directly on to our patio - this needs to be directed over the wall. It would also be better to have a buffet breakfast rather than 3 x fixed menus, to cater for differing food needs.

We had a relaxing and wonderful time during our stay here in siemreap, The hotel are well situated easy to get around town by foot. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our request especially the front desk. The room was clean and had comfortable beds, which were not too hard for me, but you can get extra padding if you need. The pool was nice, and there are plenty of beds for you to chill around the pool if you don't want to go out in the afternoon. Would love to come back for a second stay and finish our journey in Siem Reap, so much stuff to see!

I had a great stay! The facilities were comfortable—not the newest, but absolutely spotless and well-equipped with everything needed (AC, fan, etc.). Daily room service kept everything fresh. The staff was friendly, and lounging by the pool during the day was a perfect way to relax. The area was calm and pleasant, with excellent dining options nearby (highly recommend Sugar Palm!).

The only downside was the excessive pricing for transport, activities, and on-site facilities. However, it’s easy to arrange these independently—like laundry just around the corner for $1/kg

Nice pool. Friendly staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty. Good location not far from the center. The street wasn't so noisy. Next to the hotel two good not expensive and very tasty restaurants. Food in the hotel was also tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

I had room on the ground floor with the view almost on the wall. Most of the rooms have views on the pool so that were ok. Another minus that A/C worked really loudly. Staff fix it a little bit but only the external unit. Internal was really noisy so it is hard to sleep.

Quiet and sophisticated hotel in Siem Reap. Ideal for a peaceful retreat from temple exploration. Located slightly outside the city but only a 5-minute tuktuk ride to the center. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. Small restaurant serving breakfast, beautiful pool area with a bar. Our clean Cabana double room had a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Highly recommend this place for a memorable stay. Will definitely return when in Siem Reap. Great job to the wonderful staff!
