We stayed for 6 nights; we would have happily stayed much longer. The location was convenient and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly and all spoke great English. The people they work with for the tours were fantastic as well (the drivers and guides). You can also pay through the hotel for a lot of services, so you don’t need to deal with as much cash, which can be annoying in Cambodia. The food was great, the cocktails were unexpectedly great too. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well, and at least in our room the wifi was strong. The shower took a minute to warm up but that doesn’t matter.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. Staff is kind and attentive. Craft beer is available. Electric fly or insect swatter available ( haven't had this much fun in years)

The bathroom was designed with no functional aspect in mind. If you take a shower there is the drain and a little canal that runns through the bathroom and the room, just weird. Also the floor is not flat, but creased, also a designer quirk, which is annoying to walk on, but also the water doesn't drain properly from it. Why you don't have a shower head is beyond me, it felt like i'm taking a shower at the communal pool

Breakfast was nice. The service was friendly. The best part was the room. Large, garden sit out, good bathroom

Pest control could have been better

We normally stay as a family at the Babel Guesthouse and decided to try out the Boutique Hotel. It is in a very nice, quiet location, within walking distance to a number of restaurants and cafes. The staff is very friendly and willing to take time to talk through touring options and will arrange them directly, all at very reasonable prices.

There is nothing that we did not like. In terms of comparing to the Guesthouse, our kids did prefer the pool at the guesthouse, as it is shallower and more conducive to playing. Though worth noting that the pool at Boutique is very nice!

The rooms were spacious and clean with basic amenities all provided. Body wash and shampoo smelled great with ingredients sourced locally (can be bought separately if you want to bring back). There were some mosquitoes but the hotel is prepared with repellants and electric swat. Ambience of the hotel is very peaceful and we felt safe hanging out late within the compound. Breakfast options were decent with filling portions. Loved their mildly cardamom infused pancake. There are meals with reasonable price in the hotel restaurant itself. The hotel bar has interesting selection of cocktails made with local ingredients. Tried their dragonfruit and chilli cocktail which was wonderfully spicy. The staffs especially were friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. The hotel provides tours and staffs do help plan itineraries if you're unsure of where to visit. We requested for airport pickup (at additional cost) and Sojeat ended up becoming our minivan driver for the next 3 days for various tours. He gives good recommendations and it was comfortable travelling with him as he handled our group of 6 well.

Overall, the bathroom and toilet bowl were very clean as staffs do clean daily. Only concern is bathroom had textured floor and walls so it had grime in certain spots mostly at the edges. It's a minor eyesore and a good scrubbing would remove them surely.

Great hotel. Stayed here for 12 nights with family with 3 kids aged 0- 8 years. Good breakfast. Great staff. Ate at the hotel in the evening at several occasions. The kids were very pleased with the kids menu. But for us adults (just leaving Scandinavia and had no cravings for Scandinavian influensed food) the menu was, to be honest, not that exciting. That is the only downside to the hotel. We loved the swimmingpool. It is so well maintained and is under absolutely gorgeous frangipani trees. Location is great. Easy walkable to many great restaurants and amazing drinks and coffee just around the corner at "the breakfast time". And not far from down town either by foot or tuk-tuk. Also used the hotel's tuk-tuk services and were very happy with both drivers and competitive prices. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Leaving Babel boutique and the lovely staff made ua feel the blues. Go here. You will nit regret it!

Loved it all

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, peaceful environment, delicious breakfast (and all other food as well), great coffee and drinks! The staff recommended excursions, and arranged for a tuktuk-driver to follow us around. Very nice to have the same driver for the entire stay. They focus on sustainability so you will not find anything plastic! Would definitely recommend you to give this small cozy hotel a try if you are planning a trip to Siem Reap!

Negatives - there are none!!! Suggestions - only one. There was plenty of space in the room for me to practice yoga and if a spare mat had been available that would have been an amazing place to practice

+ Mey ( the bartender and receptionist) was our angel in Siem Reap. He helped us out to get a bike, prepared the best cocktails ever! And gave us cool tips where to go in the country! Really kind person that we will not forget! + Location. It is a small oase in Siem Reap. Walking distance from the city, you have all you need close by. + Rooms are huge, clean, have all you need. + Breakfast is amazing.

Great value hotel, clean rooms, and great service both before and during our stay, the staff is most helpful. Lovely pool, but deep so not that easy for small kids. Location was ok, we relied on tuk-tuks to take us anywhere in the heat, the staff was always helping us ordering one- and they have their own staff. Eco-friendly hotel which is admirable. They have many eco friendly advice on tours, restaurants aso, and we did a lovely village tour with Dara. Would definitely stay here again, but with small kids I would rather have stayed at their sister hotel babel guesthouse.
