The room was big and comfortable, pool area is really nice and water in the pool was clean, had a good temperature and the pool bar was a nice touch too. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Good wifi.

It’s both good and bad - a bit out of the center, so need tuktuk to get there, on the other hand it’s peaceful and quiet in the hotel area as it’s away from the buzz. The pool area is very green and beautiful, but it also attracts wildlife to the hotel :) We saw frogs, snakes, big lizards, bats in the hotel area (NOT in the room). Not to mention mosquitoes in the evenings. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel, it was a pleasant stay.

I have just returned home after staying for my last day of my trip to siem reap. I had read the reviews and had mixed feelings as to how the hotel would be. I was very very pleased with the hotel in every aspect. The welcome I received was so warming and it got better from there. My room was located on the ground floor around the pool, pretty cozy and exceptionally clean. A trip to the spa at the resort is real treat, very professional and high class. The employees at the resort are so accommodating and friendly, thank you so much to everyone at the hotel Residence Indochine. I WILL return next time I visit Siem Reap!

The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. The room was spacious, and all the area was very clean too. I couldnt hear a thing from nearby room so probably good soundproofing too. Pool is nice,it also gets some sun on the sunbeds (which is not always true for hotels in Siem Reap since they are cramped into the smallest space possible). They cleaned the room basically everyday+changing towels.

The room was a bit dark, but I guess if you are out all day it doesnt really matter. I was also working from the room, so I would welcome more daylight. There is no net on the window/door, which I dont understand (but I think also, it is not common in SR to have a net). I like fresh air (even when it's hot) but with lights on, this is not possible. I would welcome a small soft reading light too, and stronger central light. The location is good - safe because it is one of the main streets, but not walkable from the centre.

The staff were really helpful and trying to accommodate any need we had! The beautiful pool in the center of the hotel, the rooms are quite comfy and it really feels like a safe heaven.

Quite pricy for what you get also; we ordered 2 beers for happy hour and the deal is that you get one free snack and they brought us spring rolls with only salad in it. Apparently for happy hour there’s no shrimp in it. For dinner; the mango salad with prawns were actually with dried shrimps instead. The details of the menu/ happy hour were not clear, probably not intentionally, but there’s loads of better options for food than here.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and convenient. and the staff were quite helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the hotel's convenience and comfort made it a worthwhile choice.

However, there was a minor issue with the water pressure, which was a bit weak, and the shower temperature occasionally fluctuated between being too hot or too cold. It would be great if the hotel could work on improving this aspect.

My partner and I stayed at Residence Indochine D'Angkor for 3 nights (initially book for 1 day) while we explored the amazing temples of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated even the building is a bit old, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was a refreshing way to cool off after a day of sightseeing, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

The staff was amazing, all young boys and girls very kind and ready to help if needed. The environment was the best, after a long day visiting temples and siem riep city, coming back to the hotel and lay down by the pool was the best feeling ever. The location is a little outside the center but it was no problem for us, the tuk tuk are very cheap and in 3 minutes you can be wherever you want in the center. Also the food at the restaurant was very good, try the Khmer fish! This hotel was really the cherry on top of a beautiful experience in Siem Reap. Hope to see you guys soon!!!

We arrived late at the hotel but the hotel had arranged pickup for us from the airport so we had no issue arriving safely. The room was slightly dated, but charming, and most importantly it was clean. free wi-fi, private balcony overlooking the pool, adequate bathroom, safe, and bathrobes. We were leaving very early in the morning to have a private tour of Angkor Wat and the temples in the area, so the hotel arranged for us to have breakfast to-go ready in the morning. This was very much appreciated! We spent some time in the pool and it was extremely hot in Siem Reap so it was lovely to cool off and lay in the sun. The staff was helpful and friendly and we fully enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this hotel as it was nice and a great value for the money.

The hotel is comfortable and safe with all the amenities one needs to totally relax. The staff were excellent and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. The restaurant serves a good variety including several Khmer dishes so you can sample the local cuisine. The staff was able to organize everything we wanted to do, whenever we wanted to do it. Shopping is just a short tuk-tuk ride away, and there are a number of temple tours that they can arrange for you, including tour guides who speak a variety of languages. When we go back, we will definitely head straight for Residence Indochine

I recently stayed at the Residence Indochine d'Angkor hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's Khmer style design was stunning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The outdoor pool and garden area were great places to relax after a day of exploring the nearby Angkor Wat temples. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a shuttle service available to take guests to the temple complex. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
