Decor and layout of the hotel was lovely. Huge spacious room with nice lighting and a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very big with lots of natural light in both rooms. Location was a slight walk but still close enough to the centre - about 15 mins walk from pub street. Breakfast was the usual spread which was fine. Also two lovely young cats roaming outside of the hotel, near the pool, that were very friendly, non-aggressive and seemed well taken care of. Great if you like cats I guess.

Shower/bath was a little bit strange as the three tap points seemed to be interlinked, meaning water would leak out onto the floor which was a bit annoying. The bath also had a drain leak so you could never really use it as a bath. We also had multiple (harmless) geckos sneak into the room late in the evening, that needed to be chased out as they started making loud noises. I’d finally also say the pool is quite small, with limited seating and limited sunshine in the afternoon from the shade. Outside of these few simple things, our stay at the hotel was really great.

It’s quiet, good pool, clean and 2 really friendly cats) you can pay by credit card. Breakfast is OK.

Wi Fi is too slow and it was unstable. If you need to call on zoom, you can’t do that. Breakfast is pure, coffee is not good too. The stuff don’t speak English or little but it doesn't bother me. One evening the electricity in my room went out and I was offered to sleep in another room. It was not so comfortable. Overall, I recommend it if you live in a budget room, but if you pay for a suite, where I moved, then I would recommend looking for something else for that money.

We had a wonderful stay at Vihara. The location was great and was about 1km to the bustling centre of town, with many markets, restaurants and night life. Very easy and cheap to get transport into town if you don't feel like walking. The staff were lovely and especially Yi (Yee?) who has fantastic English and went out of his way to assist us with our questions and serving us drinks. The room was clean and fresh water delivered daily. The pool towels were marvellously large and soft and the food we ordered was quite tasty and budget friendly.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t help enough with my wheelchair needs. There are ramps to all areas of the hotel except the pool which has 3 steps. Staff were happy to help lift me up those steps so I could go for a swim. The rooms are spacious and have ground floor rooms for disabled. The toilet and shower are in cubicles so if you need bigger space for wheelchair then this could be a problem. Over all though a very accessible hotel.

Hotel was very accessible but as with most places in Cambodia you do have to accept there are some limits to this. For a wheelchair traveller on my own I would recommend the Vihara

Location was good, the garden planting was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were nice.

No seating outside our room in the private courtyard so the outside space wasn't used. I love to sit outside for my morning coffee but could not and no chair in the room to bring outside. As for the next question about expectations. I don't expect a whole lot from hotels here. They all were built in busy times and then money ran out because not many tourists I think

loved the staff were friendly & inviting & non intrusive. they attended any needs I had with the room. the room was made down every day the room was very spacious much more spacious than expected

the only thing I didn't like was the placement of the buffet to the dining room, it was noisy when they were setting up & i was trying to sleep in, I would suggest they move the buffet closer to the dining room.

The pool, we loved the pool! Location was good, close enough to walk to town centre but not to be able to hear pub street! Front desk staff very lovely and welcoming giving advice on how to enjoy Siem reap.

Management/ owners were very present. While we understand this is a positive for some, for us we felt a little bit like we couldn’t always relax and had to make small talk constantly. A personal preference for us maybe to have more anonymity in hotels. However can see how this would be a desirable part of a stay to some.

Lovely hôtel with boutique feel. Very nicely decorated and attractive pool area. Lovely tropical calm feeling. We had great rooms overlooking the pool. Tasty freshly cooked breakfasts at the bar area next to the pool. Clean. Safe. Comfy beds. Very good staff and an excellent, efficient and kind hotel manager. Good area as far enough out of town to not get all the noise but near enough for a quick tuktuk or a walk if you want. We really enjoyed our stay. Very good value for money. Thank you.

Kind and friendly staff. Lovely and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch. Good location if you want to see Angkor Wat, and on other days it is nice to sit by the pool, we enjoyed the relaxing music playing in the background. There were also two very friendly cats at the hotel which we loved

This was a great stay for us, with very friendly front desk staff. We were visiting out of season, so it was quiet, but this work great for us. Our bed was super comfy and the great big window overlooking the pool let light flood in. They had parking for our rental bike and the pool, although not huge, was great for getting some lengths in early doors.
