The manager is a lovely lady and really helpful. The staff are all very young and lovely to deal with. Lovely swimming pool. Comfy beds in the room. Had a couple of small issues that were dealt with very quickly. Perfect location for night markets as only a 7/8 minute walk. Buy your SIM card at the hotel they have very cheap prices. For first time visitors they use American USD and Cambodian riel which is a closed currency, you can only get within the country. They use both so be prepared to work out paying with both currencies 😂 Hotel accepts card payments.

Feedback - WiFi isn’t good at all. Other guests not respecting others by overrunning the hotel and being very loud. Having a long shouty conversations in the restaurant and not keeping an eye on their children who are running riot. This is NO fault of the hotel though just rude guests. No soundproofing at all, can hear other guests and doors slamming. Again not respecting other guests. The dining tables need a bit more maintenance/cleaning as I regularly found used knives and forks and chairs and tables were sticky.

We spent five nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable, the pool area is really nice, staff are kind and helpful, and restaurant food was good. It was quiet at night. We also liked the location - near good cafes and restaurants

The WiFi was pretty bad - this was our biggest complaint. The ground at the pool area could be very slippery. I saw two people fall while exiting the pool on our last day. They have a sign but I think they should put down a mat. Our bed was not flat so I kept almost rolling off in the night. The pipes in the bathroom would sometimes make loud noises randomly. This was not a problem for us, but there is no elevator and there are 4 or 5 floors of rooms.

This hotel has everything that one could wish for! The wonderful staff go the extra mile in ensuring that you enjoy the best experience. The staffs were fabulous in sharing information and giving recommendations on anything. We were confused about which tour to start, but they provided all the info, we booked a tour through the hotel with an English-speaking guide. What a wonderful driver and guide! So warm and engaging they made every moment enjoyable and fun! This hotel is my number one recommendation to anyone looking for the best spot to relax and have some fun!

on arrival day my partner was sick they kindly allowed us to check in early and they even upgraded us to a room with a balcony and a pool view on the 3rd floor. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, offering soft drinks like coffee and tea. The magnificent swimming pool view from the 3rd floor was breathtaking. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making our stay extremely pleasant and exceeding my expectations.

Nice hotel with a good swimming pool and a beautiful garden. The room with air conditioning was good. The staff is really helpful and friendly. It’s quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable!

We stayed on the 3rd floor—keep in mind that there is no elevator. That didn’t bother us at all, to be honest. If I’m being really picky, they should do something about the shower, as only a little water was coming out.

Wonderful hospitality. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The pool is lovely and very clean. Great location. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, and the taxi service they provided was excellent and comfortable. If you're choosing a round-trip airport transfer, the price is only $55, which is a great deal!

Loved the whole hotel, the pool and bar in the pool is amazing, staff is friendly and super helpful, the room was spacious and beautiful, lovely balcony overlooking the pool, really one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in Siem reap, will definitely return!

Everything is great, I would just like a bit more breakfast options, especially if you would have a long stay there, but still more than enough lovely bread basket and fresh fruit plate with each surfacing makes it super worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff gave an incredibly warm welcome, offering refreshing cold tea upon arrival. My room was spotless and serviced daily. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat, offering a relaxing retreat. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

We travelled Vietnam and Cambodia and this was the best stay of our entire trip. All the staff were so lovely. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. They can also arrange your tours as well as massage service. and if we talk about the hotel location, it’s perfect! Quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Pub Street area

It's good for the price paid, staff are friendly and courteous , location was convenient . Bed was comfy and aircon was working. Use the grab app when booking a tuktuk as it's cheaper than those parked outside the hotel.

No lift, my parents are elderly so climbing up so many flights of steps wasn't feasible for them. Internet connection is also weak at many hours of the day. so I'd suggest to buy a sim card for data.
