We absolutely loved our time at Sarai Wander Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind, polite, and welcoming—it really made the stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the entrance hall, which is stunning and full of charm. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the peaceful, quiet pool. One of the highlights was the massage—absolutely amazing! They even prepared a custom vegan breakfast for me, which I truly appreciated. Everything was thoughtful and well cared for. We felt so relaxed during our stay and would love to return!

That was the nicest hotel of our full Cambodia trip. The architecture is very nice. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The rooms are nicely designed and organized. We like the style of patio/staircase going to the roof pool, feels relaxing. But most of all the staff there is just beyond expectations. As an example, we arrived a little after the closure of the swimming pool in the evening (21:00) due to delay in our flight and they were nice enough to re-open it for an extra 30 minutes for us to cool down from out trip. Very nice and friendly, they helped up organize our visits around. We rented their tuktuk driver for 2 days to visit the temples and that was a very good choice. Morning breakfast was very nice too. And the welcome massage was so needed ;) All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarai Resort and Spa Hotel, and we can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. One of my favorite features was the stunning view from our window overlooking the lush pool. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated just a short walk from local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The amenities were top-notch as well. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, with a variety of options to choose from. What truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Even the tuk-tuk drivers we used outside the hotel were pleasant and accommodating to our travel needs. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Sarai, we absolutely loved staying with them and they would go above and beyond to cater to our needs. We had the most wonderful welcome to our room, each day was just a pleasure. Amazing rooms and facilities. Breakfast was fabulous along with the pool. We would love to say a huge thank you to Daren who was always wonderful and helped when ever needed. It was a shame to leave, we wish we stayed longer. Thank you again to everyone at Sarai!

We booked the duplex junior suite with private pool and we loved everything about the room. The room gets cleaned twice a day and within 2 seconds of making a call, a staff member is at your door. The hotel is all around 5 stars from the beautiful staff in all areas of the hotel and the facilities and little touches the hotel offers, from a welcome bottle of wine and fruit basket, to turn down service with snacks. The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. The bathroom was great with a deep soak bath & rainwater shower. There were so many inclusions with the room including buffet breakfast - which is FRESHLY MADE on order, not sitting there all morning, complimentary massage - which was honestly amazing & felt the masseuse genuinely enjoyed and take pride in their work.. and also a high tea sitting. I do always believe the staff make or break a hotel and the staff were exceptional. Everyone is kind and they truly made our stay unforgettable. Kindness goes such a long way and every single staff member had genuine kindness, care and interest in us as we did with them. Thank-you Sarai Resort & Spa team you are all such beautiful people and we won’t forget you. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Siem Reap .

Nothing exceptional. Staff great, but this hotel is overpriced.

The breakfast was not good compared to the price. Was a three star breakfast - there was a menu for good Western breakfasts but none were available. The hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese travellers. The pool could have been heated. The booking for the Spa (free session) was not convenient. The room on the first night and the subsequent nights had noisy vibrations. The pillows are too hard and cause neck ache.

This was a good location just 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle so nice and quiet. The standard of service at the hotel was exceptional and staff were so friendly and willing to please. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the ‘turn down’ service with cake delivery each evening. The pool area is stunning and immaculate. Breakfast was good. The complimentary foot massage was wonderful. .

Pool git very shady - no sun after 3pm - just personal preference. The sun Ed’s are set around the edge of the pool in about 10cm of water. I was afraid I might drop my phone or book into it. But it was nice and cooling too.

This place is absolutely amazing, we stayed there over new years and the whole stay was great. The room overlooked a lovely courtyard pool and had a fantastic window seat with comfy bed and sizable space. The staff were super friendly and welcomed us with a free 30min massage of our choice. The place has such a nice easy going vibe and the breakfast was great. It's a 10min walk to the centre while being far enough away from the hub-bub of it. I wish we stayed longer and will definitely be back.

If you are a type to sleep in you may be awakened by the noise of cleaning rooms in the corridor around 9.30, but even though it is just a bit of background rolling carts etc. Some American Karen was complaining to the staff about noise from the town on new years night but that was just a demonstration of intolerant ignorance because the city was celebrating!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Always here to assist the guests and go extra mile to find information you need. Anna is very caring and helpful, helping us with booking restaurants to other recommendations. Peter also is a very good person, make the guests very comfortable during our tour, he has been proactive especially in this hot weather, always keeping water bottles and cold towel to serve us after a being in a tour under the burning sun. In general, all staff are very polite. Darren and steven also were also ready to advise us, they were always nearby paying attention to our needs. In short, i was amazed by the personalised service these people provide
