Everything was amazing. The hotel is one of the most tranquil and restful hotels I have ever stopped in. Coupled with a team of wonderful caring staff this hotel is a little Gem. And whoever the chef is that prepares all the food he/she needs a special mention 👍⭐️ the menu has a good mixture of western food & Cambodia dishes. Also the breakfast menu is fantastic. What I like about the way they do it is, you choose from a menu and everything is delivered to your table. Juice breakfast coffee pastries toast butter jam & a plate of mixed fruit. Unlike a buffet breakfast where you are up & down a waiting for your toast to do while your breakfast gets cold !!! Wonderful hotel with a capital W

I have been staying in Siem Reap Palace Hotel & Spa already more than one time and it is always a pleasure to come back again. The rooms are clean, beautiful and big and the staff is very helpful and wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possibel. The hotel is located within walking distance to the center in a less noisy street. Although many Cambodian people are poor they are very open to foreigners, hospitable and friendly. To be honest I think in Europe we could learn from them. I always felt safe ( I stayed during the time when there was the fighting on the border) and I am sure they would have helped me if I would have had any problems or needed help.

The hotel was lovely. Large comfortable rooms that were spotlessly clean. The location was great. Plenty going on in the main area about 10 minute walk away. The staff were amazing. A warm welcome of fresh fruit and tea on arrival as well as a cooling towel. Always greeted with a smile. Breakfast was also very good and plenty of it to keep you going for the rest of the day. The pool area is clean and well maintained, and although not a huge pool, it was more than adequate...it was never mobbed with too many people. In fact we had it to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

📍Location was perfect for me as a solo traveller, I felt super safe even though it’s quite a touristic area. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. Very close to Old Market and Night Market and Pub Street. 🛌 I loved my room, very spacious for the price, somewhere to place the backpack at last!! Balcony was lovely to use. 👥 The Staff have been so lovely and welcoming. Have to say this is an ideal hotel for Siem Reap. I was cautious as I am with any hotel when I made the first reservation and have no extended the reservation as I am so pleased with the hotel. Having such a wonderful time, thank you!

Had an awesome stay at hotel and they checked me in as soon as arrived so i could rest since i had an early morning flight. The staff os friendly and helpful with anything you need assistance with. Hotel is a walk from night market and Pub street that comes alive at night. I had an Angkor Wat sunrise tour and the staff made me breakfast pack to take with which i found thoughtful. Room size is big and the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast there's options to choose from and the food is delicious.

There are lots of geckos in Siem Reap but the staff responded swiftly when one came into my room, other than that there wasn't anything i did not like

The hotel staff upgraded us to a very nice larger room overlooking the Street. The pool looked quite pretty and was very well maintained.. The Hotel staff were all very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and service was also excellent by the ladies in the Restaurant area. Location was close to the expat bar area plus also markets in the area.

Our only disappointment was being charged $US5 ($AU8) for a face flannel that had some minor make up foundation marks on it that would’ve been easily washed and bleached as they were white based face flannels . There was a notice in the hotel room stating that No shoes would to be cleaned with towels and that a charge would be involved. There was no notification to say that any make up or other marks would be charged as well.We felt that paying eight dollars Australian for a small white washable based flannel with very inappropriate and disappointing. We do realise that this was not the Staff problem as they were all lovely but the HOTEL policy should be looked at by owners we would have been happy to pay for the cleaning which in Cambodia equates to $1 per kg for laundry

Peaceful retreat with such friendly & helpful staff. Lovely room, comfortable bed and lots of choice for breakfast. Had lunch which was also very nice. Within easy walking distance of Pub Street but far enough to not be noisy. Hotel arranged tuk tuk & trip to sunrise at Angkor Wot & provided a packed breakfast for us. Didn't use the pool but the pool area is lovely & green, but shady enoghh just to lie around.

A 10-minute walk from Pub Street, the tuk-tuk ride costs 3000 riels. The hotel is very quiet and very clean, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast is exceptional and there is a large swimming pool as well as many spaces to relax. The staff is very friendly, smiley, polite, and welcoming, and there is an elevator available. No construction nearby.

The staff were very friendly, and personally, it is not usual for me, which made me a little uncomfortable. This is a testament to the Cambodian people and not a criticism.

The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & Spa was perfect for our family. The rooms were great and the meals were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the old market. They even arranged a private car and driver for us to Phnom Penh for a very reasonable price. Our daughter used their services for her visit to Angkor Wat. We were even given a parting gift of a scarf each. Tuk tuks are available through them or just outside the hotel.

Our stay started with a very warm welcome, some refreshing towels, Green Tea and a Cambodian dessert. For us, already a perfect start :) we've been lucky to receive a room upgrade. The room with view onto the pool was very large with a balcony, a big bed, a sofa, shower, toilet and even a bathtub. The breakfast consisted of different a la carte options (at least 10 options for western style and 10 asian Style) and various hot and cold drinks. We chose different food every day and it was always very good. The team helped us organize a tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. We definitely recommend to ask for Sovandy; he was the perfect driver. He is very friendly, always in a good mood, drives carefully and was our perfect match for the three days. We received cold water and refreshing towels during our trips. We are very sad to not being able to drive with him any more as our stay is over. It felt like leaving a friend behind. The Hotel TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube ;) the location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 min by foot to the Old Market. The pool was clean, the water temperature great for refreshing after a day at Angkor Wat. We felt very welcome as everyone in the hotel was always very friendly (we would say the kindness was the best part of our stay because it was outstanding), smiling, helpful - we even got greated by name :) we cannot but recommend you to book your stay at this place.
