Breakfast was a large buffet which we ate every morning and should have booked in advance. It's located near other hotels, the night market and the stream that runs through the town. There are some pleasant restaurants and bars nearby also offering entertainment with a range of prices. The two medium-sized swimming pools outside on the ground floor were clean and there is seating by them.

There are some tuk-tuk guys who hang out who are mostly polite but at least one can become slightly unfriendly if you don't accept his offer to take you around the whole day. The breakfast turned out to be twice as expensive when booking it after arriving at the hotel instead of online, which wasn't made clear enough for me on the Booking.com webpage.

Quick response to a message in regard to an arrange transport. Well instructed kindly. Friendly staff invited me at reception with welcome drink and hand towel. A spacious room was tidy and clean, 2 different shower to choose - nice and loved. Didn’t have time to use swimming pool looked nice. A bar on roof top had a view of 360 all around. Had a massage with Pali at Spa was relaxing and she eased pain, price was great also for what you received. Breakfast buffet opens from 6am, nice coffee and variety of meals to choose from. I will definitely recommend everyone to go there!

I was there for only one night. I can’t think of anything to say here.

What we liked in particular were the staff, they were really friendly. Heng in particular was outstanding, she remembered us from our previous stay some twelve months ago.

Maybe the breakfast could be improved slightly by including more taste and flavour into the dishes. We also ordered room service delivery and the taste was not good.

Great location for a visit to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Easy walk into town, over river, to the market and places to eat including Pub Street. Excellent staff service, polite, courteous and always willing to help. Easy location for pick up to Angkor Wat, we booked a sunrise tour ....excellent guide, tuk tuk ride. Tickets to Angkor Wat and the other temples available to buy online or at the main AW ticket office. Swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a busy day.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The markets and Pub Street are both within walking distance. The staff is very polite. The hotel food is just awesome. There are so many foods to choose from in the breakfast spread. Other services like car rental and pick-ups from the airport are very smooth. Overall, the experience was excellent. A must-stay in the city.

The hotel is lovely. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was great, and a nice place to hang out during a hot day if you didn't have any plans. They had a long happy hour at the pool bar, so it was a nice way to spend the afternoon.

Trying to book tours of Angkor Wat through the hotel seemed like an arduous process. We tried with them a few times, but the prices seemed high and communication seemed limited. Eventually, we just contacted a guide that a friend of ours had worked with and negotiated directly with them. The hotel restaurant also seemed pretty limited. We ate there the first night - the food was just okay, and they ran out of beer after one round.

Overall is good. It is located at the walking distance to the pub street. There are restaurants and shops opposite the hotel. Me and my friend reached Siem Reap in the early morning, the hotel's staff allowed us to keep our luggage for free since we're going to Angkor Wat. All of the hotel staffs are very friendly and always give us a big smile and greeting (includes front desk, therapist, bartender, housekeeping). The hotel's breakfast bread is delicious.

The hotel was safe & secure with pub street located within 5min walk. Very clean. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. We took their hotel driver for the entire 4 Days Tour around Siem Reap and was worth the extra penny as he is fully with us compared to ehailing a tuk tuk or local taxi where we would need to wait to get a ride. Our hotel driver Mon was very good on helping us to explore others that we did not know also he has tuk tuk so we were able to go around the city with ease especially peak hours. They provided us with 20% discount of food, drinks and spa which is very useful.

Room was great, however would prefer the bathroom lights to be yellow and brighter as my bathroom was white and very dim. Nevertheless, my friends room next to mine was white and very bright he had no complains with it.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel, and it has been consistently excellent. A very clean and peaceful hotel. The staff are amazing as their services are impeccable. If you are looking for a decent hotel that is close to the city centre, then look no further. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a wonderful one. We will certainly return.

Perhaps they could increase the varieties in their restaurant menu. Also, a gym will add more value to the hotel.

It was a very good value. Very large room and bathroom, plenty of space to put your bags and not trip over them. We had a balcony on the third floor of the hotel overlooking the pool, which was nice. Great location in old town with day and night markets within walking distance. Mini-supermarket across the street and several restaurants within minutes walk as is a low cost one day laundry wash and fold service. Through the hotel we arranged to have a wonderful tuk tuk driver named Vern ferry us through Angkor Wat and Siem Reap for five days at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of All of the staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
