The room was as spacious as an apartment with very nice decoration and proper wooden furniture. Lots of windows made it very bright. We even got a fruit basket for arrival. Although there was no shower in the bathroom (but only a bathtub) everything was so extremely clean and working properly, that I would not rate it negatively. Please try their dragon fruit and pineapple jams for breakfast - never had such tasty ones on our trip. Breakfast assortment even varies during breakfast time. Lots of fruits, oats, Joghurt, bread and all the national dishes. Not to forget the egg station :)

View from the rooftop was not too extraordinary.

Hotel is nice, big rooms, very friendly staff. Room was quiet and shower worked fine with hot water. Very clean and in overall comfortable. Breakfast was ok, and they have a nice pool to chill out after a long day exploring. Supermarket and pharmacy across the street, very convenient. Hotel organized airport transfer and also a driver for visiting the temples. Had a great experience and would repeat.

Some items are a bit outdated, not a real problem, but you can notice it. We had an issue with the AC not working when we arrived, but the maintenace team jumped on it and solved it quickly. They take it seriously to ensure you are comfortable, which is very helpful. On a sidenote, there was a huge rat wandering around in the pool area at sunset. We informed three different employees to let them know, but I believe the language barrier might have been an issue. Everything was clean, it probably entered from the street and gave my wife a surprise. To be fair, it was not an issue for me, you are in a jungle area and you should expect insects or animals eventually, but my wife was a bit scared when she saw it. I would still recommend the hotel and repeat myself if given the option.

Location of the property and kindness of the people.

The cost of the food in town, antiquities [$37/day plus the cost to get there ($12-$80/d) and the cost of a guide ($45/d)] was way too high. Everything was higher than comparable places in Malaysia and Thailand. Despite the relatively high cost for what was offered, the people seem to not receive much from all the tourist money. Their kindness and polite demeanor cannot hide their sadness, reminiscent of descriptions of North Korea to some extent. This creates a rather unpleasant overall experience for the visitor making difficult a return.

This is so far my favorite hotel in Asia (I’ve travelled in Vietnam, Thailand, Bali). Very clean and spacious facilities, infused with aroma scents. Loved the pools, perfect for sunbathing. Hotel staff was super helpful and polite, they opened doors every time you entered or left the hotel. Our hotel room was just perfect: very spacious, clean and the furniture looked fresh. It was comfortable to work there. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and an omlet station.

Couldn’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The rooms we booked were very good, next to each other and large enough for us.. The hotel took into considerations our requests we wrote in advance. We like this old style of the hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool, wich was open till night, so we could swim always after the sightseeing or shopping.

More sunbeds around the swimming pool. Our rooms had windows for back part of hotel, the lookout was disappointing.

The breakfast buffet was great! I had a massage the first night and it was so good I went back for another the next day. The masseuse was strong and focused exactly on the points where my muscles were the most knotted. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean.

It's not a failing of the staff in any way, it's just that the hotel itself has thin walls and echos so it's not very quiet. The window we had looked out directly at a shed of some sort. The wifi was not secured by any sort of password.

Very friendly, happy and helpful staff. The hotel undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. Great room, well appointed and clean, The pool area is lovely, the pool sparkling and cool. The pool attendant/cocktail bar manager was always welcoming and made great cocktails - you must try the one made with dragon fruit. Siem Reap is terrific and this hotel is close to everything

Nothing - we loved it

Great breakfast. Nice spacious room and perfect location close to everything, but not too lively. The staff was very friendly ans super helpful. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop with a view and a bit of a breeze, and we could watch the fireworks on new years eve from here!

The pool and poolside was small and filled up quickly.

The location was perfect. It was a little bit away from Pub Street, which is what I wanted so there was no noise but it was still close enough after a short walk. Also, having 2 supermarkets across the street was also very handy. The rooms are spacious and kept clean throughout. Plus having 2 pools was good, especially on a hot day after walking around the temples.

Nothing that I could thing of.

Recepetion was wonderful and the staff all around were very pleasant and helpful. The room was excellent. Spacious, clean, and comfortable and best of all, in a great location in the town making it easy to walk from. plenty of restaurants nearby, from local places to more upscale. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, had everything you'd need. Good coffee, plenty of fruits, and eggs to order. We also booked transport to and from the airport as well as a day at the temples, the driver that works for them was very nice and knowledgeable. This was my 5th time to Angkor and he was one of the best. The hotel has two pools, but we stayed at the one with the bar! There is a great happy hour there, and it was a perfect way to unwind after a day sweating it out at the temples, especially with kids.
