this place is so nice for short and long stay. it's relaxing and people are nice. we arrived early in the morning around 10am and way before check in time but our room already ready to use. the room is specious with a bathtub. they also offer free pick up and drop off from hotel to the centre for our convenience. this is a lovely place to stay. and the price is not even expensive. really miss this place and will come back again for a longer stay

Got recommended to this hotel by a friend and was not disappointed the service is great. The hotel service was good and nice room good soft beds and a really nice hot shower. It's one of the better hotels in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

A really nice hotel for the price, if you stay a bit longer they'll let you negotiate a lower price, really nice pool All the staff including the manager were so nice, welcoming and caring, my preference goes to Sana at the reception 🙏

The street is becoming loud now there are a lot of hotel building around, something should be done to prevent the deforestation like it happened in front of the hotel, it will make the place hotter and remove the few animals that were living there, although it's not a choice from the calm Oasis personnel A bit more attention to the details (toilet seat a bit old, water tap going off,...) would also be better

My husband and I stayed here originally for a 3 night stay and the customer service was great. Even without that experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as it was beautiful, the buffet was really great and had plenty of options, and the pool was great for a early morning or evening swim

The room was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space to work. The staff were my favourite. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was particularly struck by the efforts of one receptionist, Sreyleak. She always greeted me with a heartfelt smile and asked how my day was going. She even taught me some Khmer and suggested places to visit, always brightening my day.

I have longer legs, the desk chair was painful to sit. Perhaps add a soft cushion to help with this issue. The window and balcony were not as private, looking directly into the opposite peoples room and balcony, giving a more awkward and opposing feel, rather than a harmonious and relaxing one, at times. Sometimes hard to sleep because of incredibly loud and continuously screaming cicadas. Not the hotels fault, but perhaps some better sound proof doors, or some complimentary ear buds might help future guests sleep better.

Woaw, what a great experience I have had in this wonderful hotel. First of all, the staff at this hotel was exceptionally great, friendly and polite. I would like to pass my special thanks to Charlotte (Cheata) hope i spelt it right and Sana the little atomic ant who looked after me when I wasn't feeling great and made sure I got all I need during my stay. Also Nancy and Hay who were always smiling and answered so many of my queries. Py the hotel manager and the Belgium guy I am sorry I didn't get your name. You guys been incredibly kind and I will always remember you. Secondly what was so impressive was the beds and the cleanliness of this hotel was extraordinary! The floor felt like it's been wiped and not single dust which is unusual in hotels. My bed was most comfortable and AC was quiet that I can sleep with AC on. Again many hotels didn't have this in my previous trips. The food and drinks by pool area was lovely. The hotel is very quiet at night, no disturbances. Also theybhave one of the best masseurs and very affordable price. I had massage here twice. The hotel isnt far from centre. I would go there again with no hesitation. I wish I booked more days in Siem Real because of this hotel. So book away. Don't be shy. U will not regret, and I am fussy so if I am writing this, they have deserved it 100 percent. Perhaps the breakfast menu can have more variety but again very cheap breakfast with lovely staff

This is paradise on earth... The Owner an the Girls who are working her are so friendly.. the helped me with everything, making callphones, arrange tuktuk and serving the food and drinks.. They have very tastfull Cambodian food as well as many Western food, Very nice coconut and bananashakes in the bar.. They make everything sing around the place... What a wonderfull spirit and atmosphere here... It is very nice that this hotel is run by Cambodian people, because i lost my hart for the people here.. You will also meet people who liked to run away from the noisy pubstreet.. The name of the hotel is well chosed, because it is a real calm oasis... The rooms are beautifull, with nice beds, soft pillows , provider by soap and coffeemaker... Nice setting on the Pool and bar Peacefull with a very good decoration What else can whe wish ? The best hotel I have been in South-East-Asië... If you come to Siem Reap.. This is the place to be. . Highly recommended... 5 star-treatment for a nice rated price. Many thanks for everybody who works here, I will carry the kindness in my hart..

My stay at the calm oasis was great. I ended up staying here after being sick and was looking for a place to be more comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The staff were very attentive, checking in on me, a plus was the room service, and everything was clean. As I got better, i also started to do more activities, and the staff took care of everything! Kudos to Leak, Lyma, Nancy, Hay, Souet, and Srey mom for their hospitality! Definitely recommend this place!

You need a Tuk Tuk to get to other places if you don't mind walking then its fine but it may be bit far. Other than that, everything was great!

Absolutely everything about this hotel is excellent. Fantastic service, amazing pool. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a place which I could recommend - I loved it!

The staff was exceptional. They truly go above and beyond for all their customers. Mr. Py is phenomenal and will take time from his day to get to you everyone and address them by their name. The front desk employees are simply kind, wonderful, and always willing to help. They even helped me explain to a grab driver how to get to the hotel to deliver my food. They treated me extra special on my birthday. I stayed there for 10 days and I was so sad to leave. I am a digital nomad and can highly recommend this place. It is very quiet and the rooms were soundproof. They will clean everyday. The WiFi was decent. It is also not too far from the market, about 5-7 minutes in a Tuk Tuk.

Nothing. It was exceptional and they truly deserve the high rating they have been getting from so many customers. I can see why they are rated so highly.
