The staff were incredible, very welcoming. I checked in on the same day they had the staff party and they invited me to their staff party and involved me. I felt sooo welcomed. My room was spotless, and I love the infinity pool. It was so warm to swim in. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and amazing views.

The distance from the city centre meant that you'd need a Grab or tuk tuk to get to most main attractions, but for me the distance was also a plus for me because the evenings were so peaceful. You could get birds chirping, crickets singing and the stillness of the night. It was beautiful!

As nice as this resort is, it could do with some maintenance. As I walked up the few steps towards my room one of the steps had a serious wobble that nearly made me fall over. On further inspection it showed the step had come undone from its metal frame. Potentially dangerous, last thing you want is make some dreadful tumble off a set of stairs while on holiday. It was pointed out to management and fixed but not sure if other stairs around the property are in similar state of disrepair. Also, around the pool area many of the tiles were loose. Again, this is a potentially dangerous situation, people could slip and suffer serious injury... these things need to be maintained and fixed as a matter of urgency!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The pool area was a highlight, with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the lush gardens. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The spa was also fantastic, offering a range of treatments that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Overall, our stay at Hillocks Hotel & Spa was wonderful, and we can't wait to return.

Comfortable and good relationship!

The hotel is pretty comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. Our room 107 was spacious, clean and pleasant to be in. The breakfast is delicious and filling, with a good amount of vegetables, fruits, and protein. The staff is responsive and hardworking. Special thanks to the masseuse Lina with her safe and strong hands. My wife had sore muscles and after three sessions it became much better. Lina is responsible and sensitive, feels every muscle and relieves pain.

Completely dead internet. Literally 0.00 Mbs in the room, so I had to work in the Lounge. Thanks to staff it was very comfortable, they gave me water and turned on the fans.

The palacial rooms, lovely grounds, great breakfast spread, and good restaurant are all awesome to begin with. But what really makes this place is the warm staff. And they arrange well-priced excursions with the team of Yanos and Phanna, who thoughtfully tailor the itinerary to your special interests. Incredible find and unbelievable value.

I wish Hillocks offered at least one healthy cereal at breakfast (such as a muesli). And their price for having laundry done is too high--but just around the corner is a superb wash-dry-fold business at $1 per kilo, so you'll have other options!

The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially with my children. The breakfast selection was excellent and the room was very spacious and beautiful, I particularly liked the two sinks and the bathtub. The kids also loved the swimming pool and I enjoyed the gym very much. The hotel was also a reasonable distance outside the town, enough to not be in the middle of it all but close enough to get a $2 Tuk Tuk if needed. Also forgot to mention, I informed the hotel that it was my son’s birthday and to our surprise they decorated the bed so beautiful and careful. AND they even came to our room with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday!!!! My son was over the moon at this gesture it really made him feel so special. So I would like to thank the hotel again! Overall it was an excellent stay.

The WiFi in the room was not good as it kept disconnecting.

This hotel was just a little peace of Paradise in Siem Reap! The people that work here go out of their way to help you, the rooms are beautiful and clean. There is a lovely pool, breakfast is great and they offer good Spa services for very decent prices. I would not only recommend this Hotel, I would actually go back, just to stay here again! (This and to visit Phare the cambodian Circus again)

There is an amazing bathtub in the room. However, the water that comes out of the tap is brownish, which doesn't feel really comfy. But hey, you also use it to shower. It's really just the lookandfeel 😀 So no real complaints here!

Great Welcome to the Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. It was my Birthday so even presented me with a birthday cake when we arrived. Rooms were spacious and clean with all the basic amenities. Breakfast was ample and a good selection of food was made available. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough a real asset to the Hotel. We had to request a room change due to the property next door performing some building works we asked at reception and they were not than happy to change us to another room without a problem, thank you 😊😊 Layout of the hotel was great with all the trees and gardens and added a little more privacy to each room and patio area which was a nice touch. Food available for Room Service and at the Restaurant was good we ordered twice during our stay and pleased with both meals 👍 Will definitely be back on our next visit to Siem Reap 😊 Thank You to the Staff at Hillocks 👍

Nothing really the whole experience was great. The Pool would have been the only issue as it was a little dirty, one of our Party did speak to reception about it an it was cleaned and serviced the same day.

The room was spacious & bedding comfortable. Nice back patio was good. Lovely big pool & poolside bar

Breakfast, although a large spread it seemed to cater for anybody else other than a westerner. Fried eggs cold & like rubber. Requested poached which they catered for however all poached were served cold. Bacon cold. Pineapple juice was great on the 1st morning however each morning after there was no Pineapple juice but an empty orange juice & apple juice. The 2 tea bags given in our room is totally insufficient as some would like 2 or 3 teas during the day. The room fridge is useless to keep drinks cold. Had to ask for ice each night.
